      • PTC소지자를 이용한 유황훈증장치의 개발

        A Sulphur fume evaporator (SFE) has recently emerged as a new safe pesticide distributor in a facility farming agriculture such as rose nurseries since Sulphur has been proved to be non-toxic to human being and plants as well. However, recently developed SFEs, which adopted resistant heating elements or luminous energy, have been neither dependable nor affordable because of their high electrical consumption and costly auxiliary devices such as temperature controller. In an attempt to reduce those risks, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) devices have been considered to develop a more efficient, safer but less expensive SFE comparison to the imported products, since PTC can perform dual functions together, heating and temperature controlling. A new PTC adopted SFE has been developed through optimizing several factors such as temperature range, fume reaching distance, fume evaporation amount, electrical consumption and so on in this study.

        As an organic polymer resin is the material which is highly stablized in electric or chemical, it is widly used as electrical insulatating material. But when it is used for a long time, the generation of tree which gradually happen to one of the phonomena of predielectric break-down take large specific parts in the cause electric breakdown. So the counter measure for this problem is greatly demanded as it has been compared that the phenomena of the tree in pure P.M.M.A with the initial course of generation and advancing course by using P.M.M.A mixed powder Al₂O₃at a constant weight rate which posses larger dielectric constant than that of the base material. According to the results, the suppressive effect is specifically suggestive for the reason that dischange route must be constructed around the particle suface because of the intensified field strength near filler, which, inturn, reduces the geometrical curature of the tip so that the local intensity of electrical field can be relaxed.

      • M.O.M 구조의 전기전도에 관한 고찰

        This paper investigates the electrical conduction mechanisms in M.O.M structure. The behaviour of J-E and J-T characteristics shows that in M.O.M diode with oxide thickness less than 100Å, the dominant conduction process is shottky emission. In M.O.M diode of thickness 500Å, space-charge-limited current is observed, and it is confirmed by the fast that J-V characteristics of the samples are thickness dependent.

        In this article electicasl conduction mechanisms are inverstigated in M(metal)-I(insulator)-M(metal) (Mg-MgO-Mg) diodes. The behaviour of J-E and J-T characteristics shows that the dominant conduction process in M.I.M diode with oxide thickness 300Å, is Schottky emission.

L.D.P.E. with the intial course of generation and advancing course by using L.D.P.E. mixed inorganic fine power Sio₂at aconstant weight rate which posse larger fine dielectric constants than that of the base material and is stablxed the thermal and chemical point of view, this treatise will study how torepress the tree summarized result which is abserved from this experiment is as follows 1. The larger dielectric constants of filler mixed pure L.D.P.E inital generation of tree tand to be expedite in intermixed specimen than pure L.P.D.E 2. in the course of the development of the generated tree, it has been observed that the development of tree was largely suppressed in the intermixed specimen than of the base materical. 3. In the course of the development of the generated tree, it took long time to form the snother branch of three the more branches of tree was gradully formed and it took exponetially longer time to form them.

        The treeing in insulator shortens the life of the cable so the counter measure for this problem is demand. But the observation of the treeing with an optical microscope in abscure materials is very difficult. So we have investigated the total number of discharge measure from the treeing. It has been found that the total of discharge is closely related with the growth of tree observed with and optical microscope. Based on these result, the growth of the tree for other obscure insulafor could be estimated from the observation of the total number of the discharge.
