      • 捻轉法이 竝行된 鍼刺戟 및 電鍼刺戟이 鎭痛效果에 미치는 影響

Analgesic Effect of Manual Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture combined with Twirling Method. Proceeding of International Symposium on East-West Medicine Seoul. 187-200, 1999.-Twirling the needle (TN) is one of several needing methods frequently used for acupuncture in the oriental medicine. The present study was conducted to see if TN enhanced the antinociceptive effect produced by plain-or electroacupuncture in the rat tail flick test. Rats (Sprague-Dawley, 200-300g)lightly anesthetized with thiopental sodium(40mg/kg, i.p.) were used in the tail-flick test. The basal reaction time for tail-flick was 2 sec. For "plain" acupuncture(PA), a needle was inserted for 20 min into a Chock-samni (ST36) acupuncture point which (is located at the anterior tibial muscle and about 10mm below the knee joint). For electroacupuncture(EA), train-pulses(3 Hz,0.3-ms pulse width, 0.2-0.3mA) were applied to the inserted needle for the period of insertion. For combining TN with either PA or EA, TN was performed during the each acupuncture period. Two methods for TN were used; twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 1 min in every 5 mins(long-duration and long-interval;LDLI) and twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 10 sec in every 1 min(short-duration and short-interval;SDSI). PA and EA produced an increase in tail flick latency (TFL); peak increases were 21.3±5.1% and 42.1±17.3% of the pre-acupunture control, respectively, and occurred immediately after cessation of 20min-acupuncture. Performing TN combined with PA increased TFL more than PA itself by showing a greater peak increase in TFL when performed with a SDSI-TN than with a LDLI-TN(60.6±12.5% and 42.7±22.7% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). Performing TN combined with EA also increased TFL more than EA itself and a greater peak increase in TFL was observed with a SDSI-TN as compared to a LDLI-TN(77.5±13.8% and 67.3±14.0% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). These results indicate that TN enhances both PA-and EA-produced antinociception where an greater enhanced antinociception than a LDLI-TN. It is suggested that performing a SDSI-TN combined with EA seems to be one of the most effective ways to produce analgesia.

      • 개발제한구역의 정당성 고찰 : 합리성과 형평성의 관점에서 From a standpoint of Rationality and Equality

        Greenbelt should be recognized as an area conserving ecology rather than that restricting development. The terminology, greenbelt itself should be converted into 'ecology conservation belt'. Considering the notion that greenbelt system exists for the purpose of both understanding national sympathy and maximizing political rationality, this study establishes basic direction for greenbelt management and proposes policy alternatives improving inhabitants' and regional equality. First, under the long-term masterplan for harmony between development and envionment conservation, it is keenly needed that current greenbelt is surveyed again and proper areas for greenbelt are newly delineated. Second, since residents living in the greenbelt right, compensation for the damage should be carried out for the people who have lived in the area before the greenbelt system started. In addition, appropriate compensation tools should be prepared and transfer of development right and environment tax as the tool could be introduced and executed in Korea. Moreover, third, government should compensate other people restricted because of similar reason to greenbelt as well as the greenbelt residents as mentioned. the amount of central government subsidy should be increased and central government may hand over restriction rights related greenbelt system to local governments. In oonclusion, environment conservation policy managed for the harmony between conservation and development of our land is needed under the plan controlling our land over a long period in terms of making our country green rather than restricting that as special area.

        평면연삭에서 숫돌의 종류와 연삭조건에 따른 표면거칠기 및 연삭숫돌의 파괴

        In this study, the variation of surface roughness was tested in surface grinding for the three winking materials SM45C, heat-treated SM45C, and gray cast iron. It was performed for the various grinding wheels with two grain size #60, #100, and three grade I,O,R and various grinding depths and feeds. The fractural grinding depths which were obtained when the grinding wheels were destructed in surface grinding works, were examined and compared with the calculated value sug-gested in this study. The results showed that the surface roughness was decreased by decreasing grinding depth, and feed, and increasing grain size and grades. The fracture grinding depths were increased by increasing grain size, grade and feed.

      • 한강변 아파트단지 내 조망 유무에 따른 동별 층별효용비율 비교분석

        The purpose of this study is firstly to verify that the view and story which are environmental and/or amenity factors, have an effect on the price of Han-riverside apartments through the sales comparison approach, secondly to provide raw data in measuring real selling price of those apartments and thirdly to propose the necessity of adaptation of utility ratio per story considering view factor when estimating standard price for taxation. Among apartment complex located in adjacent north riverside highway, which inhabitants can overlook the Hanriver in their living room, the real sale prices of 204 apartment units sold out during the3/4 of 2002 were used. We found that there were the big difference between the calculated table figures of utility ratio per story with without considering view factor like the good view of Hanriver. The standard price as a taxing standard has been used when assessing tax on real estate, especially here on apartment, in Korea, however it is inevitably needed that this taxing standard should converge to real market price. Now is the time to change calculating method of the standard price into the substantial and real calculating method considering both story and view factors.

        This compact Gun Drilling Machine was developed to improve productivity and economical efficiency for small and midium enterprise tool makers. To produce specialize tools that gun drilling works should be required prior to making deep holes. Gun drill machines are so expensive and big burden for small tool makers so that works used to execute through outside orders but it was required lot of cost too. Most of gun drill machines are providing for high volume and large capacity enterprises. In order to support for small and medium enterprise purpose that compact gun drill machine was designed and developed. It could be improved products quality, productivity and saving manufacturing cost using this machine.

        We present a case of angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva in a 32-year-old woman. The asymptomatic lesion measured 4×3cm and appeared as a gray-white myxoid mass on cut sections Histologically, it appeared as a relatively well-circumscribed spindle cell proliferation with alternating hypercellular and hypocellular areas and proliferation of thin-walled blood vessels. Immunohistochemically, the stromal cells expressed vimentin, CD34 and progesterone receptor, but not desmin, α-smooth muscle actin, S-100 protein and estrogen receptor. These features were similar to those of angiomyofibroblastoma as previously reported in the vulva except negativity for desmin A case of pathologically proven very rare tumor of angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva is presented with a literature review

      • 점성·비점성 유동장에서의 Solution-Adaptive Grid 기법연구

        유동장 해석에 있어 격자가 얼마나 잘 구성되어 있는가는 해의 정확도와 수렴성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 가장 이상적인 격자는 모든 격자점에서 오차가 같은 값으로 분배되어 있어야한다. 그러기 위해서는 오차가 크게 생길만한 충격파나 경계층 등에서는 그만큼 많은 수의 격자가 필요하게 된다. 그러나 이를 미리 예측하고 격자를 만들기가 어렵기 때문에 Solution-adaptive grid 생성방법이 사용된다. 이것은 해의 변화가 심하게 나타나 오차가 큰 곳에 격자를 모아주고 상대적으로 오차가 작은 곳은 격자를 펴줌으로써 같은 수의 격자로 효율적인 격자를 생성하는 방법이다. 본 논문은 Elliptic Type의 격자생성법을 이용한Solution-adaptive Grid 방법과 Parameter 영역을 이용한 Solution-adaptive grid 방법을 이용하여 유동장을 계산하였다. One of the most important things for improving solution accuracy and convergency is grid refinements. Ideal grids make the same error distributions in all grid points. For this reason, grid rearrangement is sometimes necessary in some cases. If the flow fields have shock waves or boundary layers, there may be a lot of errors in those regions. Therefore, we should have more grid points in those regions to overcome this defect. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to estimate the regions which needs more grid points unless we have a final solution. So solution-adaptive grid methods are introduced. It is one of the grid refinement methods for making an effective grid in the flow fields. It makes grids be denser in the larger flow gradient regions and be coarser in smaller regions. Generally, two solution-adaptive grid methods are very popular. One of these is a solution adaptive grid generation method using elliptic type partial differential equation and the other is a solution adaptive grid generation methods using bilinear interpolation between physical domain and parametric domain.

        Nano sized particles have been paid attention in various applications due to their physical and chemical properties such as surface area and reactivity In this study, synthesis of Nano particles using Poly-vinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) as a reducing agent. PVP has many advantages, because PVP is soluble in water, solvent and Surfactant. For separation of each sized particles, centrifuge is desperate needed. The main factors rotatory power in rpm. As changing the factors and checking the particles sizes, find the best condition of each sized particles. Though the mechanical process, it is possible to obtain pure and each sized Nano particles.

      • 수행에 대한 지식의 상대적 빈도가 편마비 환자의 균형 재훈련에 미치는 영향

        During therapy sessions, feedback is often provided concurrently by the physical therapist as the patient attempts to perform a movement and after the movement attempt. This feedback is provided to enhance the patient's balance abilities. However, recent studies in nondisabled populations have suggested that frequent feedback may be detrimental to retention or learning of motor skills. This study compared the effects of 100% relative frequency of knowledge of performance (KP) with 66% relative frequency of KP for motor learning on balance retraining in patients with hemiplegia. Twenty patients with hemiplegic were randomly assigned to one of two experimental groups. The acquisition phase consisted of 16 blocks of 5 trials for 2 days (80 total practice trials). The retention chase consisted of 2 blocks of a short-term retention test, one day after the end of the acquisition phase and a long-term retention test, one week after the end of the short-term retention test. In the 100% feedback condition, participants received feedback after every practice trial. A faded KP schedule was used in the 66% condition. No significant differences were found between the two groups during all experimental phases (acquisition and retention phases), (p>.05). However, there were significant decreases in balance index for both groups of acquisition phase (p<.05). These results suggest that 66% relative frequency of KP is not more effective than 100% relative frequency of KP with respect to retention over time when hemiparetic patients attempt to learn balance.

      • 뇌성마비 아동의 임상특성과 관리

        To understand clinical characteristics of children with cerebral palsy, ninety three children who were diagnosed to have cerebral palsy in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Chungnam National University Hospital were studied retrospectively. Their medical records were reviewed to see the types of cerebral palsy, distribution of paralysis, possible cause of cerebral palsy, history of seizure, result of brain imaging studies, such as Computerized Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Electroencephalography (EEG), and Auditory Evoked Potential (AEP) study. The results were as follows : 1) They were sixty-four boys (68.8%) and twenty-nine girls (31.2%) with ages ranging from six months to sixteen years, three months (mean : 3 years 11 months) at initial visit and mean duration of follow up was two years, eight months. 2) The most common type of cerebral palsy was spastic (82.7%) followed by mixed, athetoid, ataxic and rigidity types listed in the order of frequency. 3) Topographic distribution of spastic paralysis was led by diplegia (55.8%) followed by tetraplegia (27.3%), hemiplegia (14,3%), and monoplegia (2.6%).. 4) Prematurity and low birth weight were the leading possible causes for cerebral palsy. 5) Incidence of seizure was 23.6% among these children. 6) History of seizure was not directly correlated with abnormal findings of brain imaging, EEG, or AEP, and clinical correlation is recommended. 7) Forty-nine children (52.7 %) were under regular treatment or special education programs provided locally. Problems such as lack of treatment facilities, financial burden, insufficient treatment time, and unsatisfactory treatment, etc. were noted. With the results above, a locally available, more comprehensive management program is highly recommended to provide the children with cerebral palsy the early diagnosis, appropriate, timely intervention, regular treatment, and special education that are needed. Furthermore, ways to prevent prematurity and low birth weight infant should be sought as they are major risk factors for cerebral palsy.
