Mouse에서의 Deoxynivalenol이 면역글로브린에 미치는 영향

Mice were fed semi-purified diets containing 0, 2, 10 and 25 ppm(mg/kg) deoxynivalenol over 8 weeks and were assessed for effects on bodyweight gain, serum immunolgiobulin levels and surface immunoglobulin bearing lymphocyte ratio. 1. The rate of body-weight gain was significantly reduced (p<0.05) at the 10 and 25 ppm of DON, whereas the mice ingesting the diet containing 2 ppm DON was not. 2. IgA in serum immunolgiobulin was significantly increased (P<0.05) at the 10 and 25 ppm of DON, but IgG, IgM were decreased, whereas exposure to 2 ppm DON was not change. 3. Concentration of IgA from Peyer`s patch of mice fed DON exhibited increased at 10, 25 ppm. 4. Lymphocytes surface marker studies revealed that IgA, IgG and IgM were 2.2%, 0.4% and 1.5% respectively. These results suggest that dietary exposure to DON alters regulation of IgA production.

연구목적: 소방공무원 순직 심사제도의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 소방공무원 순직 심사제도의 변천과정, 미국 소방공무원의 공상추정법(Presumption Law) 사례 소개, 현행 순직 심사제도의 문제점 분석 및 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 순직 심사제도의 변천과정과 소방공무원의 높은 위험직무순직과 증가하는 공상 발생 현황, 높은 자살률과 외상 후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)의 심각성에 대한 문헌분석과 미국 소방공무원의 공상추정법(Presumption Law) 사례 분석을 진행하였다. 결과: 현행 위험직무 열거방식인 Positive List System을 Negative List System으로의 전환, 재해보상 입증지원제도 도입 및 전문단 구성, 업무와 질병 사이의 인과관계에 대한 입증책임의 전환과 인과관계 추정법 도입의 필요성 등을 제시하였다. 결론: 높은 위험직무순직과 증가하는 공상 발생, 높은 자살률과 외상 후 스트레스 장애 (PTSD) 증가와 같은 소방공무원의 직업특성에 비례하는 합리적인 재해보상체계를 마련하기 위해서는 미국 소방공무원의 공상추정법 도입 등 순직심사제도의 합리적인 개선이 필요하다. Pupose: The purpose of this study is to improve the problems of the firefighters’ line-of-duty death compensation review system through introducing the evolutionary process of the fFirefighters’ line-of-duty death compensation review system and the case of the U.S. firefighting officer's presumption law and analysis of the problems of the current the firefighters’ line-of-duty death compensation review system. Methods: In order to achieve the objectives, the literature analysis on the transition process of the line-of-duty death compensation review system, high-risk job death during public service of firefighters, the increasing number of the injury during public service, high suicide rate and the severity of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), were conducted and analyzed case study of the U.S. firefighter's Presumption Law. Result: The improvement measures are as follows: the conversion of Positive List System to Negative List System, formation of a professional group for the line-of-duty death compensation verification support, the transition of the burden of proof for the causal relationship between work and disease, and the necessity of introducing of presumption law. Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a need for improvement of the fFirefighters’ line-of-duty death review system such as introducing the U.S. firefighting officer's presumption law in order to improve a rational line-of-duty death compensation system proportional to the job characteristics of firefighters that high risk job death during public service, increasing the disease or injury on duty, high suicide rate and increase in post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).
