        AHP를 활용한 국내 위탁급식사업의 KPI 우선순위 및 가중치개발에 관한 연구

        The contracted foodservice business as an intangible service industry requires measurement in intangible values. By these measurements the limited capitals should be selected and invested to differentiate itself from competitors and secure competitiveness. Currently, there are items to evaluate the present, future, and past of the Contracted Foodservice Business, however no academically established priority of the items. The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Hak-Jun & Kim, Ju-Yeon(2009) is development on significancy and priority of KPI in Korea. As a result of the study, customer perspective was understood to be most important, next financial perspective, internal process, and lastly the learning and growth perspective. KPI`s priority consists of customer satisfaction measurement in first place with a significant rate of 0.187. Next, following up was achieved profit targets and achieved sales goals. The results implicate that in the contracted foodservice business in Korea the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the increased customer satisfaction measurement and corresponding to the needs and wants of the customer to increase customer satisfaction measurement.

      • 생체분해성 망막압정을 이용한 망막고정에 대한 실험적 연구

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

        국내 여행상품 기획을 위한 리조트 사업의 핵심성과지표(KPI)에 대한 우선순위 및 가중치 개발

        To survive the competitive environment in and outside the country, the Resort Industry needs to measure the past financial recordings and future values. The Resort Industry being an Intangible Service Industry requires measurement in intangible values. By these measurements the limited capitals should be selected and invested to differentiate itself from competitors and secure competitiveness. Currently, there are items for evaluating the present, future, and past of the Resort Industry, however no academically established priority of the items. The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Hak-Jun & Kim, Dea-Kwan(2007), “A study of suitability of the indicators for the Key Management Performance Evaluation in the resort industry”, is development on significancy and priority of Resort Industry KPI for domestic travel product planning. As a result of the study, Customer Perspective was understood to be most important, next Financial Perspective, Internal Process, and lastly the Learning and Growth Perspective. KPI`s priority consists of Operating Profit Rate in first place with a significant rate of 0.147. Next, following up was the Revisiting Intention Rate and Customer Satisfaction Rate. The results implicate that in the domestic Resort Industry the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the Customer Perspective and corresponding to the Needs and Wants of the customer to induce revisits.

        여행상품 기획을 위한 서울시내 특1급 호텔의 핵심성과지표(KPI)에 대한 우선순위 및 가중치 개발

        The Hotel Business being an Intangible Service Industry requires measurement in intangible values. Currently, there are items for evaluating the present, future, and past of the Hotel Business, however no academically established priority of the items. The purpose of this research, a follow-up research of Kim, Dea-Kwan, Kim, Hak-Jun & Park, Yang-Woo(2009), A Study on the Development of KPI in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea Using BSC, is development on significancy and priority of KPI in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea for travel product planning. As a result of the study, Financial Perspective was understood to be most important, next Customer Perspective, Internal Process, and lastly the Learning and Growth Perspective. KPI`s priority consists of customer satisfaction measurement in first place with a significant rate of 0.145. Next, following up was operating profit to sales ratio of sales and achievement ratio of operating profit. The results implicate that in the Super Deluxe Hotel Business in Seoul Korea the business strategy should select and invest in limited capitals by investing in the increased customer satisfaction measurement and corresponding to the Needs and Wants of the customer to increase customer satisfaction measurement.

      • 생체분해성 고분자를 이용한 사시수술용 제형개발 및 효용성에 대한 연구

        A new device, muscle clamping system was developed to facilitate exact quatifying technique A strabismus surgery, and reduce the risk of complications. The device is composed of a lower fixing body with three jaws and an upper supporting body. They are used to clip an extraocular muscle and fix it to the sclera with a single bite. Superior rectus recession on 16 rabbit eyes were performed with this new device. Conjunctival injection, muscle adhesion strength, and light microscopic findings were examined at 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively. The Conjunctival injection were minimal, adhesion power ranged from 420 to 600 gram gravity, which is sufficient in withstand the normal pull of human extraocular muscle. In microscopic exam, some Inflammatory cells and fibrosis were found. The new device was technically easy, fast, and accurate, so it may be useful in stabismus surgery.

      • Oriental계 백합의 종구생산에 있어 재배지역 및 정식기가 생육 및 구근비대에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate effects of cultivation area and planting time on bulb growth and enlargement of Lilium oriental hybrids in seed buld production. Planting time was divided into three periods such as May 15, 30, June 15 and Cultivation areas were alpine Daegwallyong and low land Kangnung area. The results were as follows: 1.The temperature of Daegwallyong from June to September was around 16-18℃ which was the optimum temperature for growth of Lilium oriental hybrids compared with above 20℃ of Kangnung area. 2.The bulb emergence rate in Kangnung area was 1-3 days faster than Daegwallyong. As the planting time was delayed, the bulb emergence rate was faster. 3.There was no significant difference in plant height between cultivation area and cultivars, but as the planting time was delayed, the plant height in Kangnung was much longer than Daegwallyong. 4.The chlorophyll content was high in the early planting time and that in Daegwallyong was higher than Kangnung. 5.The fresh and dry weight of leave was increased in Daegwallyong cultivation, compared with Kangnung. 6.The growth of underground parts such as numbers and length of basic roots and root system of stem roots in Daegwallyong was much better than Kangnung. 7.Virus infection rate in Daegwallyong was lower than Kangnung, but in the phytophthora blight and leaf blight vice versa. 8.The faster the planting time was, the higher the bulb weight was. And the bulb weight in Daegwallyong was 93% higher than Kangnung.

        지방족 탄화수소의 할로겐 유도체 수용액의 광촉매-광분해

        The rates of photodegradation, reactivities, and mechanisms of photooxidation for the aqueous solution containing with halogen derivatives of aliphatic hydrocarbons have been discussed with respect to the kinds of photocatalysts, concentration of photocatalytic suspensions, strength of radiant power , time of illumination, changes of pH of substrate solution, wavelength of radiation, and pressure of oxygen gas saturated in the solution. These aqueous solutions suspended with 0.5 gL^-1 TiO_2 powder have been photodecomposed in the range of 100 and 93.8% per 1 hour if it is illuminated with wavelength (λ≥ 300nm) produced from Xe-lamp(450W). The photocatalytic abilities have been increased in the order of Fe_2O_3 < CdS < CeO_2 < Y_O2_3 < TiO_2, and rates of photodegradation for the solution have maximum values in the condition of pH 6∼8 and 3 psi-O_2 gL^-1. These rates for the photooxidation per 1 hour were dependent on the size of molecular weight and chemical bonding for organic halogen compounds and the rates of photodegradation were increased in the order of C_2H_5Br < CH_2Br_2 < C_5H_11Cl C_2H_4Cl_2 < trans-C_2H_2Cl_2 < cis-C_2H_2Cl_2 The t_1/2 and t_99% for these solutions were 5∼21 and 40∼90 minutes, respectively, and these values were coincided with initial reaction kinetics(r_0). It was found that reaction of photodegradation has the pseudo first-order kinetics controlled by the amount of h^+_VB diffused from a surface of photocatalysts.

        생활치 미백제가 우치 법랑질의 투명도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 현재 임상에서 home bleaching을 위해 사용되고 있는 표백 재료들이 치아 법랑질의 투명도에 어떠한 변화를 일으키는지 고찰해 보고자 시행하였다. 실험 대상으로는 하루 전 발거한 우치 (bovine tooth)를 사용하였다. 치아의 순면에 수직되게 다이아몬드 드릴을 이용해 수주 하에서 직경 6 mm의 원통형 치아 시편을 만들어 순면이 노출된 상태로 투명한 아크릭 레진에 포매한 후, low speed diamond saw (Isomat, Buehler Co., USA)를 사용하여 1.2 mm 두께로 절단하였다. 절단된 시편은 순면을 먼저 편평하게 연마하고,절단된 면을 연마하여 두께 1 mm의 시편을 완성하였다. 완성된 시편(우치 25개)을 무작위로 추출하여 3개의 그룹으로 나누고 나머지는 대조군으로 하였다. Opalescence (10% carbamide peroxide, Ultradent, Milford, USA), Rembrandt (10% carbamide peroxide, DenMat, USA) 및 Opalescence F(15% carbamide peroxide with fluoride, Ultradent)를 시편의 순면에 1주일 동안 적용 (표백제는 24시간마다 교체)하였고, 설측면은 증류수를 적신 거즈에 접촉된 상태로 보관하였다 표백제를 적용하기 전과 적용 3, 5, 7일째에 시편의 삼자극치 X, Y, Z 값을 색채색차계 (Color & Color Differencemeter, Model TC-6FX, Tokyo Denshoku Co., Japan)로 백색 배경판과 흑색 배경판 상에서 측정하였다 백색 배경판과 흑색 배경판 상에서 측정된 Y값의 평균값을 이용해 contrast ratio를 계산하였다 얻어진 값을 One Way Repeated Measured ANOVA를 이용하여 통계 처리한 결과 10% Opalescence처치군, 15% Opalescence-F처치군 및 대조군에서는 통계적으로 유의할만한 증감을 보이지 않았고, Rembrandt처치군에서는 Contrast ratio가 증가하였다 (p < 0.01) . This study was done to evaluate whether vital bleaching agents could influence on the translucency of the bovine enamel. The anterior bovine teeth that were extracted one day before and without any gross discoloration were obtained and then were preserved in physiologic saline. 6 mm cylindrical tooth specimens were fabricated with diamond puncher perpendicularly on labial surface of bovine tooth. After embedded in transparent acrylic resin with labial surface being exposed, they were cut to a thickness of 1.2 mm with low speed diamond saw (Isomat, Buehler Co., Lake Bluff, IL, USA). They were smoothly ground to 1 mm thickness of enamel with sandpaper. 24 specimens were randomly divided into 3 groups and control group respectively. Opalescence (10% carbamide peroxide, Ultradent, South Jordan, USA), Rembrandt (10% carbamide peroxide, DenMat, USA) and Opalescence F (15% carbamide peroxide with fluoride, Ultradent, USA) were applied on labial sides of the bovine enamel for 7 days (bleaching agents were reapplied every 24 hours) and the opposite surface was contacted to cotton that soaked in distilled water. The control group was soaked in distilled water. Three stimulus value X, Y and Z were evaluated with colorimeter (Color ' Color Differencerneter, Model TC-6FX, Tokyo Denshoku Co., Japan) on the labial surface of all specimen three times on white and black background plate before the bleaching agents were applied and on 3rd, 5th and 7th day after applied. The degree of translucency was normally assessed by measuring the inverse property, opacity (contrast ratio). 10% Opalescence, 15% Opalescence-F, and control group showed no significant variation in the translucency of bovine enamel, However Rembrandt decreased the translucency of it (p < 0.01).
