본 연구는 현장에서 노후설계상담 업무를 담당하고 있는 상담사들을 대상으로 상담교육 참여에서부터 실제 상담에 이르기까지의 상담사들의 경험에 대한 이해를 하고자 하며, 도출된 결과를 통해 노후설계상담사 양성을 위한 교육과 상담에 대한 함의를 찾기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적을 위해 노후설계상담사 교육과 정을 이수하고 자격증을 취득하여 실제 현장에서 노후설계상담 업무를 담당하고 있는 12명의 상담사를 대상으로 상담교육 참여부터 실제 상담경험에 대해 FGI(포커스집단면접: Focus Group Interview)를 통한 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적 연구방법에 따라 의미를 분석하고 그 개념을 구조화함으로써 이들의 경험의 의미를 심층적으로 파악하였다. 연구결과, 총 50개의 개념과 15개의 하위범주, 그리고 4개의 범주가 도출되 었다. 분석결과는 도출된 4개의 범주, 즉 (1) 노후설계상담사 교육참여 동기, (2) 노후설계상담 교육참여 경험, (3) 노후설계상담사 실제 상담경험, (4) 노후설계상담사 역량강화 방안을 중심으로 기술하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 아직까지 노후설계상담 업무의 수행체계 및 전문인력, 관련 제도가 정착되었다고 보기 어려운 현 실정 에서 앞으로 노후설계상담사의 교육과정과 상담업무는 물론 역량강화를 위한 실천적 정책적인 제언을 제시하 였다. 마지막으로는 본 연구의 제한점과 의의, 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제안점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.

최근. 한방진료를 과학화하려는 연구가 진행 중 이다. 뿐만 아니라 한양방 협진을 통해서 한방과 양방의 장점을 이용하여 새로운 의료 진료를 하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지규칙 및 USN 기술을 이용해서, 언제 어디서나, 인체의 경락점에 대한 메뉴기능이 내장된 휴대폰에 사용자의 선택으로 메뉴 항목을 선택하면, 퍼지규칙을 이용하여, 자동으로 환자의 신체 조건을 감지하고, 맥류 전압을 발진시키는 지능형 전자 침을 개발하고자한다. Recently, the scientific study from traditional oriental medicine is being progressed. Moreover, through both oriental medicine and medicine are cooperated with medical examination and treatment, the study in cooperation of merits from oriental medicine as well as from medicine is progressed. In this paper, we will develop automatic needle shot using fuzzy rules and USN techniques, which a user can choose meridian pathways from the menu items built in the cellular phone, so it can perceive patient's body conditions and launch an aneurysm electric pressure of a cycle.
