In this paper, a simplified type of adaptive controller using Nussbaum gain for the control of the spacecrapt with elastic appendages is suggested. This method doesn't need the information of the high frequency components in transfer function. While the pitch angle tracks the desired value by this method, the elastic modes are also stabilized. Only pitch angle and the pitch rate are used for the design of the output feedback controller. Especially all system parameters and the high frequency gain are assumed to be unknown. For design simplicity, a controller is designed by using only the linear part, and it's shown to satisfy the nonlinear system by the simulation with basic explanations. By using the Lyapunov function, the stability of the suggested algorithm is demonstrated, and also the effectiveness of the suggested algorithm is verified by showing the computer simulation results. 본 논문에서는 유연모드 부속물을 갖는 우주선의 제어를 위해서 누스범 이득을 갖는 간단한 형태의 적응제어기를 제안한다. 이 방법은 전달함수에서 고주파 이득의 정보가 필요하지 않는다. 본 논문의 방법을 사용하여 피치각도가 목표치를 추종하는 중에, 아울러 유연모드의 안정화도 이룬다. 피치각과 피치각속도 성분만 사용하여 출력궤환제어기를 설계한다. 특히 모든 시스템 파라미터 및 고주파성분은 미지로 한다. 설계의 간편성을 위해서 선형함수만을 사용하여 설계한 제어기가 전체 비선형시스템을 만족함을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보이고, 그 근거도 설명한다. Lyapunov 함수를 구성하여 제안한 방법의 안정성을 증명하고, MATLAB을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시하여 제안한 방법의 유용성을 증명한다.
자기공명영상에서 나타난 만성 족근관절 외측 불안정성 동반 병변

Purpose: This retrospective study was designed to determine the type and frequency of associated lesions in patients with chronic lateral ankle instability who had modified Brostrom lateral ankle ligament reconstruction. Materials and Methods: Between 2004 and 2007, 60 cases of 60 patients were enrolled in this study. A retrospective review of the magnetic resonance images of the affected ankle was conducted by two orthopedic surgeons who did not get any information about intraoperative findings and the lesions were admitted when two doctors were coincident. Results: The overall incidence of associated lesions found in this study was about 83%. Peroneal tenosynovitis was the highest frequency (32%), followed by osteochondral lesion of talus (28%), anterolateral impingement (15%), Os subfibula (13%), Os trigonum (12%), ankle synovitis (12%), anterior tibiofibular ligament tear (15%), anterior bony spur (7%). Another findings were loose bodies (5%), flexor tendon tenosynovitis (5%), medial osteophyte (3%). Conclusion: Identifying these associated lesions will be helpful in treating chronic lateral ankle instability especially when the surgeon have a plan to operate the instability. We suggest that the better results can be obtained when the associated lesions are corrected simultaneously.
Lindholm 방법을 이용한 진구성 아킬레스 건 파열의 치료

Purpose: This retrospective study was designed to evaluate the treatment results of chronic Achilles tendon rupture by Lindholm method. Materials and Methods: Between 2002 and 2006, we performed the reconstruction of the Achilles tendon by using of the gatrocnemius-sloeus fascia known as Lindholm method. Ten cases of ten patients were enrolled in this study (8 men and 2 women). The mean age of the patients at the time of operation was 49 years (range, 32${\sim}$66 years). The mean follow-up duration was 15.2 months (range, 12${\sim}$19 months). The retrospective review of the clinical history, physical examination, the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) score were conducted. Results: The mean AOFAS score before surgery was 74.10${\pm}$2.56 and that of the latest follow-up was 90.60${\pm}$5.72. The excellent results were six and good results were four patients. Eight patients were normal triceps power and the others were good. The average of heel to floor distance was 4.5 mm less in the operated legs than the contralateral ones in each patient, but there was no significant difference (p>0.05). The average of calf muscle circumference in the mid-leg was 7.5 mm less in the operated legs than the contralateral ones and there was significant difference (p<0.05). The active range of motion of the ankles, mean plantarflexion was 40 degrees and dorsiflexion was 16.8 degrees in operated side. The contralateral side was 43 degrees in plantarflexion and 19 degrees in dorsiflexion. No case showed rerupture of the reconstructed Achilles tendon. One patient had the superficial wound infection which was treated successfully by antibiotic therapy. Conclusion: It was suggested that the overall results of Lindholm method for the chronic Achilles tendon rupture indicated satisfactory outcomes.

본 논문에서는 비선형시스템의 제어대상의 하나로 사용되고 있는 Chua회로를 대상으로 견실 출력귀환제어를 실현한다. 특히 비선형인 경우는 선형의 경우와 틀린 접근방법을 사용하여야 한다. 우선 기준신호발생기인 exosystem을 정의하고 출력추종오차식으로부터 오차방정식을 유도하고, 적분기 형태의 서보보상기를 사용하여 수정된 슬라이딩면을 설계한다. 수정된 슬라이딩면과 서보보상기에 사용되는 파라미터들은 슬라이딩면 및 서보보상기가 안정하도록 관련다항식이 Hurwitz조건을 만족하도록 정한다. 특히 모든 파라미터들이 미지여서, 오차신호들이 귀환으로부터 얻을 수 없기 때문에, 고이득 관측기를 설계하고, 이 추정값을 사용하여 안정화제어기를 얻는다. 시뮬레이션결과를 제시함으로서 알고리즘이 유용함을 증명한다. This paper deals with the robust nonlinear controller design using output feedback for a Chua circuit which is one of the well-known nonlinear models. First, an exosystem for reference signal tracking is defined, and error dynamic equations are derived from the differentiation of the output tracking error equation. The normal sliding surface is modified using the integral type servo compensator. The parameters in the equations of the modified sliding surface and servo compensator are determined by using the Hurwitz condition of stability. Especially the error signals can't be obtained directly from the output because all parameters are assumed unknown. So instead, a high gain observer is designed. From this estimated error signals, a stabilizing controller is designed. Simulation is done for demonstrating the effectiveness of the suggested algorithm.
