노인의 디지털리터러시 능력이 정치효능감에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과

노인계층은 디지털미디어를 통해 정치정보를 습득하고 온라인 커뮤니티를 정치참여의 경로로 활용한다. 노년기의 디지털 활용은 사회적 관계의 확장으로 인한 사회적지지에 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구는 노인의 디지털리터러시 능력이 정치효능감에 미치는 영향관계에서 사회적지지의 조절효과를 살펴보는데 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 디지털리터러시와 사회적지지는 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 사회적지지와 정치효능감 간에는 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 노인의 디지털리터러시 능력은 정치효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 디지털리터러시 하위 요인 중 정보활용능력, 의사소통능력, 규범준수능력이 정치효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노인의 디지털리터러시 능력과 정치효능감 간의 관계에서 사회적지지는 두 변인의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타나 디지털리터러시 능력이 정치효능감에 미치는 영향은 사회적지지의 수준에 따라 달라진다는 것을 확인하였다. 디지털미디어가 노인의 사회적 관계 확장, 정치참여의 도구로 중요시됨에 따라 노인 대상디지털리터러시 교육이 요구된다. The elderly get political information through digital media, and use the online community as a channel for political participation. The elderly's digital use affects the expansion of social relationships and social support. Therefore, this study aims to examine the moderating effect of social support in the relationship of the influence of the elderly's digital literacy ability on political efficacy. As a result of the study, first, there was a significant correlation between digital literacy and social support. There was no correlation between social support and political efficacy. Second, the elderly’s digital literacy ability had a significant effect on political efficacy. Among the sub-factors of the digital liturgy, the ability to use information, communication ability, and compliance with norms influenced political efficacy. Third, in the relationship between the elderly's digital literacy ability and political efficacy, social support was found to regulate the relationship between the two variables. The effect of digital liturgy ability on political efficacy depends on the level of social support. As digital media is regarded as an important tool for expanding social relations and political participation for the elderly, digital literacy education for the elderly is required.
