To develop of wildland fire fighter fire shelter, currently marketed domestic fire shelter and overseas fire shelter analyzed performance and compared performance of developed fire shelter. developed fire shelter is two type. one is basic fire shelter and the another type was light weight type fire shelter. primary focus was thermal protection performance of fire shelter. Thermal protection is RPP(Radiant Protective Performance) and TPP(Thermal Protective Performance). Thermal protection performance of domestic fire shelter, overseas fire shelter, and developed fire shelter was assessed and compared in accordance with ISO 15025, ISO 9151, ISO 6942, ISO 17492, in additional test, ISO 13506 was carried out. ISO 13506 was burn predict test of protective cloth. The results showed that developed basic type of fire shelter was equivalent to overseas fire shelter and superior to domestic fire shelter. but light weight type of inferior to overseas fire shelter.
