The dynamic characteristics of three phase induction motor which is applied by various unbalanced voltages are simulated and analyzed in this paper. The voltage equations and torque equation in the dq stationary. reference frame for the three phase star connected induction motor are used in this analysis. MATLAB/SIMULINK is used as simulation tool. The dynamic characteristics of speed and torque are simulated for various unbalanced voltages. that is, ( 1 cases with the same unbalance voltage factor but different unbalanced voltages. (2)cases with only one unbalnced voltages but different degree of unbalance. and (3) cases with the same positive sequence voltage but different negative sequence voltages. The simuated results are compared and analyzed with each other, and also with the results of balanced voltage.

The applicability of a small hydro-power system for water pollution treatment facilities is investigated at the fish farm in Nam Jeju. For this study, the present situations of the fish farm are examined, and the running problem of screen is found out. As a means of solving this, the small hydro-power system which runs with seawater of head tank is considered. In order to apply this system, the field examination is carried out by sampling methods. The flux and the gross head are measured from selected site at the fish farm, and available generating electric power is estimated by these data. From this result, it is turned out that there is a set up possibility of this system at the fish farm.

The unbalanced currents of an induction motor which is applied by various unbalanced voltages are analyzed under same unbalance voltage factor condition. The current unbalance factors of full load, a half load, and no load of the motor are computed with the unbalanced currents of transient and steady state. For these computation, the dynamic equations of the motor operation are derived by the dq coordinate system and simulated using MATLAB/SIMULlNK. It is found that the unbalance rate and condition of currents are different between the transient and steady state.

In this paper an attempt is made to analyze the time harmonic effects on a three phase induction motor operation. The T-type equivalent circuit is used to calculate the current distortion factor and efficiency of the motor under the nonsinusoidal voltage source which is consisted of the fundamental combined with the 2nd to 13th order harmonic. The current distortion factors and efficiencies are computed and analyzed at various voltage distortion factors with load variation. The results show that the low order harmonics have more impacts on the motor than the higer order harmonics.

This paper describes the state of the art about main equipments for semiconductor manufacturing. Front-end equipments such as stepper, CVD, etcher, ion implantor, RTP, CMP and back-end equipments including wire bonder, Mold/Trim/Form, tester are chosen for this study. Technology trend, parts classification and major manufacture's DB are surveyed. It could be used to making a strategy for the development of semiconductor equipment.
