        한국인 정신분열병과 5-HT_2A Receptor Gene Promoter 다형성(-1438A/G)과의 관련연구

        연구목적: 최근 세로토린 체계가 정신분열병과 관련이 있는 것으로 여겨지면서 5-HT2A 수용체 유전자와 promoter 부위의 다형성과 정신분열병과의 관련성이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 5-HT2A 수용체 유전자 promoter - 1438A/G 다형성이 한국인 정신분열병과 관련성이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 방법: 한국인 정신분열병 환자 132명과 정상대조군 138명을 대상으로 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용하여, 5HT2A 수용체 유전자 promoter - 1438A/G 다형성의 유전자형과 대립유전자의 빈도를 비교하였다. 결과: - 1438A/G의 대립유전자의 빈도에서는 양군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다(χ²=2.261, df=1, p=0. 133). 유전자형은 양군간에 미약하게 유의한 차이가 있었는데(χ²=6.157, df=2, p=0.046) 이는 양군간에 유전자형 G/G은 차이가 없고, 정신분열병군에서는 A/G, 정상인군에서는 A/A가 많은 결과로 판단되었다(A/A : AG+G/G, χ²=5.880, df=1, p=0.015 : A/A+A/G : G/G, χ²=0.049, df=1, p=0.826). 결론: 5-HT2A 수용체 유전자의 promoter -1438A/G 다형성이 한국인의 정신분열병의 발병과는 관련이 없는 것으로 보인다. Objectives: This study was desinged to investigate the association between 5-HT2A receptor gene promoter -1438A/G polymorphism and schizophrenia in a Korean population. Method: 5-HT2A receptor gene promoter -1438A/G polymorphism was typed with Poly- merase Chain Reaction in 132 patients with schizophrenia and 138 healthy normal controls. Results: There was no difference in allelic frequency of - 1438A/G polymorphism between patients with schizophrenia and controls(χ²=2.261, df=1, p=0.133). A difference was found in genotype distribution (χ²=6.157, df=2, p=0.046), but this difference was being given by the increased A/A in the controls and A/G in the patients. The genotype frequency, which is the sum of homozygosity and heterozygosity for the -1438 G allele, was significantly higher in the patients(χ²=5.880, df=1, p=0.015). However, there was no difference between the patients with schiophrenia and conrols in the frequency of homozygosity for the -1438 Gallele. Conclusions: These results suggest that -1438A/G polymorphism of the 5-HT2A receptor gene promoter is not causally related to the development of schizophrenia in a Korean population.

        Rail transportation system are needed to develop proper corresponds to satisfy various demands in freight transportation since there are many problems in rail transportation infrastructure and operation. This paper analyzes characteristics of rail transportation shipper and develops policy for vitality of rail transportation by survey of rail transportation shipper in Busan new Port. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 presents the description of the objective and the methods for this study. Section 2 presents the operation situation and container volumes in Busan port. Section 3 presents the forcasting volume of Busan port and rail freight transportation. Section 4 presents the Several Problems and solutions through analysis the rail transportation shipper. Section 5 summarizes conclusions and discusses further research topics.

      • 테니스 선수의 숙련성 차이에 따른 예측 능력과 시각 단서에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to examine anticipatory decisions and utilization of visual-cue with which such factors are made by tennis players of different expertise levels. Total of 51(12 university varsity players. 12 high school varsity players, 12 middle school varsity players. 15 novice university students) subjects were recruited and participated in this study. All subjects were exposed to slides in which 12 serve motions and 24 passing shot strokes within short exposure time(500ms). After viewing slides, subjects were asked to predict what kind of serves and which directions of passing shot strokes. In addition, each subject's visual-cue was reported. The final results of this study indicated that anticipation ability differed substantially with respect to expertise level. The university varsity group was superior in anticipatory decisions than other groups. During the anticipatory procedure, the university varsity group showed more focus on several movements prior to ball-racquet impact. In contrast, other groups showed more focus on motions after impact though finish. These results explain that the effective utilization of visual-cue is an important factor of anticipation that leads to categorize the expertise levels. Findings of this study suggest that the more scientific and organized methods to develop anticipation ability for athletes are needed in order to generate better sport performance.

        Clozapine, an atypical antipsychotic drug, is widely used in treatment-resistant schizophrenia. In addition to agranulocytosis, an increased susceptibility to epileptic seizures during clozapine treatment has previously been described. The authors describe 2 patients who developed epileptic seizure during clozapine treatment and provide recommendation for clinical management of this problem.

        Air-coupled 트랜스듀서를 이용한 발전설비 배관에서의 유도초음파 모드 규명

        발전설비의 중요한 요소인 배관의 효율적인 비파괴검사를 위해, 배관내에 유도초음파를 comb 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 발생시켰으며, 유도초음파를 비접촉 방식으로 수신하기 위해 ACT(air-coupled transducer)를 적용하였다. comb 트랜스듀서의 요소간격과 이론적인 분산선도로부터 발생가능 한 유도초음파 모드가 예측되었다. 또한 예측된 모드를 수신하기 위해 각 모드의 이론적인 위상속도를 이용하여 ACT의 수신 각도를 결정하였다. 수신모드의 특성을 규명하기 위해 웨이블릿 변환과 2D-FFT를 이용한 시간-주파수해석을 수행하여 이론적인 분산선도와 비교한 결과, 수신된 모드는 이론적으로 예측된 모드와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. In order to inspect the piping effectively, one of the important components in the facility of power plants, the ultrasonic guided wave was generated by a comb transducer and was received in a non-contact fashion by using an air-coupled transducer. The guided wave modes that can be generated by the comb transducer in piping are predicted from the theoretical dispersion curves and the element spacing of a comb transducer. Moreover, to receive the specific modes, the receiving angle of the air-coupled transducer is calculated from Snell's law between the phase velocities of guided waves and the sound velocity of air. The guided wave modes obtained in experiments are identified from the result of time-frequency analysis such as wavelet transform and two-dimensional fast Fourier transform.

        금산지역의 수삼의 저장관리 및 유통 현황

        There are need to develop of merchandise of value added fresh ginseng because of high consciousness level of consumer and enlarge of markets for high quality products. The fresh ginseng after harvest was distributed to farmer partually but in general, it was to market by consigner or wholsaler directly after harvest. There were a high difference on storage period of fresh ginseng in different harvesting seasons. The reduction of value of commodities of fresh ginseng for storage period was caused by decomposition and tender of tissue. The storage temperature was under the freezing point and the packing method was sealing tightly by plastic film. As the quality of fresh ginseng was defined by naked eye, it was difficult to sort the quality of ginseng directly harvest.

        This study was performed to investigate the water quality of some natural mineral springs in Busan. Samples for this study were collected at fifty sites during a year. from March 2000 to February 2001. The overall tendency of mineral was Na>Ca>Mg>K, and the seasonal variation of each components were like this - Ca: Win>Spr>Sum>Aut, Mg: Spr>Win>Sum>Aut, Na: Sum>Aut> Spr>Win, K: Aut>Sum>Spr>Win The K and O index suggested by Hashimoto was followed : delicious water(58%) > not belong to any group(34%) > healthy and delicious water(6%) > healthy water(2%).

        유도초음파를 이용한 2.25Cr-1Mo재의 열화도 평가

        고온에서 장시간 사용으로 인하여 발생되는 경년열화 평가에는 파괴적인 방법이 신뢰성이 높지만 시험편 채취의 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 비파괴적인 방법에 의한 열화도 평가가 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 2.25Cr-1Mo강에 대하여 장시간 등온열처리로 모의 열화시험편을 제작하여 고온설비부재에서 발생되는 탄화물의 석출 및 조대화, 불순물의 입계편석 등 금속학적 미세조직을 관찰하고, 미세조직의 변화와 유도 초음파의 전파특성과의 상관관계를 규명하고, 파괴시험치와 그 결과를 비교하여 초음파 비파괴평가에 의한 고온부재의 열화도 평가의 가능성을 실험적으로 검증하고자 한다. The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but, it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the etimation of degraded structural materials by nondestructive evaluation is strongly desired. In this paper, the use of guided wave was suggested for the evaluation of thermally damaged 2.25Cr-1Mo steel as an alternative way to compensate for limitations of fracture tests. The observation of microstructure variations of the material including carbide precipitation increase and spheroidization near gain boundary was conducted and the correlation with the guided wave features such as energy loss ratio and group velocity changes was investigated. Through this study the feasibility of ultrasonic guided wave evaluation for thermally damaged materials was explored.
