Recently, Knowledge Management(KM) has become the latest hot topic in the business world. There has been a phenomenal growth in interest and activity, as seen in many new publications and conferences. But, there is lack of research on this topic in the field of sports and recreation. Knowledge management is a relatively new and developing area which has introduced a methodology for promoting performance and adopting organizational knowledge in sports area. Since Knowledge management provides the processes and structures to create, capture, analyze, and act on information, research focused on knowledge management of sports organizations is required. This study can contribute to know how techniques can enable a more efficient access, sharing and usage of accumulated knowledge as a means of enabling different functions within sports organizations to perform their tasks more effectively. The followings are conclusive results knowledge management of sports organizations make significantly influence performance in both organizations. In terms of the knowledge management activities, personal management was found strongly related to performance. Approximately 150% of the variance of performance was accounted for by its relationship with the knowledge management.

The present study took its aim on identifying what the game of JongJungDo(從政圖) was for General Lee through the text analysis method with a focus on Nanjung Ilgi(亂中日記). Physical activities, in view of physical educational history, found in the diary could be summarized as an archery practice(射), ssirum(角力), a game of paduk(手談), changgi(博), and Jong-jung-do play(從政圖), etc. The study was materialized as followings. Fist, JongJungDo play as a means of social interaction is performed for contriving fellows in arms among General Lee's naval forces Second, JongJungDo play which is not a play of Agon but a play of Alea is performed for spending kill time without physiological load. Third, JongJungDo play which is implied to educate information about government post and give motive for promotion to the men under General Lee's commend is played to educational game.

The Purpose of this study was to identify effects of Therapeutic Recreation on self-esteem of adult substance abusers in the Penitentiary. The experimental group participated in the Therapeutic Recreation. contrary to this, The control group was informed that they had been assigned to the control group and that they were to maintain their current lifestyle. For the measurement of self-esteem, W. W. Hudson's Index of self-esteem was used. The discriminant analysis was used to find changes of self-esteem by the present variable and ANCOVA was used to know the differences in the self-esteem between experimental group and control group. The results of this study were as followings: Frist, there was no significant difference in the self-esteem among the precedent variables. Second, it was found that the therapeutic recreation group significantly improved their self-esteem. compared to the control group. This result indicated therapeutic recreation has become Prominent modality in substance abusers treatment programs.
