인시추 샆스로 백금 촉매 연구를 위한 장비설치와 실험 과정

TiO₂ and ZrO₂를 고정한 SiO₂ 에 담지된 Pt 촉매들은 높은 백금 분산을 가지면서 PT/Al₂O₃ 와 Pt/SiO₂ 보다 높은 촉매 활성과 열적 안정성을 갖는다. 그들의 물리화학적 특성은 Pt L3 끝머리와 Ti 와 Zr 의 K 끝머리에서 인시추 샾스에 의해 산화환원 조건 또는 온도에 의존 조건에 따라 연구되었다. 전기도가니와 석영관은 실험 설치를 위해 준비된다. 온도는 산화제와 환원제로서 각각 산소와 수소로 사용하면서 430 ℃까지 증가시킨 후 감소시킨다. 이 논문에서 우리는 인시추 샾스에 대한 장비 설치와 실험 과정을 자세하게 묘사할 것이다. Pt catalysts impregnated on TiO₂- and ZrO₂- incorporated SiO₂ have higher catalytic activity and more thermal stability with high dispersion of platinum than Pt/Al₂O₃ and Pt/SiO₂. The chemical and structural properties of Ptcatalysts on various supports were studied at different temperatures and at the condition of oxidation-reduction using in-situ x-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) measured at the Pt L3-edge and the Ti and Zr K-edges. An electric furnace and a quartz tube were prepared for the in-situ experimental set up. In situ XAFS measurements were madein the temperature range of room temperature - 430℃ under the gas flow of H₂ and O₂ for oxidation and reduction respectively.

For testing a newly designed ship"s steering gear, a steering gear test bench with a steering gear to be tested and a load generation part should be prepared. The load given to the steering gear has to be pertinent to the load generated in a targeted ship. In this study, the authors suggest a process of estimating the load given to steering gears in ships. At first, a test for measuring the load in the steering gear of a real ship was conducted. Then, a process was developed to compute rudder driving torque and force by using basic equations including some empirical equations on ship"s steering. The test results and the computation results on the load in the steering gear were compared, As a result, the process suggested in this study for estimating load in ship"s steering gears was verified.
