ON GENERALIZED COUNTABLY APPROXIMATING POSETS
Jinbo Yang,Min Liu 충청수학회 2012 충청수학회지 Vol.25 No.3
As a generalization of countably approximating posets, we introduce the concept of generalized countably approximating posets. Some properties of generalized countably approximating posets are presented.
PRIAM: Privacy Preserving Identity and Access Management Scheme in Cloud
( Jinbo Xiong ),( Zhiqiang Yao ),( Jianfeng Ma ),( Ximeng Liu ),( Qi Li ),( Jun Ma ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2014 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.8 No.1
Each cloud service has numerous owners and tenants, so it is necessary to construct a privacy preserving identity management and access control mechanism for cloud computing. On one hand, cloud service providers (CSP) depend on tenant`s identity information to enforce appropriate access control so that cloud resources are only accessed by the authorized tenants who are willing to pay. On the other hand, tenants wish to protect their personalized service access patterns, identity privacy information and accessing newfangled cloud services by on-demand ways within the scope of their permissions. There are many identity authentication and access control schemes to address these challenges to some degree, however, there are still some limitations. In this paper, we propose a new comprehensive approach, called Privacy pReserving Identity and Access Management scheme, referred to as PRIAM, which is able to satisfy all the desirable security requirements in cloud computing. The main contributions of the proposed PRIAM scheme are threefold. First, it leverages blind signature and hash chain to protect tenant`s identity privacy and implement secure mutual authentication. Second, it employs the service-level agreements to provide flexible and on-demand access control for both tenants and cloud services. Third, it makes use of the BAN logic to formally verify the correctness of the proposed protocols. As a result, our proposed PRIAM scheme is suitable to cloud computing thanks to its simplicity, correctness, low overhead, and efficiency.
An accurate and robust adaptive notch filter-based phase-locked loop
Li, Jinbo,Wang, Qin,Xiao, Lan,Liu, Zehao,Wu, Qunfang The Korean Institute of Power Electronics 2020 JOURNAL OF POWER ELECTRONICS Vol.20 No.6
The use of an adaptive notch filter (ANF) is one of the most popular methods to block harmonics in a phase-locked loop (PLL). Existing ANFs suffer from drawbacks such as a low harmonic rejection capability, complex structure or instability. To improve the performance of ANF-based PLLs, an enhanced ANF (EANF) is proposed in this paper. Its structure, filtering characteristics and frequency-adaptive method are analyzed. Multiple EANFs can be easily cascaded and achieve adaptation through a common frequency feedback loop (FFL). A small signal model is provided, and its control parameters are tuned through the symmetrical optimum method. The harmonic rejection capability and stability of the proposed method are confirmed through simulation and experimental results.
Understanding Classroom Assessment Practices and Learning Motivation in Secondary EFL Students
Zhengdong Gan,Jinbo He,Fulan Liu 아시아테플 2019 The Journal of Asia TEFL Vol.16 No.3
The use of classroom assessment as a means of promoting student learning is strongly supported by current international educational research and policy. The purpose of this study was to examine what classroom assessment practices secondary English as a foreign language (EFL) students experience, and how such assessment experience may cater for their English learning motivation. To capture students’ classroom assessment experiences, a questionnaire was developed based on constructs related to classroom assessment in the literature. Students’ learning motivation in the EFL course was then measured by the Student Learning Motivation Questionnaire adapted from Guilloteaux and Dörnyei (2008). The results showed that although teacher-controlled performance-oriented assessment was most used in the EFL classroom, teacher-student interactive-informal assessment and student self-assessment emerged as best predictors of students’ intrinsic motivation and positive attitudes toward the EFL course. The study thus revealed that not all types of classroom assessment practice were equally motivational. Implications of the results for creating a more meaningful learning-oriented assessment environment in the EFL classroom are discussed.

In this paper, the existence and multiplicity of solutions of three-point p-Laplacian boundary value problems at resonance with one-sided Nagumo condition are studied by using degree theory and upper and lower solutions method. Some known results are improved.

Because Schwann cells perform the triple tasks of myelination, axon guidance and neurotrophin synthesis, they are candidates for cell transplantation that might cure some types of nervous-system degenerative diseases or injuries. However, Schwann cells are difficult to obtain. As another option, ectomesenchymal stem cells (EMSCs) can be easily harvested from the nasal respiratory mucosa. Whether fibrin, an important transplantation vehicle, can improve the differentiation of EMSCs into Schwann-like cells (SLCs) deserves further research. EMSCs were isolated from rat nasal respiratory mucosa and were purified using anti-CD133 magnetic cell sorting. The purified cells strongly expressed HNK-1, nestin, $p75^{NTR}$, S-100, and vimentin. Using nuclear staining, the MTT assay and Western blotting analysis of the expression of cell-cycle markers, the proliferation rate of EMSCs on a fibrin matrix was found to be significantly higher than that of cells grown on a plastic surface but insignificantly lower than that of cells grown on fibronectin. Additionally, the EMSCs grown on the fibrin matrix expressed myelination-related molecules, including myelin basic protein (MBP), 2',3'-cyclic nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase (CNPase) and galactocerebrosides (GalCer), more strongly than did those grown on fibronectin or a plastic surface. Furthermore, the EMSCs grown on the fibrin matrix synthesized more neurotrophins compared with those grown on fibronectin or a plastic surface. The expression level of integrin in EMSCs grown on fibrin was similar to that of cells grown on fibronectin but was higher than that of cells grown on a plastic surface. These results demonstrated that fibrin not only promoted EMSC proliferation but also the differentiation of EMSCs into the SLCs. Our findings suggested that fibrin has great promise as a cell transplantation vehicle for the treatment of some types of nervous system diseases or injuries.

The novel magnetic PW-doped PEDOT (PW@PEDOT) imprinted photocatalyst with good reproducibility was prepared by the surface imprinting technique and microwave heating method. Due to the existence of PW@PEDOT and imprinted cavity in the imprinted layer, the as-prepared magnetic PW@PEDOT imprinted photocatalyst not only had higher photocatalytic activity, but also had the excellent specific recognition ability for selective photodegradation of TC. This paper proposed a new idea to prepare the imprinted photocatalysts.
