해양산업클러스터 유휴공간의 재생 특성 연구 - 컨버전디자인을 중심으로

해양산업 클러스터의 지속가능한 발전을 위해 유휴공간을 재생디자인하고 컨버전디자인하는 방법을 제시한다. 부산 북항재개발 지구 같은 해양산업 클러스터를 대상으로 유휴공간의 재생디자인과 컨버전디자인 전략과 방법을 연구하였으며, Gasometer City in Vienna, Borneo Sporenburg in Amsterdam, Hafencity in Hamburg, King's Cross Central in London 네 가지 해외 사례의 특성분석을 통해 유효공간 디자인에 대한 인사이트를 얻었다. 이를 바탕으로 해양산업 클러스터의 유효공간을 컨버전디자인하여 지속가능한 발전에 기여하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 설문조사를 통해 유효공간의 재생디자인에 대한 대중의 인식을 파악하였으며, 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 유효공간 디자인 전략과 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 통해, 지속가능한 해양산업 클러스터의 발전과 도시환경 보전에 기여할 수 있는 연구가 수행되었다. This thesis proposes a method for revitalizing and converting unused spaces in the maritime industry cluster for sustainable development. The study focuses on the Busan North Port redevelopment area as a case of the maritime industry cluster and explores the strategies and methods for revitalizing and converting unused spaces through a comparative analysis of four overseas cases: Gasometer City in Vienna, Borneo Sporenburg in Amsterdam, Hafencity in Hamburg, and King's Cross Central in London. Based on these analyses, the paper presents ways to convert the unused spaces in the maritime industry cluster for sustainable development. The paper also investigates public perceptions of revitalizing unused spaces through a survey and proposes design strategies and methods for converting these spaces based on the survey results. This research contributes to the sustainable development of the maritime industry cluster and the preservation of the urban environment.

This study focuses on designing a regional image through the integration of colours that immensely influences people"s emotions. The purpose of this research is to establish a unique city image that is related to people by enhancing its identity. The UN Memorial Cemetery Park is one of Busan"s representative historical sites. As the subject of this research, through applicable images. A survey was completed on colours that represent the brand identity of UN Memorial Park by extracting colours that represent adjectives suitable for the regional brand image. Following the IRI image scale method that was used to extract applicable colours representing the brand identity adjectives, another follow up analysis has been completed . As a result of the final survey analysis, the image adjectives best representing the UN Memorial Park were "comfortable" and "quiet". The identity colors were selected as "7.5B 8/2" and "5PB 6/1" based on KSCA color matching system. It is expected that this study will be able to establish a regional identity and further formulate a foundation to plan an integrated regional identity such as a metropolitan city.
