There have been a lot of studies about Han-Ok, the Korean-style house, in the perspective of existing Han-Ok’s inheritance, but there are no practicality in supply of Han-Ok. The cause is considered the complexity of Han-Ok construction techniques and higher construction expenses comparatively by processing in the restricted range by the shortage of the manufacturing technology of materials. On the contrary, for evolution to the new Han-Ok that can be supplied to the present period, there are studies that is analyzed the connection between sub materials and for possible modeling by formulating of assembling way. Thus, this study try to suggest the CNC process for new Han-Ok construction to secure construction relate to construction technique, which is determined by few expert technicians that is pointed out as problems of Han-Ok.

Background p19arf, primarily known as a tumor suppressor, has also been reported to play an essential role in normal development of mouse eyes. Consistently, lack of p19arf has been associated with ocular defects, but the mixed background of the knockout (KO) mouse strain used raised a concern on the accuracy of the phenotypes observed in association with the targeted gene due to genetic heterogeneity. Object We carried out a study to investigate into the efect of genetic background on the manifestation of p19arf KO associated phenotypes. Methods We characterized the phenotypes of novel p19arf KO mouse lines generated in FVB/N and C57BL/6J using a transcription activator-like efector nuclease (TALEN) system in comparison to the reported phenotypes of three other p19arf-defcient mouse lines generated using homologous recombination. Results Ninety-fve percent of FVB/N-p19arf KO mice showed ocular opacity from week 4 after birth which worsened rapidly until week 6, while such abnormality was absent in C57BL/6J-p19arf KO mice up to the age of 26 weeks. Histopathological analysis revealed retrolental masses and dysplasia in the retinal layer in FVB/N-p19arf KO mice from week 4. Besides these, both strains developed normally from birth to week 26 without increased tumorigenesis except for a subcutaneous tumor found in a C57BL/6J-p19arf KO mouse. Conclusion Our fndings demonstrated surprisingly variable manifestation of p19arf-linked phenotypes between FVB/N and C57BL/6J mice, and furthermore between our mouse lines and the established lines, indicating a critical impact of genetic background on functional study of genes using gene targeting strategies in mice.

We introduce a cost-effective method that combines electroplating with metal cold working processes to manufacture compositetubes with robust corrosion resistance. First, a 3-step electroplating process was developed to form an adhesive anduniform Ag coating on the outer wall of a 304 stainless steel tube. The process consisted of a Ni-strike step for removing thepassivation layer of the initial 304 tube, Cu deposition for smoothing the surface by adding a buffer layer, and Ag deposition. To reinforce the interfacial adhesion between the electroplated layers and the 304 tube and increase the area of the Ag coating,a pilger rolling or pilger rolling + heat-treatment process was performed after the Ag electroplating process. Scanningelectron microscopy of the composite tubes after each process indicated that the as-deposited Ag coating changed fromhaving a rough to smooth surface after only pilger rolling and with additional heat treatment. Electron backscatter diffractionanalysis of the microstructures and textures of the tubes revealed that dynamic recrystallization occurred extensively duringpilger rolling, resulting in the formation of a relatively defect-free grain structure without heat treatment. Furthermore,electrochemical polarization curves determined that the Ag-coated composite tubes are superior to the uncoated 304 tubein terms of corrosion resistance under Cl−atmosphere, owing to the formation of a AgCl passivation layer during testing. Surface analysis of the composite tubes suggests that the properties of the AgCl passivation layer are related to the grainsize of the Ag coating and the density of plastic-deformation-induced defects.

이 연구의 목적은 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 특성화 및 종합발전방안을 수립하는데 있다. 이 연구는 ① 전문계 고등학교 관련 선행연구 분석,② 인력육성 및 특성화 방향을 설정하기 위하여 광주광역시,전라남도,우리나라의 산업여건 분석,③ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교에 대해 Malcolm Baldrige 평가모형에 의한 진단평가와 SWOT 및 활용전략 분석, ④ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 개편 요구 분석,⑤ 광주광역시 전문계 고등학교의 특성화 및 종합발전방안 설정 등의 과정을 통해 수행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,비전은 광주광역시 전문계고 특성화와 발전 역량 구축을 통한 산업체 요구에 부합하는 우수 인력 양성이며,이를 위한 전략은 특성화 체제구축,학교교육 혁신,인적 자원 혁신,학교경영 혁신,인프라 구축으로 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 특성화 체제 구축은 특성화 체제 개편,교육과정 중심 특성화,학과 재배치 통합형 고교 도입,특성화고 신설을 통해 추진할 수 있 는데 특히,교육과정 중심 특성화가 적극 도입되어야 한다. 셋째,학교교육 혁신은 교육과정 개편,교수 학습 개선,진로지도 개선,시설 및 기자재 개선을 통해 추진할 수 있다. 넷째,인적자원 혁신은 학교 관리자 역량 강화,교원 역량 강화,학생 역량 강화를 통해 추진할 수 있다. 다섯째,학교경영 혁신은 경영 리더십 제고,경영 성과관리 강화,학교 재정 혁신을 통해 추진할 수 있다. 여섯째,인프라 구축을 위해 지자체,대학,산업체,지역주민과 연계 강화를 통해 추진할 수 있다. 일곱째,13개 전문계 고둥학교의 여건 및 특성에 적합한 단위학교별 특성화 및 종합발전방안을 수립하였다. The purpose of this study was to suggest strategies to specialize and develop vocational high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The study was orderly performed as follows: (1) reviewing literature about vocational high school, (2) analyzing the condition of industries, (3) diagnosing the vocational high school through Malcolm Baldrige model, (4) analyzing the SWOT and application strategies, (5) analyzing the needs of reform, and (6) establishing the strategies for the specialization and development of Vocational High Schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The major findings of this study were as the following: First, the vision was to bring up excellent human resources to corresponds industrial needs through specialization and development of vocational high schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Five strategies to achieve it were creating the specialization system, innovating the school education, human resources, and the school management, and building the infrastructure. Second, creating the specialization system can be performed through five tasks which were restructuring the specialization system, creating curriculum-based specialization, trading departments in inter-schools, introducing an integrated high school, and building a new specialized high school. Especially curriculum based specialization needs to be accepted. Third, innovating the school education can be performed through four tasks which were reorganizing the curriculum, improving the teaching and learning, improving the career guidance, and improving the facilities and equipments. Fourth, innovating human resources can be performed through three tasks which were enhancing each competencies of a school manager, a teacher, and a student. Fifth, innovating the school management can be performed through three tasks which were improving the management leadership, developing the performance management, and innovating the school finance. Sixth, building the infrastructure can be performed through four tasks which were enhancing the relationships with a local government, colleges, industries, and local residents. Seventh, individual strategies for the specialization and development of thirteen vocational high schools were also developed by corresponding to their conditions and characteristics.
비모형화 동특성을 고려한 로보트 매니플레이터의 실시간 적응제어

기존의 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 제어방법들을 간단한 고전적 제어방법들의 응용은 가능하지만, 고속운전이나 빈번한 부하변동에 의해 역학적으로 나타나는 각 관절사이의 연성(coupling), 관성파라미터의 불확실성, 모델링오차 등으로 인하여 로봇 제어기의 성능과 응용범위등은 큰 제약을 받게 된다. 본 연구에서는 제어기의 예측불허의 외란 및 파라미터의 불확실성 등에 대한 적응성의 향상을 위하여 적응 모델추종제어기법을 적용하여 로봇 매니퓰레이터 동적모델에서의 매개변수의 불확실성 및 미지의 외란, 존재, 갑자스런 부하변동에서도 좋은 제어성능이 유지 될 수 있는 견실한 로봇 관정 제어방식에 대한 연구를 중점으로 다룬다. 적응제어알고리즘은 초안정도(hyperstability)이론과 적응 모델 추종 제어의 원리를 바탕으로 유도되었고, 적응 제어기의 기온구조를 비선형성의 보상을 위한 내부루프의 MRAC구조와 고정된 게안을 갖는 외부루프와 PID제어기의 조합으로 구성되는 혼성구조의 제어기를 제언한다. In this paper, robust adaptive control approach is presented to inplement of the real time control of the industrial robot manipulator. The purpose of proposed adaptive control scheme is to achieve good tracking performance of desired trajectory tracking of joint position and veloeity under the existence of the payload variation and uncertinity of inertia parameter. The feedback gains of the controller are updated and adaptied in each sampling time to achieve the desired control performance. The proposed adaptive control algorithm is developed within the framework of adaptive model following control scheme using the Lyapunov direct method. To illustrate the performance of the proposed adaptive controller, simulation test is performed in the presence of the parameter uncertainties and payload variations.

In architectural design, housing has been an essential element of cities in general. This study investigated housing as a key element of urbanism and a major fabric in the rethinking of spatiality, density and new living/working patterns. Ciriani has continued to find a framework that could restructure the city, and then theorized his findings with the idea of strong "urban fragments" capable of "holding" space, a theory tested in his first important built commission in France: Noisy Ⅱ. Ciriani's typological strategy, which is a means to his purpose of generating space and forms in urban housing, is classified into three phases; 'megatrame(megastructure)', 'linear building', 'La Tour d'Horizon(horizontal tower)'. This study is about the design technique of the second phase, linear buildings. By analyzing his housing works of linear type, we ascertained his"upiece urbaine"vto serve as a connecting tool between diverse building types and urban morphology, regulating whole building in his design process. Typological strategy is a means of granting urban spaciality through the automatic formative norm capable of setting diverse restrictions- urban context, site conditions, functional programme, space, etc.- in urban housing design.
사람 갑상선자극호르몬 수용체를 발현하는 Chinese Hamster Ovary(hTSHR-CHO)세포를 이용한 자극형 갑상선자극호르몬 수용체 항체 활성 측정의 임상적 유용성

Detection of thyroid stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR) autoantibodies has clinical value in establishing the diagnosis of Graves ' disease, and in predicting its clinical course with high sensitivity and high specificity. Especially, TBII using radioreceptor assay has been widely used. Recently, for detecting thyroid stimulating antibody(TSAb), a sensitive method using human TSH receptor-transfected Chinese Hamster Ovary(CHO) cells has been developed and clinically used. The aims of this study are to determine the change and discrepancy of 2 TSHR autoantibodics in clinical course and to evaluate the correlation between 2 autoantibodies. We measured TSAb and TBII in 30 newly diagnosed and untreated patients and in 73 previously diagnosed as Graves ' disease and treated with antithyroid drug. Also we compared the changes of the antibodies in clinical course and correlation between 2 antibodies. Thes results are summarized follows. 1. In newly diagnosed patients, all of the 30 patients had positive TBII and/or TSAb. None of them had negative TBII and negative TSAb. And in newly diagnosed patients, mean TBII and mean TSAb values are 46.8% and 361%, respectively. In 73 treated patients mean values are 18. 7% and 196% each other. Therefore, newly diagnosed group has significant greater TBII and TSAb than antithyroid drug-treated group. 2. TBII was significantly different between euthyroid group and thyrotoxic group in antithyroid drug-treated patients, but TSAb was not. 3. TBII was sequentially decreased as increased medication duration, but TSAb was not shown sequential decrease as increased medication duration. 4. There was significant negative correlation between cumulative doses of antithyroid drug and TBII, but no significant correlation between cumulative doses and TSAb. 6. There was significant positive correlation between TBII and TSAb in total patients group and in antithyroid drug medication group, but not in newly diagnosed group. In conclusion, in Graves ' disease patients, detection of TSHR antibodies are clinical values in establishing the diagnosis and prediction of clinical course. A method detecting TSAb using hTSHR-CHO cells should be further studied for standardization of measurement, and for detecting the changes of TSAb in clinical course, long-term follow-up of patients are important.
‘병동 중심의 처치수가 산정지침 개발’ 등을 통한 간호업무 표준화 및 그 효과

문제: 병동 처치수가 산정 부정확 및 누락으로 인한 부적절한 재고관리로 진료차질, 불필요한 업무발생 및 수익이 감소한다. 목적: 병동 처치수가 산정 정확화를 위한 업무 표준화 도구 및 시스템을 개발하여 적정 재고관리를 통한 수익증대 및 직무만족도를 향상시킨다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 병동중심의 처치 산정지침 개발 및 수가물품의 적정재고 관리방안을 모색하였다. 개선효과: 병동중심의 처치수가 산정 지침서를 제작하여 업무표준화를 기하였음. 응급청구 품목 및 수량이 ’07년 대비 71%감소하고 타 병동 차용품목이 활동 전에 비해 61% 감소, 수량은 77% 감소함. 응급청구 총소요시간이 활동 전에 비해 ’07년 대비 77% 감소하고 타 병동 차용 총 소요시간이 61% 감소함. 전년 동기간 대비 수익이 4% 증가하였으며 또한 54병동과 보험 심사팀에서 직원들의 직무만족도가 향상되었다.

이 연구는 시민참여와 정부신뢰와의 관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 이 연구에서는 시민참여를 전통적인 오프라인 시민참여와 디지털 방식인 온라인 시민참여로 그 유형을 분류하고, 오프라인 시민참여와 온라인 시민참여의 경험이 정부신뢰와 어떤 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 2차 자료를 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, t-test, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시한 결과 먼저, 우리나라 시민참여 경험자는 약 22% 정도이며, 오프라인 시민참여 경험자는 약 12%, 온라인 시민참여 경험자는 약 15%, 그리고 온라인과 오프라인 시민참여를 모두 경험한 시민은 약 5% 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 시민참여와 정부신뢰와는 관계를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 오히려, t-test 및 분산분석 결과 오프라인 및 온라인 시민참여 경험자에 비하여 무경험자의 정부신뢰 수준이 상대적으로 약간 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 시민참여의 경험 유무 만으로 정부신뢰를 설명하는데는 한계가 있음을 보여 주는 결과일 뿐만 아니라 시민참여를 제도적으로 보장하는 것에서 나아가서 시민참여가 실질적 효과를 높일 수 있도록 시민참여과정에서 정부와 시민의 보다 적극적인 노력이 필요함을 보여주는 결과라 하겠다. Trust in government adds legitimacy to political system, provides social stability, and helps government to work effectively. In addition it increases cooperation between governments and citizens, and improves effectiveness of government affairs. However, citizens' trust in government has been quite low sine 1990s. In Korea, citizens' trust in government dropped after financial crisis in late 1990s. Various literatures indicated that citizen participation is one of the best ways to increase citizens' trust in governments. Especially as information technology increases, it is expected that citizens acquire information about different policy areas, and actively participate in surveys, discussion, and policy evaluation through internet. This research attempts to prove the relationship between citizen participation and trust in government by comparing online and offline citizen participation. The research utilized 2nd dataset from 'the influence of information on citizens' participation in policy-making.' With various statistical techniques such as frequency analysis, cross tabulation, ANOVA, and regression analysis, the characteristics of offline and online policy participants are examined. The results showed that citizens, who participate in policy-making processes more actively both online and offline, trust in government less. Comparing online and offline participation, online participants distrusted government more than offline participants. Such variables as policy competitiveness, democracy in government, quality of government, and transparency in government have direct influences on trust in government.
