Advanced safety driver assistance systems (Advanced Driving Assistance System, below ADAS) is The front of the vehicle, the side, to detect the surroundings of a vehicle by a sensor device mounted on the rear part, a system for prevention of accidents. The main driving support function, LKS (lane keeping support) and LDW (lane departure warning), ACC (forward vehicle tracking), and the like AEB (automatic emergency braking). In this paper, AEBS safety probability improved validation for based VRDS appear on the actual situation to determine the risk of accidents is the driver feels safe enough and effective enough.

The different compliance concentration of effluent limit is applied to effluent discharged from public sewage treatment works(PSTWs) in each watershed on the basis of water quality thereof in accordance with the enforced Watershed Sewer System Maintenance Plan in 2013. It is necessary to set the compliance concentration of effluent limit for PSTWs in watershed sewer system, in order to achieve water quality criteria for regional watersheds or target water quality under TMDL program. Watershed Environmental Agencies establish the Watershed Sewer System Maintenance Plan and set the compliance concentration of effluent limit for PSTWs under the plan. The agencies have a plan to apply strengthened effluent BOD concentration limits for PSTWs in Ⅰ to Ⅳ area grade, respectively. Effluent BOD concentration limits will be strengthened from 5~10 mg/L to 3 mg/L in Ⅱ~Ⅲ area grade, from 10 mg/L to 5 mg/L in Ⅳ area grade. Uniform application of effluent BOD concentration limits to PSTWs in the watershed sewer system need to be complemented considering type of sewage treatment technology employed and watershed characteristics. Therefore, this study presents assessment methodology which analyze for the compliance concentration of effluent limit to affect water quality of discharge watershed using simulation model for the Jinwee-stream watershed.

Development of the Urban Traffic Information System that provides WAVE/UTIS linked communication technology to support real-time traffic safety in urban environments and drivers using three kinds of V2V communication services (Front Emergency Stop Signal Warning service, Front Collision Warning Service, Unexpected the situation in real time automatic notification service), V2I communication three kinds of services(Emergency Vehicle priority Signal Control services, Real-time Traffic Information Service, Automatic Incident Notification Service), V2N-based service, air pollution, zoning and development TestCase assessment procedures alerts service determine the stability and reliability of the service through the validation and evaluated according to the test under way, and the real driver is developed to a satisfactory service.
