        벽면에 충돌하는 디젤분무의 거동

        In the case of analyzing the combustion phenomena in a small high speed DI diesel engine, one demands the experimental results of the impinging spray on the wall as a basic characteristics. In the experiments presented here, diesel fuel oil was injected into a high pressure chamber in which compressed air at room temperature was charged. The single spray was impinged on a flat wall. The growth of the spray was photographed with transmitted light or scattered light. The effect of the spray axis angle to the wall on the impinging spray was revealed. Finally, the experimental results was presented, that is, the radius and height of the impinging spray was influenced by above mentioned variable.

        페로브스카이트 양자점과 유기물 반도체 하이브리드 광활성층 소재를 활용한 고효율 포토트랜지스터 개발 연구

        본 논문에서는 반도체 특성의 단일벽 탄소나노튜브(semi-SWNTs)와 페로브스카이트(perovskite) 양자 점을 혼합하여 SWNT의 높은 전하 이동 특성과 양자점의 고효율 광전 특성을 동시에 가지는 용액공정 가 능한 기반 고성능 광센서를 개발하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 직경이 작은 SWNT를 공액 구조 고분자 반도체를 이용해 선택적으로 분리/분산하는 방법으로 제조하여 포토트랜지스터의 반도체 채널 층으로 활 용하고, 가시광 빛에 높은 흡광도를 가지는 양자점을 다양한 조성과 구조를 가지는 광활성층으로 제조하 여 그 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 이 결과 semi-SWNTs와 페로브스카이트 양자점 모두 단독으로 TFT에 사 용하였을 경우 우수한 트랜지스터 특성과는 별개로 광전효과가 크게 나타나지 않았으며, 두 종류 이상의 반도체 소재를 융합하여 사용할 경우 양자점에 흡수된 빛에 의해 엑시톤이 형성되고 이종 접합 계면에서 전자와 정공의 분리가 쉽게 이루어지도록 유도함으로써 낮은 광량에서도 높은 효율을 가지는 포토트랜지 스터를 개발할 수 있었다. 향후 지속적인 연구개발을 통해 고유연/저가 광 센서 제품 개발과 레이더, 이미 지 센서, 웨어러블 헬스케어 등의 다양한 분야에 하이브리드 반도체 포토트랜지스터가 응용될 수 있을 것 으로 기대한다. Here we study solution-processed semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and perovskite quantum dots(QDs) hybrid films for high-performance light detectors. Small diameter SWNTs are wrapped by conjugated polymer semiconductors and collected and used as semiconducting SWNTs networks for providing high charge transport characteristics in phototransistors. Although single components active layers only with semi-SWNTs and perovskite QDs show little changes in light absorption and photocurrent formation, hybrid films with bi-layer or bulk-heterojunction structures demonstrated higher light detection characteristics with more than 100 times larger photocurrent under the illumination of visible light in comparison to the same devices in the dark. Therefore, it is expected that a hybrid photo-active layer can be broadly used to develop high-performance light sensors for many applications, including image sensors and wearable healthcare.

      • 변형된 엉치엉덩관절 테이핑의 요통 효과 사례보고

        본 연구는 엉치엉덩관절의 불안정성에 초점을 맞춘 테이핑 방법이 요통에 도움이 될 수 있는 잠재 중 재 방법인지에 대해 고려해 보고자 한 사례연구이다. 해당 사례는 58세 과거 디스크탈출증 및 협착증으로 인 해 허리 수술 병력이 있는 남성이 지속적인 통증 감소를 위해 참여한 테이핑 교육 세션에서 나타난 주목할 만 한 결과를 사례로 정리하였다. 중재 방법으로 테잎을 엉치뼈 2~4사이에 가시결절로부터 양쪽으로 80%< 장력 으로 늘려 엉치엉덩관절을 지나게 붙이고 이후 끝 쪽은 양쪽 약 45° 방향으로 올려 중간볼기근(gluteus medius m.) 쪽으로 향하게 붙였다. 그 다음 엉덩뼈능선(iliac crest)로부터 척추기립근을 따라 10번째 갈비뼈 수준까지 이르는 양쪽 테이핑 방법이 적용되었다. 해당 중재를 통해 VAS와 ODI 두 검사도구로부터 VAS는 5 에서 0, 장애지수는 13에서 0으로 각각 기록되는 긍정적 사례 결과를 관찰할 수 있었다. This is a case study that sought to consider whether taping, which focuses on instability of the sacroiliac joint, is a potential intervention method that may be helpful for low back pain. In the case of a 58-year-old participant, we summarized the notable results from a taping training session that a man with a history of back surgery due to disc herniation and stenosis participated in to reduce ongoing pain. As an intervention method, tape was applied between the 2nd and 4th sacrum on both sides from the spinous tuberosity. It was stretched to a tension of 80% and attached past the sacroiliac joint, and then the ends were raised at about 45° on both sides and attached toward the gluteus medius muscle. Then, along the erector spinae muscle from the iliac crest. Bilateral taping up to the level of the 10th rib was applied. Through this intervention, positive case results were observed from both VAS and ODI test tools, with VAS recorded as 5 to 0 and disability index recorded as 13 to 0, respectively.

      • 임상적으로 ITP로 진단받은 환아에게 골수검사의 필요성 유무

        Objective : Bone marrow examination is controversial in childhood idiopathic thrombocyropenic purpura(ITP). The purpose of this study is whether bone marrow examination is needed or not in pediatirc patients clinically diagnosed ITP. Method : To asses the need for bone marrow examination, we followed up 64 patients with presumed ITP. In this patients, Bone marrow examinations were performed in 37 patients at initial diagnosis of ITP and 27 patients are not preformed bone marrow examination at initial diagnosis of ITP. In all 64 patients, the onsets of the disease were abrupt and congenital anomalies were not combined. Physical examination most often reveals mucocutaneous pethechiae and bruise, but lymph node, liver, and spleen were not enlarged. in addition, the complete blood cell count were normal, except for the thrombocytopenia. Results : 1. When clinical ITP was diagnosed initially, bone marrow examinations were preformed in 37 patients. Among these patients, the results of bone marrow examination were not consistent with ITP in 4 patients. In 4 patients, one patient is diagnosed as transient erythroid hypoplasia, another was diagnosed as decreased megakaryocyte, the others were diagnosed as hypocelluar marrow. During following up 37 patients, none had leukemia, aplastic anemia, and other diagnosis. 2. When clinical ITP is diagnosed initially, bone marrow examinations were not performed in 27 patients. these patients were treated with intravenous globulin(IV-G). 5 patients did not response with IV-G. In these 5 patients, only 2 patients progressed to chronic ITP, but were not diagnosed as other disease. Conclusion : Proper history and physical examination as well as a complete blood cell count are reliable means of diagnosing ITP. Bone marrow examination must be considered carefully to ITP patients who are clinically diagnosed.

        구조용강 용접부 CGHAZ의 상변태 예측 Modeling에 관한 연구

        The microstructures of the HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) are generally different from the base metal due to rapid thermal cycle during welding process. Particuraly, CGHAZ (Coarsened Grain Heat Affected Zone) near the fusion line is the most concerned region in which many metallurgical and mechanical discontinuities have been normally generated. A computer program by the numerical formularization of phase transformation during cooling with different rates was developed to generate the CCT diagram, and to predict microstructural (phase) changes in the CGHAZ. In order to verify simulated results, isothermal and continuous cooling transformation experiments were conducted. The simulated and experimental results showed that the developed computer model could successfully predict the room temperature microstructural changes (changes in volume fraction of phases) under various welding conditions (heat input & cooling rate $(Δt_{8/5})$).
