      • DSP를 이용한 유도전동기의 최적제어

        In this paper, I presented an implementation of the digital and optimal motion control system for induction motor vector drives using the 16bit DSP TMS320F240. The DSP controller enabled to enhance real time algorithm and cost-effective design of the intelligent controllers for induction motors which can yield enhanced operation, fewer system components, lower system cost, increased efficiency and high performance. The system presented is speedy and current sensing, sine look-up table and generated SVPWM by fully integrated control software. The developed system in an implementation showed a good speed response characteristic results and high performance features. The system can be adapted variform motor drive system.

      • SRM의 특성개선을 위한 최적 설계에 관한 연구

        The Switched-Reluctance Motor(hereafter referred to as SRM) have a number of inherent advantages that have sparked interest in its use as an adjustable speed drive. Among there are low cost of construction due to absence of rotor windings magnets, which results in a mechanically and thermally robust and maintenance-free machine, low rotor inertia and high torque/inertia ratio, sustained high speed operation and simple converter requirement. But The SRM have some significant disadvantages because of torque ripple, which results in acoustic noise and vibration. Due to the high nonlinearity of the machine, even the prediction of the steady-state performance of the drive has been difficult. So the need for analytical methods therefore existed. In this paper, We propose the new model of SRM which is designed using the prepared program to get the maximum torque and to reduce the torque ripple.

        무선센서 네트워크 기술 기반 액화가스 저장탱크 내 잔량 모니터링 시스템 구현

        This paper relates to a technology for monitoring a liquefied gas storage tank in the special gas field where demand is increasing owing to the continuous growth of related fields such as the semiconductor, display, and ICT convergence electronics industries. We have proposed a system for real - time monitoring using wireless sensor network technology, and implemented a system consisting of a sensor unit, transmitter module, and receiver module to be attached to a liquefied gas storage tank. The system was applied to LCO2 tanks among various liquefied gas storage tanks to verify the feasibility. The storage tanks employed in the experiments has capacities of 16,179 l and was 1,920 mm in inner diameter. Furthermore, the density was 1.03 g/l. The measured data were compared with reference data on the remaining gas level versus the CO<sub>2</sub> height of the surface, expressed using a conventional water meter, provided by an existing storage tank supplier. The experimental results show that the data is similar to the standard data provided by the tank supplier, and has a high accuracy and reliability within an error range of 0.03%.

        낮은 위상 잡음을 갖는 Ka 대역 밀리미터파 탐색기용 하이브리드 주파수 합성기

        본 논문은 Ka 대역 밀리미터파 탐색기용 주파수 합성기 설계 및 제작에 대한 논문이다. 위상 잡음과 주파수 해상도 및 불요파 특성을 개선하고자 DDS를 이용한 하이브리드 방식으로 구현하였다. 제안된 주파수 합성기는 대역폭 1 GHz, 주파수 스위칭 시간은 9 μs 이하, 불요파 특성 -68.9 dBc 이하, 위상 잡음 특성은 오프셋 100 kHz에서 -113.58 dBc/Hz, 평탄도는 ±0.7 dB 이하로 측정되었다. In this paper, we implemented a Ka-band frequency synthesizer for millimeter wave seeker. We improved frequency synthesizer performance of phase noise, resolution and spurious using the DDS driven hybrid method The proposed frequency synthesizer has the bandwidth of 1 GHz, frequency switching time of below 9 μs, suppressed spurious level of below -68.9 dBc. phase noise of -113.58 dBc/Hz at offset 100 kHz and flatness of ±0.7 dB.

      • 사물인터넷 기반 E-Paper 정보단말기 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose the information and communication convergence technology related to the development of IoT-based E-paper Information display system. E-Paper Information display system is a system that can display a variety of expressions such as letters, pictures, figures, and time. In particular, Wireless IoT technology and E-paper technology are combined to achieve efficient resource management and low power energy saving. The system configuration is composed of ZigBee communication-based E-Paper terminal device, wireless AP, and Netty-based integrated management program. Based on the proposed ICT convergence technology, The information indicator system can be extended to various fields.
