        The Engine Mounting is the system to connect P/trian which happens the vibration at the frame. A main performance insoluates with the vibration and control to the behavior of P/Train. And, the system is examined to the main design parameter which infulence NVH and R&H of the vehicle. Thus, in the case of longitudinal mounted engine, generally, the type of engine mounts is fluid. However, due to the need for continuous improvement in driving performance, TM mount is often applied to the fluid type. but this disadvantage of the package layout is difficult to apply the fluid type. In particular, in case all wheel systems, due to the application of the transfer, structure of TM mount is further disadvantage, and the durability of TM mount is further disadvantage In order to solve the above problems, this paper optimization the optimization process of rubber shape. Becasus of large deformation of the rubber, the design parameters defined the outer curve of the rubber. And, bezier curves cane be reduced to the design parameters. Using bezier curve, the shape optimization was conducted, and can be found the optima in a short time. The durability test’s result were satisfied the specification.

        Engine mounting system of vehicles is system that control P/Train’s behaviour, and insulate vibrations. Generally, Materials of engine mounting use rubbers that insulation’s quality is superior. Rubber is hyperelastic material and have uonlinearity characteristic according to shape. With upside, Engine mounting optimization that improve NVH performance of vehicles need many trial and error because of rubber’s large deformation and nonlinear characteristic This paper used approximation method that can predict 3-direction characteristic about bush shape and material to reduce NVH optimization process of vehicles. To use existed bush characteristic DATA, sequential sampling method is selected. And use crossing verification method whenever add experiment point, verify approximation model’s accuracy. Thus, approximation model who constructed confirmed that satisfy error immediately as much as 10% in each direction’s characteristic about bush’s shape and materials.
