        The study on the ripening of leather waste sludge was performed to vemistabilize the sludge effectively using a laboratory scale darkened wood box reactor(10×10×20㎝). The acceptable feed conditions for earthworm of Eh, alkalinity were obtained in the 30th and 35th days, respectively. The value of pH was gradually decreased from 7.8 to 7.1 through the ripening time. The contents of heavy metals of the ripened sludge were estimated as lower levels compared to the other regulatory standards for compost. After the ripening time for 50days, the physio-chemical properties of the sludge were estimated as pH 7.1, water content 72%, redox potential 85 mV, electrolytic conductivity 2,620 ㎛hos/㎝ and alkalinity 450 ppm as CaCO??, respectively. From the above results, it was evaluated that leather waste sludge could be vermistablized effectively by earthworms, when the sludge was ripened during 50days.

      • 정자기장과 맥동전자기장이 MC3T3-E1 세포의 ALP 및 ANA 활성동에 미치는 영향

        정자기장과 맥동전자기장이 배양 조골세포에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 MC3T3-E1세포를 각 자기장하에서 배양하여 ALP활성도와 DNA의 합성능을 평가한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. . 정자기장을 가한 군에서 자석을 1,2,3개 가한 군 (51∼114.8mT)에서 대조군에 비하여 ALP의 유의성 있는 증가가 나타났으며 (P<0.05), 자석을 4개 5개 가한 군 (150mT)에서는 대조군에 비하여 ALP활성도에 차이가 나타나지 않았다. . 맥동성 전자기장에서는 대조군에 비하여 ALP활성도에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. . DNA 합성능은 정자기장과 맥동성 전자기장을 가한군 모두 대조군에 비하여 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과 정자기장에 의한 교정력은 골세포의 대사과정에 변화를 줄 수 있으므로, 치아이동에 어떠한 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of magnetic field on cellular activity of MC3T3-E1 cells. The cellular activity was monitored by alkaline phosphatase and DNA synthetic activity in control, static magnetic field and pulsed electromagnetic field groups. A static magnetic field was applied to the cell by placing one, two, three,four, and five samarium-cobalt magnets above and below each cell plate for 24 hours per day. A pulsed electromagnetic field with a frequency of 100 herz was applied for 10 hours per day. After 10 days of magnetic field exposure, there were increase of alkaline phosphatase activity in static magnetic field groups consisted of one, two and three magnetic groups. Alkaline phosphatase activities were not significantly increased in four and five magnetic groups. Application of pulsed electromagnetic field did not result in significant increased in alkaline phosphatase activity compared to control. DNA synthetic activity in both static and pulsed eletromagnetic field group were ont significantly different from that in control group. The result of this study suggest that magnetic field could have effect on the metabolism of bone cells related to the cellular metabolic process.

      • 피혁공업단지 공동폐수처리장의 유입폐수 특성

        The wastewater dischaged from several major leather processing industries and the mixed influent wastewater in J leather complex were investigated for a year(1995. 1-1995. 12) in order to evaluate the fluctuation of pollutant loadings. Average wastewater qualities from the cattlehide processing were BOD 1,710㎎/ℓ and COD_(Mn), 1,821㎎/ℓ and those from the pigskin processing were BOD 4,868 ㎎/ℓ, COD 4,915 ㎎/ℓ and COD/BOD ratios were 1.06 and 1.01, respectively. In addition, average wastewater qualities from the fishskinprocessing were BOD 1,020 ㎎/ℓ, COD 376 ㎎/ℓ and those from the sheepskin processing were BOD 3,884 ㎎/ℓ, COD 2,202 ㎎/ℓ and COD/BOD ratios were 0.37 and 0.57, respectively. The Flow rate of 55% at leather industrial complex wastewater treatment plant was found to be on the range of 5,000㎥/day~6,500㎥ /day and the average mixed wastewater qualities were charcterized as BOD 2,679㎎/ℓ, COD 1,986㎎/ℓ, SS 4,288 ㎎/ℓ. The average BOD and COD loading were 14,614kg/day, 9,964kg/day, respectively. About 46% of daily BOD loading fell on the range of 14,000kg/day~l7,000kg/day and about 90% COD loading did on the range of 9.000kg/day~l1,000kg/day, which showed the most frequent range. And about 95% of total Suspendid Solid was found from 3,300 ㎎/ℓ~4,700 ㎎/ℓ.

        다단토양층을 이용한 하수처리에 관한 연구

        The sewages produced from small villages, rural community, drinking water reservation area and park which doesn't have sewage piping system can be caused a serious water pollution at the restricted areas. The objective of this research was to suggest an economical and effective sewage treatment method by investigating the removal of the organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus in the multi-soil-layering reactor. Soil, natural zeolite, and iron slag were used as a supporting media of multi-soil-layering in this research. The purpose of natural zeolite addition was to maintain the consistent ammonium exchange capacity by providing a sequential environment, and that of iron slag addition was to remove phosphorus by adsorption. Continuous experiment of lab-scale single-soil-layering (S-1), multi-soil-layering (S-2), and mixed-soil-layering (S-3) methods were studied to compare and optimize three different types of the reactors. The organic removal efficiencies showed more than 90% in all three reactors. While S-1 and S-3 reactors showed about T-N removal of 31%, 45%, respectively, the average T-N removal efficiency of the S-2 reactor represented an 87%. In conclusion, that results suggest that the multi-soil-layering reactor could be effectively utilized as a plant for treatment of small village sewage.

      • Raman 산란에 의한 InxGa1-xAs/GaAs 이종접합구조의 구조적 특성 연구

        Using Raman Scattering, we have measured the resiual strain of InGaAs layers with 0≤ x < 0.33 grown on GaAs substrates. The samples under investigation were grown by molecular beam epitaxy system. The In composition was varied from x=0 to x<0.33 and the thickness of epilayer is fixed to 1㎛ which are more thick than critical layer thickness except bulk GaAs(x=0). Our result show that FWHM of GaAs-like LO phonon peak is not significant increase under 80% relaxation but TO/LO ratio is increase with In composition. We calculated relaxation ratio from Raman scattering measurements based on the theory of strain induced phonon shifts and which result compared with DCX measurements.

        디지털 카메라를 이용한 2D 인체계측법 연구

        This study suggests the new 2D anthropometric method using digital camera. It is used MK2001 program that can convert 2D measurements to 3D measurements. To improve that it is measured 100 college student with direct and indirect anthropometric method. The measurements were processed by the SPSS ver10 Statistical Package. The average, standard deviation, and t-test were calculated for each category. Most measurements by 2D measurements are higher than direct measurements but degree. The difference between direct and indirect measurements is less than 2cm. In the results of t-test, height measurements including other 16 measurements which is easy to measure have no meaningful difference within 1cm. The depth measurements are most high difference. The result of each measurement proves that MK2001 program (2D anthropometry method using digital camera) is available for measuring the human body.

      • 여중고생의 화운데이션 착용현황에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental information about the method of wearing and producing foundation which corresponds to the goal of activity and physiology and hygienics for middle and high school girls. The method of research is intended for 990 middle and high school girls who reside in Seoul and Sungnam, through the questionnaire method. The collected data is processed by spss and analyzed by using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, χ^2-test, F-test. 1. The number of brassiere which middle and high school students of our country possess is as follows. The first and second year students of middle school possess 3.7sheets of brassiere, the third year students of middle school and the first year students of high school, 4.8sheets of brassiere. The number which low graders such as the first or second year students of middle school possess was proved to be lower. Yet, the first or second year students of middle school possess 2.8sheets of girdle the third year students of middle school and the first year high school students 2.4sheets, and the second or third year high school students, 2.5sheets of girdle. The number which low graders such as the first or second year middle school students possess was proved to be the highest. This shows the contrary tendency when compared to brasiere. On the period of wearing them, 72.7% of all the respondents began to wear baassiere from twelve or thirteen years old, and the period of wearing girdle spreads widely from twelve years old to fifteen years old. The purpose of wearing brassiere was to fix swining breats. That is, stability was the most apparent purpose. The rate of wearing girdle for stability in the period of menstration was the highest. The period of wearing brassiere was twenty four years old and on the case of girdle, the rate of wearing in the special case such as menstration was high. And, on the method of wearing according to seasons, similar methods of wearing showed in spring and fall. The rate of wearing girdle in winter is relatively high to other seasons and wearing girdle is for the function of heat insulation. Students over the majority wear only brassiere in summer. 2. On the change factor of choice standards in middle and high school student's buying foundation, the most important factor considered in buying brassiere is functional aspects such as size, activity, and sensitivity of wearing. The most important standards of buying girdle are the dimension of on esthetic sense such as design and style. Their mothers as the companions show the highest rate. The higher degree of education their mothers have, the more they have interests in their daughter's foundation. In addition that, the more strict mother's educational attitude is toward foundatuion is, mothers accompanied their daughters in buying foundations. 3. The result from surveying the degree of preference for selling foundation represents that middle school girls prefer the basic type of brassiere and high school girls, they functional type of brassiere. Both middle and high school girls prefer two-in girdle, the multiple functional type of girdle. As the result of surveying non preference, the special functional types of brassiere such as maternity type and side girdle, wrrection side line, shows the highest degree of non preference. This means that conscousness about special bunctional type of foundation is weak.

      • 새로운 구조의 챠지펌프 방식를 사용한 직류-직류 변환기설계

        In this paper, output voltage conversion type of DC to DC converter using charge pump method is newly proposed and designed. In conventional cross-coupled charge pump, simulation results show that output voltage is 5.93V and efficiency is 99% and numbers of capacitor are 3 in case of step-up factor, 2. But simulation results using proposed charge pump in same condition show that output voltage is 5.96V and efficiency is 99% and numbers of capacitor are 2. From the simulation results, we know that output voltage and efficiency is similar between cross-coupled charge pump and proposed charge pump. But reducing capacitor makes chip size small and decrease cost down. In the proposed circuit, it is possible to remove the body effect secondary effective MOS by adding a body control system. It is possible to prevent that it is possible to prevent the shift in the threshold voltage of the MOS by the body controls, a result, the efficiency of the overall circuit is reduced. Also output voltage conversion is accomplished by varying the resistance ratio of the switch. Circuit simulations are executed with the design rule of magnachip 5V/30V 0.7um power-CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) process and Cadence Spectre simulator.

        성인여성의 의복 원형 개발에 관한 연구 : 성인여성의 체형 분류에 관한 연구의 후속 연구

        This Study outputs calculation of regression of earth items for production of torso basic pattern according to 6 body types as the result of another study2) and intends to present drawing method of torso model by short measure method modified and supplied by experinlents of wearing clothing. SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is used for figures management and methods for analysis used are Frequency Analysis, Means Analysis, Regression Analysis, Correlation Anlysis, etc. Results are as follows. 1. Correlation analysis is used to output the size necessary for torso prototype drawing by short measure method and waist front length, back length, crotch length. shoulder point-cerricale-shoulder point, bust circumference, waist circumference, weight, etc, are set up as representative items calculation of regression of each type is suggested. 2. In the result of experiment of the first wearing clothing Intended for 5 in each type and the whole 30. to develop torso prototype drawing method by short measure method. as we find some problems of the shape and propriety of neck root circumference line, the position of shoulder point. pulling or hold armpit parts. waist circumference line. the degree of dissatisfaction is high, so the second experiment of wearing clothing is propriety of each part is improved, all items except the length and quantity of shoulder dart, waist in back bodice, clearance quantity of hip circumference. and the place of shoulder line in side bodice. So, it was modifed and supplied and then the third torso prototyped drawing method by shout measure method was suggested. The third prototype drawing method was suggested, by modifying and supplying.
