20∼30대의 가족건강성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 -적극적 스트레스 대처와 회복탄력성의 순차적 매개효과-

본 연구에서는 20∼30대의 가족건강성과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 적극적 스트레스 대처와 회복탄력성의 순차적인 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 20∼30대 성인 326명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족건강성과 적극적 스트레스 대처, 회복탄력성, 심리적 안녕감은 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강 성과 심리적 안녕감 사이에서 적극적 스트레스 대처와 회복탄력성의 순차적 매개효과가 나타났다. 이를 통해 건강한 가족관계가 스트레스를 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 힘을 키워주며, 역경을 이겨내는 회복탄력성이 성장함으로써 심리적 안녕감이 증진되는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 가족건강성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 직접효과보다 적극적 스트레스 대처와 회복탄력성을 통한 간접효과가 더 큰 결과는 비록 가족건강성이 낮더라도 적극적 스트레스 대처와 회복탄력성 증진 교육의 개입을 통해 20~30대의 심리적 안녕감을 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. This study tried to verify the sequential mediating effects of active stress coping and resilience in the relationship between family-strengths and psychological well-being in the 20s and 30s. For the study, a self-report questionnaire was conducted on 326 adults in their 20s and 30s, and the results of the study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between family-strengths, active stress coping, resilience, and psychological well-being. Second, there was a sequential mediating effect of active stress coping and resilience between family-strengths and psychological well-being. Through this, it can be seen that a healthy family relationship develops the ability to actively cope with stress, and through this, the psychological well-being is enhanced by the growth of resilience to overcome adversity. This suggests that even if family-strengths is low, psychological well-being in 20s and 30s can be increased through active stress coping and intervention in resilience-enhancing education. Finally, a discussion for future research is presented.

<P>In a phase I/IIa open-label and nonrandomized controlled clinical trial, we sought to assess the safety and neurological effects of human neural stem/progenitor cells (hNSPCs) transplanted into the injured cord after traumatic cervical spinal cord injury (SCI). Of 19 treated subjects, 17 were sensorimotor complete and 2 were motor complete and sensory incomplete. hNSPCs derived from the fetal telencephalon were grown as neurospheres and transplanted into the cord. In the control group, who did not receive cell implantation but were otherwise closely matched with the transplantation group, 15 patients with traumatic cervical SCI were included. At 1 year after cell transplantation, there was no evidence of cord damage, syrinx or tumor formation, neurological deterioration, and exacerbating neuropathic pain or spasticity. The American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) grade improved in 5 of 19 transplanted patients, 2 (A → C), 1 (A → B), and 2 (B → D), whereas only one patient in the control group showed improvement (A → B). Improvements included increased motor scores, recovery of motor levels, and responses to electrophysiological studies in the transplantation group. Therefore, the transplantation of hNSPCs into cervical SCI is safe and well-tolerated and is of modest neurological benefit up to 1 year after transplants. A Study on the Relationship between Corneal-Related Value and Ocular Sagittal Height

목적 : 각막관련 수치가 안구의 새그높이에 미치는 영향과 어떠한 요소가 안구의 새그높이에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 20, 30, 40, 50대의 건강한 240개의 눈을 대상으로 IOLMaster 700을 사용하여 전방깊이와 안구길이 를 측정하였고 Keratograph 4를 사용하여 각막중심곡률반경과 각막이심률을 측정하였고, KR-800을 사용하여 등가구면굴절력을 측정하였다. 각막 새그높이는 공식을 사용하여 계산하였다. 결과 : 각막 새그높이에 영향을 가장 크게 미치는 요소는 각막직경이었고 그 다음은 각막이심률이었다. 그리고 각막중심곡률반경이 가장 작은 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구에서 0.10 mm 정도의 각막 새그높이 변화는 각막직경 0.20 mm 그리고 각막이심률 0.05~0.10의 변화에 상응하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 소프트 콘택트렌즈 피팅이 콘택트렌즈의 새그깊이와 각막의 새그높이 관계에 의해 영향을 크게 받는다면 각막직경 및 각막이심률의 측정은 콘택트렌즈의 변수를 선택하는데 있어서 적절한 방법으로 생각된다. 더불어 각막 새그높이와 각막직경 및 각막이심률과의 수치 관계는 소프트 콘택트렌즈 피팅을 위한 추가적인 정보로 활용 될 수 있으리라 생각된다. Purpose : To investigate the effect of corneal related values on the ocular sagittal height and which factors have the greatest influence on the ocular sagittal height. Methods : For 240 healthy eyes in their 20, 30, 40, and 50s, the anterior chamber depth and axial length were measured with IOLMaster 700. The corneal curvature radius and corneal eccentricity were measured with Keratograph 4, and spherical equivalent power was measured using KR-800. The corneal sagittal height was calculated using the formula. Results : The most influential factor in the corneal sagittal height was the corneal diameter, followed by the corneal eccentricity. And the corneal curvature radius had the least effect. A change in corneal saggital height of about 0.10mm corresponds to a change in corneal diameter of 0.20mm, and corneal eccentricity of 0.05 to 0.10 Conclusion : If soft contact lens fitting is greatly affected by the relationship between the sagittal depth of the contact lens and the sagittal height of the cornea, measurements of corneal diameter and corneal eccentricity are considered appropriate methods for selecting parameters of contact lenses. In addition, the numerical relationship between corneal sagittal height, corneal diameter and corneal eccentricity could be used as additional information for soft contact lens fitting.

There are many situation in life testing experiments in which units arc lost or removed from experimentation before failure. In this paper, we propose the estimators of the parameter and reliability function of the ED under MPC scheme. First, we derive the MLE and MPSE for the parameter and reliability function of ED. And we derive the approximate MPSE for the parameter and reliability function of ED using Talyor series expansion. We also compare the proposed estimators in the sense of the root mean squared error (RMSE) and bias under MPC scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed methods are demonstrated by a real data.
Determination of acibenzolar-S-methyl and acibenzolar acid in agricultural commodities by LC-MS/MS

Acibenzolar-s-methyl is a well-known plant activator and fungicide, which is synthetic analog of salicylic acid. Usually, it is not directly toxic to fungi but works by inducing systemic acquired resistance, the natural defence system of plants. The residue definition set in MRL regulation for all agricultural commodities is the sum of acibenzolar-Smethyl(ester form) and acibenzolar acid, expressed as acibenzolar-S-methyl. The current official analytical method(MFDS Food Code) is to hydrolyze acibenzolar-S-methyl in a sample with acibenzolar acid and analyze it with LC-UVD. In this study, a method based on QuEChERS and LC-MS/MS was developed for the simultaneous determination of acibenzolar-S-methyl and acibenzolar acid in agricultural commodities. Two compounds were extracted from matrix with acetonitrile containing 1% formic acid and treated with QuEChERS original salts. Recovery experiments were conducted on 3 agricultural commodities(rice, mandarin, and pepper) and main performance parameters investigated were linearity, recovery, relative standard deviation(RSD), and limit of quantitation(LOQ). The recoveries were within 71.1∼116.9% with the RSD of 0.7∼14.8% and the LOQ of methods were below 0.01mg/kg, and the coefficient of determination (R2) of matrix-matched standards were > 0.995. The proposed method was reproducible and sensitive enough to determine the residues of acibenzolar-S-methyl and acibenzolar acid in agricultural commodities.
