삼민주의(三民主義)와 삼균주의(三均主義)에 나타난 민(民) 의식 연구

손문과 조소앙의 역사적 맥락은 일제와 제국주의에 기초한 자본주의 및 세계주의에 맞서 항전하는 것에서 찾을 수 있다. 손문은 서구세계와 의 충돌에서 드러난 중국사회의 한계를 절감하고 개혁이 아닌 혁명이야 말로 중국이 생존할 활로임을 알았다. 그는 중국인민을 사회의 주체로 규정하고 국민을 수탈로부터 해방시키고자 했다. 이것은 국민에게 권리를 돌려주는 것이며 국민이 자유민임을 확인시키는 것이다. 또한 이것은 소수의 정치세력이 주도한 개혁의 한계성을 절감한 결과였다. 손문은 프랑스 혁명의 평등 자유 박애의 가치를 민족 국민의 권리 국민의 복지로 재해석하면서 중국사회의 혁명을 이끌었다. 이러한 혁명성은 동일한 역사적 배경을 가진 한국의 상황에 이식되었다. 그 결과 3.1운동 이후 전개된 대한민민국 임시정부의 건국강령에 용해되어 들어갔다. 이러한 가교역할을 수행한 인물이 조소앙이다. 조소앙은 손문의 삼민주의를 수용하여 삼균주의를 제창했다. 조소앙의 삼균주의는 삼민주의의 혁명사상을 바탕으로 정립된 한국적 혁명사상이다. 이 두 혁명사상은 역사적 현실적 동질성에 기초하고 있다. 그것은 일본 제국주의 파시즘에 대항하고 자유와 독립을 위해 항전하는 것이다. 내부적으로는 전제군주제의 수탈을 타파하고 민주공화제로의 혁명적 전환을 목적하였다. 이 두 혁명사상은 민을 권리를 행사하는 자유로운 존재로 규정하고 있다. 새롭게 규정된 민은 독립국가의 헌법적 기초를 이루었다. 본 논문은 손문과 조소앙의 사상을 혁명사상으로 규정하고 이들이 규정하였던 민의 역사적 정치적 지위를 비교함으로써 민주개념의 가치를 확인하는 것이다. Son wen and Cho so-ang's ideological commonality is againt Japannese imperialism, Fascism, and Globalism. Son wen realized the limitations of china in the war with the west. and he realized that the revolutionnot, not reform, is way to survive. He defined the Chinese people as the subjects of the state and tried to free them from exploitation. This is to return the rights to the people and to confirm that the people are free people. In addition, this was the result of reducing the limitations of reforms attempted by several political forces. Son wen led the revolution in Chinese society by reinterpreting the values of equal freedom and philanthropy in the French Revolution as national, people's rights, and the welfare of the people. His revolutionary ideas were transplanted into Korea, which shared the same era. As a result, it was cited in the code of founding of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea after the March 1st Movement. Cho so-ang is a key figure in the exchange between Chinese revolutionary ideas and Korean revolutionary ideas. Cho so-ang was influenced by Son wen's people’s Three Principle) and advocated Principle of Three Equalities). Cho so-ang's Three Equalities is a revolutionary idea in Korea. The two revolutionary ideas have the same environment of the times. So the purpose is homogeneous. Their purpose is to break down the fascism of Japanese imperialism and win freedom and independence. As a domestic problem, It destroys the exploitation of the despotic monarchy and converts it into a democratic republic. The two revolutionary phases define the people as subjects of rights and as free people. The newly defined people became the constitutional basis of an independent state. This paper defines Son wen and Cho so-ang's ideas as revolutionary ideas. And compare the political status of the people in these two ideas. By doing so, we confirm the value of democracy.
