        경찰 교통단속의 운전자 태도변화를 통한 교통사고 감소효과 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide a basic materials in traffic safety policy making by analysing the effectiveness of traffic enforcement through driver`s attitude changing. Data of 296 drivers`s behavior and traffic accident records in the ten signalized intersections for 5 years were collected in Pusan Metropolitan since 2003. To analysing the effectiveness of police traffic enforcement through the driver`s attitude changing, analysis of covariance and logistic regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, there isn`t any effectiveness of traffic accident reduction of traffic enforcement. Comparing the adjusted means as a result of covariance analysis, average traffic accidents of the drivers with enforced experiences are more than those of unenforced. Second, comparing the odds ratio as a result of logistic regression analysis, the probabilities of drivers with enforced experiences are as 4.95 times high as those of unenforced. Third, both the results of covariance analysis and logistic regression are the same. Consequently, the attitudes of enforced drivers aren`t changed through the police traffic enforcement. So, some researchers suggest that the incentive measures rather than the regulatory ones, for example discounts of parking fare, amusement park fare, premium, are more effective in changing the driver`s attitude and in reducing traffic accident. Police Agency should consider these incentive measures into consideration to reduce traffic accidents. Also the periodic and well-organized traffic safety education will contribute to reducing traffic accidents.

        최초 운전면허 취득자 교통교육의 교통사고 감소효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide a basic materials in traffic safety policy making by analysing the effectiveness of traffic safety education. Data of 10,000 drivers's(5,000 drivers were educated and 5,000 were uneducated when they got the driver license, respectively) behavior and traffic accident records for 7 years were collected since 2003. To analysing the effectiveness of traffic safety education, analysis of covariance and logistic regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, there is effectiveness of traffic safety education in reducing traffic accident. Comparing the adjusted means as a result of covariance analysis, average traffic accidents of the educated drivers are more than those of uneducated. Second, comparing the odds ratio as a result of logistic regression analysis, the probabilities of traffic accident in uneducated drivers are 23.4% higher than those of educated. Third, both the results of covariance analysis and logistic regression are the same. Consequently, traffic safety educations to the first driving license acquisitors should be expanded.

        지식경영과 ERP : 전략적 제휴에 대한 탐색 Desearch on Strategic Affiliation

        최근 많은 기업들이 관심을 가지고 있는 지식경영과 전사적 자원관리는 기업 내 축적된 업무별 고급정보를 바탕으로 가능한 개념이라 할 수 있다. 지식경영은 기업이 축적한 지식을 활용하여 고부가가치 생산에 응용하는 것이 목적이지만, 한국 내 많은 기업들이 기업형성기부터 현재에 이르기까지 선진국의 고급 기술들을 원형 그대로 도입함으로서 자체 생성이 가능한 고부가가치 지식들을 축적할 수 있는 기업토대를 쌓지 못했다는 점을 간과해서는 안 된다. 또한 전사적으로 자원을 관리하고자 시스템(전사적 자원관리)을 구축하는 기업들은 판매, 설비, 재무/회계 등 생산과 영업위주의 시스템을 구축하는 것도 중요하지만, 조직원들이 새로운 시스템의 도입과 함께 지속적으로 연구하고 공부할 수 있는 시스템을 함께 만들어주는 전략이 필요하다. 업무프로세스를 재구축하여 새로운 시스템을 구축하는 과정에서 상당히 유용한 지식이 쏟아져 나오고, 이를 정리하여 공유하고 확산하는 것도 지식경영을 위해 상당히 중요한 개념들이기 때문이다. 이 글에서는 지식경영과 전사적 자원관리에 대한 중요요소를 분석하여 이들의 연계방향을 알아 봄으로서, 기업의 조직원들이 현장을 중심으로 한 유용한 지식을 창출하여 업무에 적극 활용하고 고급정보를 축적할 수 있는 시스템적인 접근을 살펴보도록 한다. Most of corporations are recently interested in knowledge management and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to improve their business performances and profits. To achieve better results when adopting these systems, each corporate should accumulate its own business high qualified experiences and know-hows from th field. In terms of knowledge management, Korean corporations lack of highly valued their own work knowledge due to being imported high level knowledge from the developed countries from the beginning stage of their business to now on. This can be the reason that the high-level work knowledge is unable to be generated inside of Korean corporations itself, and there is no expert knowledge to manage, but fragmentary knowledge. The application of ERP system can raise the same problem as knowledge management in corporations has been currently driven. When corporations adopt the ERP system, they should consider of providing the employees enough time and resources to adjust themselves to the new system. As the results of these efforts, they are able to collect useful and expert knowledge to increase their profits, and finally contribute to valuable knowledge management. This paper analyzed the important factors in knowledge management and the ERP system in corporations, especially for their positive connections to create useful knowledge when it applies to the fields, and to utilize them for increasing business performances and profits.
