한의사의 의료영상장비 사용에 대한 방사선사의 인식도

한의사 의료영상장비 사용에 대하여 방사선사의 인식도를 알아보고자 대한방사선사협회 영상의학기술학회의 회 원을 대상으로 자체적으로 개발한 설문지를 통하여 설문조사를 하였으며 총 응답 515명, 부적격 응답 34명을 제외 한 481명의 설문을 바탕으로 연구하였으며 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 거주지, 근무기관, 학력에 따른 인식도 차이에서 통계적 유의성을 보이지 않았으나 고학력일수록 포괄적인 의료 영상장비의 사용에는 동의하는 경향이 있었다. 그러나 특수의료영상장비의 사용에는 반대하는 경향이 보였다. 성 별에 따른 인식도 차이에서는 남성보다 여성에서 한의사 의료영상장비 사용에 대하여 부정적 인식이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 특히 MRI나 CT, 초음파와 같은 특수의료영상장비를 이용하는 것에 대하여 남성보다 부정적인 경향이 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 연령에 따른 인식도 차이에서는 한의사의 의료영상장비 사용에 대하여 20 ∼30대는 부정적, 40∼50대는 중립적, 60대에서 긍정적으로 나타났으며 모든 문항에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 근무경력에 따른 인식도 차이에서는 한의사의 의료기기 사용에 근무경력이 오래될수록 긍정적으로 나타났다. 특히 30년 이상의 근무경력에서 가장 긍정적 경향이 나타났으며 이는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이번 연구를 통해 방사선사의 한의사 의료영상장비 사용의 인식을 알 수 있었으며, 이러한 연구 결과들은 앞으로의 국민 건강증진을 위한 방향성 제시에 기여할 것으로 생각된다. In order to examine how Radiological Technologists perceive the oriental doctor s use of Medical Imaging Equipment, surveys were conducted for the members of the Korean Radiological Technologists Association. The total number of respondents were 515 and 481, with 34 insincere responses removed caused of nonvalidated answer. The results of the analysis are as follows. Although there were no statistical significance in the difference in perception by location of residence, work place, and educational background, respondents with higher education showed a tendency to agree on the use of comprehensive medical imaging equipment, but tended to oppose the use of special medical imaging equipment. Differences in perception by gender showed a greater negative perception toward the oriental doctor s use of medical imaging equipment by women than men. In particular, women showed more negative tendency for oriental doctor s use of special medical imaging equipment such as MRI, CT, and ultrasound equipment compared to men, and this was statistically significant. The difference in perception by age showed that the oriental doctor s use of medical imaging equipment was negative in the 20∼30s, neutral in the 40∼50s, and positive in the 60s, which were statistically significant. The difference in perception by work experience showed that the longer the work experience was, the more positive it was toward oriental doctor s use of medical imaging equipment. Specifically, the most favorable tendency was found with work experience of more than 30 years, which was statistically significant. The results of this study revealed the Radiological Technologists perceptions on the oriental doctor s use of Medical Imaging Equipment and this can contribute to the direction of public health promotion in the future.

노인을 위한 댄스피트니스 프로그램 개선 및 증진방안

본 연구는 IPA기법을 활용하여 노인을 위한 댄스피트니스 프로그램 개선 및 증진방안을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년 2월 3일부터 3월 8일까지 약 한 달간 11곳의 노인복지관을 직접 방문하여 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 65세 이상의 댄스피트니스 참여 노인들을 모집단으로 선정하였고, 이 기준은 복지관 내 댄스 및 신체활동 프로그램 중 연구자가 선정한 조작적 정의에 그 개념이 포함되는 종목과 복지관을 우선적으로 선별한 후 이루어졌다.총 360명에게 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이중 기입하지 않거나,빼먹고 기입하거나, 이중기입하거나, 일관된 점수가 부여되어 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 22부의 설문지를 제외한 후 최종 338부를 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. SPSS20.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, IPA Matrix분석을 실시하였다. IPA Matrix분석결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째,Ⅰ사분면은 외로움을 달램, 친구를 사귐,고독감 잊음으로 3개의 속성이 포함되었다. 둘째, Ⅱ사분면은 스트레스 해소, 건강 및 체력증진, 만족감과 행복감, 재미를 느낌, 동동체성 습득으로 5개 속성이 포함되었다. 셋째, Ⅲ사분면은 몰입하는 느낌,건강을 유지, 체중의 유지, 기술이 나아짐, 소외감 느끼지 않음, 남들에게 인정받음, 삶의 활력소 경험으로 7개의 속성이 포함되었다. 넷째, Ⅳ사분면은 자아계발, 자세의 교정으로 2가지 속성이 포함되었다. This purpose of this study was to verify the improvement and promotion plan of dance fitness program for senior using The IPA method. For this purpose, researcher visited 11 elderly welfare centers from February 3 to March 8,2018, and selected a sample of elderly people participating in dance fitness over 65 years old by using the convenience sampling method. The criterion was obtained by first selecting the items and welfare centers that included the concept in the operational definition selected by the researcher among the dance and physical activity programs in the welfare center. A total 360 respondents were surveyed. The final 338 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and IPA matrix analysis were performed using the SPSS 20.0 program. The results were as follows. First, The I quadrant included three attributes: solving loneliness, making friends, and forgetting loneliness. Second, Ⅱ quadrant included five attributes: relieve stress, improve health and physical fitness, satisfaction and happiness, and feeling of fun. Third, Ⅲ quadrant included seven attributes: feeling immersed, maintaining health, maintaining weight, improving skills, feeling alienated, being recognized by others, and life experience of life. Fourth, Ⅳ quadrant included self-development and posture correction.

중년 남성들의 자전거 타는 삶에 대한 의미 분석

The purpose of this study was to figure out meaning of the life of middle-aged men riding bicycle using grounded theory method approach. Research participants were selected 8 middle-aged men by reputational sampling method. Eight participants who usually participated in riding bicycle club or voluntary participants as research participants. The data for this study included participants’ observation and in-depth interview. This study categorized the coding paradigm which was presented by using the findings derived from data as they were into casual condition, context, phenomenon, intervening conditions, interaction, consequences and core category to draw out the process of becoming the life of middle-aged men riding bicycle and its significances. The results of were as follows. First, middle-aged men’s important motivation factors were feeling aging, need for exercise, physiological and psychological changes. Second, middle-aged men felt a burden for weather, work, and road. Third, middle-aged men developed into the life, the increase in satisfaction had played a big role in positioning as part of life.

사회적 거리두기 권고조치에 따른 스포츠서비스업 위기경영관리 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the importance and performance of risk management in sports service through social distancing measures using IPA. Method: The participants of this study were sports service representatives and management practitioners located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. Samples were extracted from March 21 to May 17, 2020 using the judgmental sampling method. Since face-to-face contact or group activities were difficult, a total of 270 questionnaires were distributed online. 261 questionnaires were used for actual analysis. In data processing via SPSS version 20.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis were performed. Results: First,Ⅰquadrant included in non-face-to-face thermal checker, distance between employees and customers, provide information on schedules, provide hand sanitizer, thermometer, face-to-face time, emergency assistance, wash the hands of employees, actively respond to inquiries, and prepare a spare mask. Ⅱ quadrant included in disinfection application, postponement of payment, regular disinfection of gymnasium, disinfection of various fixtures, sports industry subsidy application, rent reduction plan, interior cleanliness, quarantine plan, and quarantine regulations & information. Ⅲquadrant included in communication with customers, entrance & passage cleanliness, refund guidance, and glass barriers during consultation. Ⅳquadrant included in keeping the bathroom clean. Conclusion: Although the sports service industry is facing considerable management difficulties due to Corona 19, through crisis management analysis, it is possible to confirm the necessary requirements in each area.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the change in perception of professional volleyball using news article search information based on big data. As a keyword for data search, keyword results for professional volleyball in 2020 and 2021, and the top 30 keyword were analyzed to compensate for the limitations of network simplification and network visualization centering on important nodes in entire network. The N-gram network analysis and word cloud visualization were conducted in stages. The main analysis results of the study were as follows. First, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of professional volleyball 2020, professional volleyball (1,923), player (1,169), popularity (834), fan (822), all-star (713), professional baseball (606), photo (578), Yohan Kim (552), handsome (488), game (475). Second, keyword with high frequency of appearance in 2021 were professional volleyball (5,587), school violence (4,472), apology method (3,230), season (2,824), twin sisters (2,505), victims (2,378), Jae-young Lee (2,257), press conference (2,099), Lee Da-young (2,025), and Heungkuk Life Insurance (1,976) were in the top 10. Most of the keywords related to professional volleyball in 2020 were positive words, and as negative words were exposed for keywords related to 2021, we could see that it was necessary to improve overall at the professional volleyball association and the club level.

The purpose of this study was to figure out the importance and satisfaction in recognitions of user acceptance of home training application. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using snowball sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Total 387 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 21.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach"s α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. Ⅰ quadrant included in personal daily exercise amount setting, cost-effectiveness of content, information easy to understand, and information on goal achievement after exercise. Ⅱ quadrant included in provision of accurate exercise information, convenient icon and interface, overall design composition and color, information on individual body type analysis, appropriate image and video proportions, and efficient design composition. Ⅲ quadrant included in provision of exercise notification function, continuous provision of services, reliability of security level, information on individual recommended exercise. Ⅳ quadrant included in easy-to-use and quick-to-learn function, overall privacy protection, compatibility with other devices, not sharing my information, convenient response to customer inquiries, providing steps and heart rate.

As a keyword for data search, keyword results for the Tokyo Olympics in From 23 April to 22 July 2021, and the top 30 keyword were analyzed to compensate for the limitations of network simplification and network visualization centering on important nodes in entire network. The N-gram network analysis and word cloud visualization were conducted in stages. The main analysis results of the study were as follows. First, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of the Tokyo Olympics, Tokyo Olympics (2018), Olympics (1534), Japan (1439), Tokyo (1363), Corona 19 (973), national team (513), IOC (423), Cancellation (401), Opening Day (393), and Pfizer (258). Second, as a result of conducting N-gram network craft, Tokyo/Olympic (1,079), Japan/Olympic (386), Tokyo Olympic/IOC (341), IOC/national team (313), Tokyo Olympic/Pfizer (288), aational team/Tokyo Olympics (273), Tokyo Olympic/Cinema county (248), national team/Tokyo (246), Cinema county/Tokyo Olympics (245), Tokyo Olympics/willingness to hold (244), we could see that it was necessary to improve overall at the professional volleyball association and the club level. It was confirmed that the keywords related to the Tokyo Olympics were mainly political keywords including Corona 19 and the international situation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall perception of sports human rights violations and related keyword using big data analysis. As a keyword for data search, keyword results for sports human rights violations in 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, In order to utilize big data analysis and text mining techniques, news article search information, which is commonly used by the public, was used. A total of 16 media and broadcasting companies (11 central and 5 broadcasting companies) were selected as keyword collection and analysis channels. Top 30 keyword were analyzed by performing N-gram network analysis and word cloud visualization step by step. The main analysis results of the study were as follows. First, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of sports human rights violations 2019-2020, Sook-Hyun Choi (1,389), sports field (1,249), Korea Sports Association (1,145), coach (1,136), players (1,086), perpetrator (892), triathlon (754), Gyeongju City Hall (690), victim (688), the Fair Trade Commission (566). Second, the top 10 words extracted based on the keyword of sports human rights violations 2010-2021, Sports field (1,260), coash (1,176), victims (1,125), student athletes (1,037), bullying (949), perpetrators (805), Korea Sports Association (729), human rights violations (618), national team (612), Da-Young, Lee (595). The 2019-2020 words were exposed centered on keywords related to the case of Sook-hyun, Choi and Suk-hee, Shim and it can be seen that the 2020-2021 words related to school violence and sports human rights violations appeared in earnest.

ICT기반 스마트 피트니스 서비스 사용자 경험분석

The purpose of this study was to figure out the user experience of ICT-based smart fitness service by utilizing critical incidents technique which is the one of qualitative analysis methods. To attain the goal, ICT-based smart fitness 337 users were studied using CIT method. The analysis of the data was produced based on the observation reliability of 4 independent researchers who has sport business expert and sports management background. The results were as follows. First, according to the results of analyzing ICT-based smart fitness service users" positive experiences categorizations were goal setting function, specific information provision, UI and UX, physical and psychological satisfaction, suitable online. Second, according to the results of analyzing ICT-based smart fitness service users" negative experiences categorizations were program and functional aspects, lack of motivational function, precise feedback on actions, lack of localization system, indiscreet advertisement. Third, according to the result of analyzing measures to improve the ICT-based smart fitness service, necessary to provide various programs, to solve problems related to personal security, need to provide exercise feedback information, add function to prevent giving up, customization through personalization settings.
