        미용대학 성인학습자의 학습참여동기가 학업적 자기효능감과 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the effects of motivation to participate in learning on academic self-efficacy and subjective happiness among cosmetology college students. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among 312 adult learners from cosmetology colleges located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 305 copies were used for the final analysis. The collected data was analyzed, using SPSS ver. 24.0, and the results found the following: First, in terms of the influence of motivation to participate in learning on ‘task difficulty preference’, a statistical significance was observed in ‘learning orientation’ and ‘goal orientation’ while ‘activity orientation’ revealed no significant effect. Additionally, in case of ‘self-regulation’, a statistical significance was found in both ‘learning orientation’ and ‘goal orientation’ but ‘activity orientation’ showed no significant effect. Also, in terms of the influence of ‘confidence’, no statistical significance was observed in any of the variables ‘learning orientation’, ‘goal orientation’ and ‘activity orientation’. Second, according to the analysis of the influence of self-efficacy on subjective happiness, statistical significance was observed in ‘self-regulation’ and ‘confidence’ while ‘task difficulty preference’ revealed no significant effect. Lastly, according to the analysis of the influence of motivation to participate in learning on subjective happiness, ‘learning orientation’ revealed a significant effect while no statistical significance was observed in ‘activity orientation’ or ‘goal orientation’. The study results confirmed that ‘learning orientation’ and ‘goal orientation’ have a positive influence on ‘task difficulty preference’ and ‘self-regulation’ and that ‘self-regulation’ and ‘confidence’ affect subjective happiness. This study also found that as motivation to participate in learning is increased learning-oriented subjective happiness is higher.

        미용인의 직무특성이 임파워먼트와 서비스질에 미치는 영향

        This study empirically investigated the effects of job characteristics on empowerment and service quality among cosmetologists. In job characteristics, a particular job trait can cause critical psychological states among employees, and such mental states affect their motivation at work and job satisfaction. In terms of subscales, technical diversity, task identity and task significance were derived. For data analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among cosmetologists in Busan, and a total of 208 copies, excluding those that had been poorly answered, were used for the final analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results found the following: First, task identity and task significance had an influence on empowerment with statistical significance. In contrast, no influence was found in technical diversity. Second, in terms of the effects of empowerment on service quality, as perceived empowerment increased, the quality of service improved.

        중국 여고생들의 외모관심도와 정보탐색이 화장행동에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to assist strategies and marketing efforts designed to improve consumers` preference of Korean cosmetics by investigating the effects of interest in appearance and information searches regarding makeup behavior among Chinese high school girls and analyzing Chinese consumer characteristics. To determine the effects of Chinese high school girls` appearance interest and information search on their makeup behavior, a survey was conducted among 600 high school girls in Henan and Jilin, China from June 22 to July 10, 2016. A total of 591 copies were analyzed, and the results found the following: first, in terms of Chinese high school girls` interest in appearance, `interest in selfappearance` was the highest. In contrast, in a cosmetics-related information search, a passive information search was higher than positive information search. In terms of makeup behavior, Chinese high school girls tended to put on makeup to create a positive image, not for self-satisfaction. Second, in terms of interest in appearance, information search and makeup behavior by region, those of `Jilin` showed the higher values than those of `Henan`. Third, regarding the effects of interest in appearance and information searches on makeup behavior, `interest in imitating others` was high in the effects of appearance interest on information search. The respondents were more active in information searches as they were more interested in imitating others instead of just having an interest in their appearance or following trends.

        보문 : 교수이미지가 미용전공 대학생들의 전공만족도와 진로결정에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to know the effects of professor images on the satisfaction of major and course decision of undergraduate students who majored in beauty treatment. The 400 questionnaire sheets were distributed randomly and 334 sheets were used for data analysis. The data analysis method used frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regres-sion analysis. The results can be summed up as below. Through the factor analysis on professor images, this study drew three factors: technique, personality, and expression. According to the result of examining the effects of professor images on major satisfaction, technique and personality affected major satisfaction significantly, but expression had no effect on it. According to the result of examining the effects of professor images on career decision, all of technique, personality and expression affected major satisfaction significantly. According to the result of examining the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between professor images and career direction, when major satisfaction is high, career direc-tion also can be shown high even if the professor images are perceived low. This study deals with the personal social services that professor images provide among the services of the educational environment. This will also be used as a fundamental data to develop the educational environment.

        현대 아트 메이크업의 조형적 표현특성에 관한 연구

        Regarding make-up in fashion collections, various images were attempted from the beginning. As a result, brand-new make-up trends have been created every season, and a variety of sensitive art make-up has been expressed. This study has investigated modern art make-up expression techniques and analyzed the characteristics of art make-up in fashion collections where diverse and creative factors are emphasized in order to get the basic data for artistic makeup expressions and make creative art make-up possible. Since 2005, there have been a variety of attempts to get away from the conventional makeup by using diverse colors in fashion collections. In fact, the use of unique and different materials has created visually unique emotion by overcoming the limitations to create diverse expressions. In addition, bold and innovative formative characteristics as well as bored and unlimited expressions were expressed. In fashion collections, make-up is expressed in diverse images using all possible methods. Therefore, experimental and creative art make-up should be created.

        백화점 화장품 브랜드 종사자의 변혁적 리더십이 종업원 인게이지먼트와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the hypothesis ‘transformational leadership would have an influence on employee engagement, and customer orientation’ was tested among name-brand cosmetics sales clerks at department stores. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among a total of 310 name-brand cosmetics sales clerks from domestic department stores, and 301 copies were used for the final analysis. The collected data was analyzed, using SPSS 24.0. The results found the following: First, ‘charisma’ and ‘intellectual stimulation’ had a significant influence on ‘emotional engagement’ while no effect was found in ‘individualized consideration’. In addition, even though ‘intellectual simulation’ revealed a significant effect on ‘job engagement’, no influence was observed in ‘charisma’ or ‘individualized consideration’ in that regard. Second, both ‘emotional engagement’ and ‘job engagement’ had a statistically significant influence on ‘customer orientation’. Third, regarding the influence of transformational leadership on customer orientation, ‘individualized consideration’ was the only factor to reveal a significant effect. Therefore, the leaders of name-brand cosmetics shops at department stores need to express a vision to employees with transformational leadership and increase employee engagement by emphasizing ‘charisma’ and ‘intellectual stimulation’ and urge them to work with a new mindset. The study results also found a necessity of the leader’s individualized consideration to examine employee engagement (emotional and job engagements) and the employees’ needs and capabilities for customer orientation, which affects organizational performance.

        두피수기요법과 두피토닉이 두피와 모발의 변화에 미치는 영향

        This paper tried to identify the positive changes from scalp massage and tonics on hair and scalp changes in men in their 20s having scalp issues. The subjects were men in their 20s from Busan. A total of 21 subjects were divided into 3 groups; 7 in test group A, which had scalp massage and tonic; 7 in test group B, which had only scalp tonic; 7 in the control group without any treatment. Testing took place over a period of 8 weeks. The subjects received their treatment 8 times, once per week, before testing, 4 weeks after testing and 8 weeks after testing. Scalp type and hair density and thickness were measured on the forehead and apex of the head. Analysis showed homogeneity within the characteristics test. The test group showed an increase in hair density by 18.4 hairs on the forehead 8 weeks after treatment(p<.001). Hair density on the apex was found to have increased by 12.9 hairs 8weeks after treatment (p<.001). Hair thickness was found to have increased by 0.021mm on the forehead (p<.001) and by 0.022mm on the apex 8 weeks after treatment (p<.001). For scalp type, 50% of subjects showed a change to 'normal scalp' 8 weeks after treatment. The satisfaction with treatment was 1.6 points on average. Test group A demonstrated the most effective results with both scalp massage and tonic. This paper verified the positive changes of scalp conditions usingboth scalp massage and tonic. It is expected that treatment using both methods be offered as a new program within the scalp market.

        동아시아의 메이크업 스타일 비교 분석

        This research paper is a study of make-up styles from 2010 to 2016, from the cover photo of fashion magazines. Among the magazines which are targeted for women in their 20s to 30s in East Asian countries, and have the highest preference in each countries were chosen for the reaserch: Ceci from Korea, 瑞丽服饰美容 from China, and Sweet from Japan. Then, these three magazine covers were analyzed with works of experts from beauty industry as well. After analyzing common, and different points of make-up preferences on color, style, and application through different seasons in Korea, China, and Japan, Korea turned out to have the most changes in make-up trends. In Korea, brightness and saturation of colors used in make-up were high in S/S season, and brightness and saturation of colors used in make-up were low in F/W season. In China, and Japan, they didnt have big differences through seasons, but still tone and application of colors were different through seasons.
