The paper deals with the degenerate parabolic system with nonlinear boundary flux. By constructing the self-similar supersolution and subsolution, we obtain the critical global existence curve. The critical Fujita curve is conjectured with the aid of some new results.
The Change of Immunoactivity of Dendritic Cells Induced by Mouse 4-1BBL Recombinant Adenovirus

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to construct a recombinant adenovirus vector carrying mouse 4-1BBL and observe its effects in dendritic cells. Materials and Methods: Mouse 4-1BBL cDNA was taken from the plasmid pcDNA3-m4-1BBL and subcloned into adenovirus shuttle plasmid pAdTrack-CMV, and then transformed into competent BJ5183 with plasmid pAdEasy-1. After recombination in E. coli, Ad-4-1BBL was packaged and amplified in HEK 293 cells. The expression of 4-1BBL in Ad-4-1BBL-transfected mouse prostate cancer cell line RM-1was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot. After the co-culture of dendritic cells (DCs) with Ad-4-1BBLtransfected RM-1 cells, interleukin (IL)-6 and IL-12 production were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and co-stimulatary moleculs (CD80 and CD86) on DCs were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The levels of IL-6 (3,960 pg/mL) and IL-12 (249 pg/mL) production in Ad-m4-1BBL-pulsed DCs were more than those in none-pulsed DCs. The differences were statistically significant (p < 0.05). The expression of co-stimulatary molecules (CD80 and CD86) was up-regulated in Ad-m4-1BBL-pulsed DCs. Conclusion: The results indicated the recombinant mouse 4-1BBL can effectively activate DCs.

The natural crosslinking agent genipin has been applied widely in biomedicines and foods nowadays. Because of the special hemiacetal ring structure in its molecule, it can only be prepared by hydrolysis of geniposide according to biocatalysis. In this research, strategies including aqueous-organic biphasic catalysis and substrate fed-batch mode were adopted to improve the biocatalysis process of genipin. A 10 L ethyl acetate-aqueous biphasic system with geniposide fed-batch led to a satisfying genipin yield. With Fusarium solani ACCC 36223, 15.7 g/l genipin in the ethyl acetate phase was obtained, corresponding to space-time yields of 0.654 g l<sup>-1</sup> h<sup>-1</sup>.

A new event-triggered model predictive control (ET-MPC) algorithm is proposed for continuous perturbed nonlinear systems with constraints for the purpose of reducing computing burden and communication transmission. In the first step, an original event triggering condition is constructed based on the slope variation of the state error between the optimal prediction and the real state, i.e., the quasi quadratic differential (QQD) type eventtriggered mechanism. Secondly, the dual-mode control has been adopted to deal with the constrained nonlinear systems subject to disturbances, based on which the execution process of the proposed QQD based ET-MPC is described. In addition, the feasibility of the algorithm and closed-loop stability of the system have been strictly proved in theory. Lastly, two simulation examples are utilized to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed algorithm.

A series of pentacyclic triterpenoids similar to glycyrrhetinic acid were designed and synthesized via the combination of chemical modification and microbial catalysis. All products were screened for the glycogen phosphorylases inhibitory activities in vitro. Within this series of derivatives, compound 5 displayed good inhibitory activities with IC<sub>50</sub> value of 27.7 μM, which is better than that of the other derivatives and glycyrrhetinic acid. Structure- activity relationship (SAR) analysis of these inhibitors was also discussed.
