        The Taeduck Science Town has been developed idealistically in terms of mutual cooperation among the universities, the research institutes and the industrial companies, because these institutional organizations are located within same area geographically. This study aims to suggest some of desirable cooperative strategies to enhance the efficiencies of the cooperative works among the above mentioned three sectors at the point of the Chungnam National University. For the study the researcher collected and analyzed the existing cooperative case data. Up to now the university has tried to cooperate with many research institutes by giving its own prestiges to the research personnel to attend the cooperative programme and by calling the competent researchers to teach college students. On the other hand the university has built the sistership with many industrial companies and received donations from them. In particular the College of Engineering of Chungnam National University constructed the local consortium for the common technical research and development with many local companies. As results of this study, the researcher suggest to strengthen the existing cooperative programmes and the following additional cooperative strategies, i.e., operating Business Incubator to stimulate pilot implementation of research result, utilizing the supporting agencies locating within Taeduck Science Town like the Basic Science Supporting Center equipped with expensive testing facilities and Taeduck Science Culture Center. The Chungnam National University has already planned a variety of cooperative programmes to give opportunies research personnel and industrial workers to participate in research projects and graduate courses.

        In the Korean technical high school, skill practice class occupy half of whole technical curriculum, so the skill competency of technical teachers who instruct skill practice class is very important factor. But the recruitment test of technical high school teachers does not evaluate the skill competency of them. The object of this study was to suggest the improvement strategies of recruitment test of technical high school teachers including the skill competency evaluation. To achieve the object this study, the review of literature and questionnaire survey were used. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The 80.5% of the respondents support that technical teachers of technical high school should teach skill practice as well as theory. 2. The current entry level of the skill competency of newly appointed teacher was very low. 3. The reason of eliminating the skill competency evaluation was trivial. 4. It was suggested that the desirable weight ratio among pedagogics, technical theory, technical practice should be 20-30%, 40%, 30-40%. 5. To evaluate skill competency, we would open five to six types test items in advance and select one item among them for the actual test. 6. From four to eight hours was recommendable for the skill competency evaluation time.
