데이터 거래를 위한 “데이터가치평가사” 직업 교육과정 기초 연구

연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 합리적인 데이터 거래를 위한 새로운 직업 유형으로서 ‘데이터가치평가사’(Data-Valuer)를 제안하고, 교육과정 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 도출하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 본 연구에서는 2차례의 FGI가 실시되었다. 1차 FGI에서는 현장 및 학계 전문가 6명을, 2차 FGI에서는 현장 및 데이터 교육 전문가 5명을 인터뷰하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 1차 FGI에서 데이터가치평가사의 정의, 역량, 직무라는 3개 영역과 각 영역에 대한 10개의 범주, 28개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 2차 FGI에서 데이터가치평가사의 직무 수준별 교육내용에 대한 3개 영역과 각 영역에 대한 10개의 범주, 40개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 문헌 분석과 2차례의 FGI를 통해 데이터가치평가사의 정의를 도출하였고 교육과정을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 마련했다는 데에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to propose Data-Valuer as a new job type for reasonable data transactions in the data industrial society, and to derive basic data necessary for the development of the it’s curriculum. For this purpose, two rounds of FGI were conducted. In the 1st FGI, six field and academic experts were interviewed, and in the 2nd FGI, five field and data education experts were interviewed, and each data was analyzed. As a result of the study, 3 domains (definition, competency, job), 10 categories, and 28 subcategories for each domain were derived from the 1st FGI. In the 2nd FGI, as a result of analyzing the educational contents of data value appraisers by job level, 3 areas, 10 categories for each area, and 40 subcategories were derived. This study is significant in that it derived the definition of a Data-Valuer through literature analysis and two rounds of FGI, and derived basic data for developing the curriculum.

지도자의 코칭 유형이 태권도 선수의 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향 -운동 몰입의 조절효과를 중심으로-

본 연구는 대학태권도 선수들이 인지하는 지도자의 코칭 유형에 따라 경기력에 미치는 영향에 있어 운동 몰입의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2017년 한국 대학 태권도 연맹 회장기 전국태권도대회에 참가한 선수들이었다. 설문조사를 실시하여 총 269명의 응답 결과를 자료 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지도자의 자율적 코칭 유형은 태권도 선수들의 경기력에 있어 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 통제적 코칭 유형은 태권도 선수들의 경기력에 있어 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 지도자의 자율적 코칭 유형과 태권도 선수들의 경기력 관계에서 운동 몰입은 조절효과를 갖고 있었다. 즉, 지도자의 자율적 코칭은 선수들의 경기력에 영향을 주었으며, 선수들의 운동 몰입과의 상호작용을 통해 더 높은 경기력으로 이어질 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 태권도 선수들의 경기력 향상을 위해 지도자의 통제적 코칭을 지양하고, 자율적 코칭을 실시할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on the performance of taekwondo players according to types of coaching and to examine the moderating effect of exercise commitment. The subjects of this study were the taekwondo players who participated in the taekwondo Federation Presidency University Taekwondo Competition of Korea in 2017. After processing the questionnaire survey, 269 respondents were chosen for analysis. The statistical program used was SPSS 18.0. The results showed that an autonomous coaching type had a positive effect on the performance of taekwondo players. On the other hand, controlling coaching did not. The autonomous coaching type leader had a positive influence on the performance of the taekwondo players, and it was found that exercise commitment had a moderating effect. In other words, autonomous coaching had a significant effect on exercise commitment, and it was suggested that it had a positive effect on the athletic performance of players. Based on these results, we suggested a plan for the autonomous coaching of taekwondo players to improve their exercise commitment and performance.
