Research on Emotional Experience in New Media Art: Focused on the work “Inner World”

Under the background of the new era, the innovation of information transmission mode has opened up more forms of new media art. It emphasizes the enthusiasm and initiative of audience participation and the change of psychological emotion caused by interaction. Therefore, to better combine new media and art design, more attention should be paid to the emotional experience of new media art, and this is adopted as the research perspective. The exhibition is completed using device, projector, and multimedia projection equipment. The three emotions of anxiety, sadness, and pleasure were recorded by shooting, and the projector was used to show them on the curved surface device. It presents the author’s description of a variety of emotions. Through visual, interactive, and immersive ways to express the works, it shows the changes of the characters’ expression under different emotions, so that the audience can integrate themselves into the works, feel different emotions, resonate in the heart, and integrate emotion and individuation with them, so as to achieve the effect of touching people’s hearts more deeply.
