      • Zn₁-xFexSe의 고유결함에 관한 연구

        We studied the native defects of dilute magnetic semiconductors Zn₁-xFexSe epilayer by using SAW device. The energy gap of Zn₁-xFexSe for each epilayer(x=0.0213, 0.0915) was 2.57eV, 2.74eV at room temperature (294K). The trap level for x=0.0213, 0.0915 were calculated by measuring Transverse Acoustoelectric Voltage(TAV). Also we can calculated cross section.

        We have measured the energy gap in ZnSe as a function of temperature by Laser-Generaeted Photocharge Voltage Spectroscopy(PVS). Trap levels were calculated quasi equibrium, peak shape, initial rise methods. And We have measured the Photocharge Voltage as a function of temperature with varing heating rate. The trapping cross-section of ZnSe was calculated by the methods of Grossweiner.

        A numeical and experimental study has been performed on heat transfer in square duct. The effects of distant P between dry solides and Reynolds number were studied numerically by Finite Element Method(F.E.M.) The experiment were studied according to F.E.M. analysis by Universal Digital Measuring system. The results of F.E.M. analysis and experimental are as follows. 1) Comparison between mumerical and experimental results showed good agreement. 2) Heat transfer increases according to decrease of the P/D ratio and increase of H/L ratio too.

      • 複合 作動液을 갖는 回轉型 히트파이프의 傳熱特性

        Heat transfer characteristics of internally triangler finned rotating heat pipe with the water-ethanol mixture as working fluid have been numerically and experimentally studied. The numerical and experimental results showed good agreement and when the ethanol content change, application limit of rotating heat pipe could change. By increasing rpm or vapour pressure of rotating heat pipe, heat transfer rate was increased slightly but when ethanol content increase, heat transfer rate was decreased. In case of pure ethanol for working fluid, heat transfer was about 0.8 compared with distilled water. When ethanol content was about 0.2 heat transfer rate and applicable temperature was profitably appeared. When ethanol content was about 0.2, heat transfer rate and applicable temperature difference of rotating heat pipe.

        This study is on the point at issue of primary and middle school building planning to the betterment of teaching environment. The conclusions are as follows ; 1. It need to establishment of definition about the land areas occupied by school and improvement about the standard of land areas. 2. It need to flexibility of the school building design and regulation about the standard of building areas.

      • 시멘트 製品의 品質에 관한 硏究 : 釜山市中 生産品을 中心으로 Available in Busan Area

        Cement bricks or blocks are commonly used for the bearing wall or the curtain wall. But the commercially available mass producted cement products (Cement Bricks or Blocks) have many defects as the constituents of a structure. In this study, the authors carefully examined through the experimentation and reviewed the qualities of the cement products made by the manufacturing enterprises scattering in Busan Area. The results are as follows. (1) In order that more than 80% of the products have the second class strength, the fineness modulus of aggregate should be more than 3.1 (in view point of the standard compressive strength). In case of Busan Area, the best products can be produced by use of YANGSAN (2) raw aggregate. (2) There was a big difference as much as 2.3 times in the compressive strength under loose quality control for curing even among the products manufactured by the same company (under a given condition of production method, curing, mix by volume, ratio of cement and water, and quality of aggregates.) The compressive strength is proportional to the weight and the average strength of the wet products decreased about 16.2~28.69% compared with that of the dry products. (3) If the applications (use for bearing wall, or curtain wall) according to the strength of the products of the same specifications are classified and the quality grades are allocated, the selections of the products will become easier for their suitable applications, and also the safety and longer life of the structures can be expected. (4) In the regulation of installation for the cement product enterprises, especially the installation requirements of the curing room should be emphasized.

        日本의 海岸砂防에 관한 연구(II) : 沖繩縣의 海岸保安林을 중심으로;On Seaside Protection Forest in Okinawa Prefecture

        우리나라에 있어서 海岸林의 多面的 機能과 時代的 價値觀의 변화를 파악하고, 海岸砂防의 참고자료를 얻기 위해 일본의 海岸林과 海岸砂防에 대한 각종 자료를 수집·분석하고 있다. 전보(全槿雨 등, 2002)에 이어 日本 沖繩縣의 海岸防災林을 중심으로 海岸林의 槪要, 海岸保安林의 實態와 각 島嶼別 주요 海岸砂防用 樹種 및 대표적인 海岸保安林에 대하여 분석·정리하였다. Management system of coastal erosion-control forest in Japan together with coast sand dune fixation and stabilization were investigated and analyzed to introduce to Korean researchers the many-sided importance and function of coastal forest and its chage from the standpoint of social value. In this study some suggestions and ideas were proposed for establishment of coastal forest including some suggestions and idea were proposed for establishment of coastal forest including seaside protection forest characteristics and tree species for coastal dune fixation, based on the analysis of date which were collected from the seaside protection forest in Okinawa Prefecture in Japan.

      • 內部熱源을 갖는 直方體의 傳熱特性에 관한 硏究

        A numerical and experimental study have been performed on the heat transfer in rectangular solid owned heat source. The effects of thermal conductivity k, heat transfer coefficient h, temperature of surrounding fluid To and the rate of heat flow Q were studied numerically by F. E. M. The experiment were studied by given rectangular solid. The results of F. E. M. and experimental are as follows. 1) The F. E. M. to calculate the temperature distribution in rectangular solid showed good agreement with experimental. 2) Thermal conductivity influenced strongly temperature distribution in the solid but heat transfer cofficient influenced only surface. 3) Temperature gradient in the solid was unconcerned by temperature of surrounding fluid and rate of heat flow but temperature in the solid changed at a fixed rate.

        It is important to design a pump suction sump with proper dimensions and configuration which will greatly influence the pump performance. This study was carried out to examine pump performance caused by vortex phenomenon and to research relation between critical submergence and width of suction sump, bell to bottom clearance, bell to rear wall clearance and suction bell outer diameter. The results obtained by this experiment are as follows. Sc is decreased with the increase of suction sump width x, and though the variation of Sc with variation Y is not clearly observed, in general, Sc tends to decrease with the increase of Y. Sc is increased with increase of Z and velocity, but Sc is decreased with the increase of D.

        묘지 조성사업지의 비탈면 보호공법에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업을 중심으로

        강릉시 시범 공설묘지 조성사업은 경사 30˚ 의 표고차가 심한 산지를 절 · 성토하여 계단식 묘역단을 조성하는 공사로 수직고 15m이상의 대절토 및 성토부가 산재하고 있다. 특히 묘역단장후 주변 유입수 및 표면 유출수에 의한 비탈면 붕괴, 묘역단 유실 등의 피해가 발생할 경우 보수 또는 보강이 사실상 어려운 실정이며, 사회적 여론으로 확대될 가능성이 크므로 비탈면 보호에 필요한 녹화공법을 검토하였다. 구체적인 연구내용으로는 설계도면 및 현장답사를 통한 문제 비탈면 추출, 비탈면의 물리적 특성과 식생의 생육상황 파악, 비탈면 주변부의 식생조사와 유용식생 선발, 비탈면의 토양조건 분석 및 비탈면 토사의 기본물성 조사 등이며, 이를 기초로 하여 비탈면 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 그 대안을 제시하였다. The construction of a public cemetery in Kangnung city includes terraced graveyard with cutting or banking in mountain which has severe altitude differences with a slope of 30˚. Therefore, there are scattered cutting and banking sections with vertical height more than 15m. Especially, if the slope failure or the loss of a graveyard happens after graveyard establishment due to surface flow and inflow around, it is difficult to repair, causing serious public censure. Accordingly. revegetation works were examined that need protection of slope. The specific content of the study was the selection of slopes requiring special care through blueprint and field investigation the measurement of the physical property of slope and the situation of vegetative growth, the investigation of vegetation in slopes and the selection of vegetation, and the analysis of soil condition of slopes and the physical condition of slope sediment. On the basis of investigations some alternatives were proposed.Key words: public cemetery, slope protection works, revegetation works
