태양에너지 이용 자동차 공조시스템의 주차환기에 관한 연구

In this study the performance of pre-ventilation using solar cell in vehicle sunroof was investigated. The vehicle pre-ventilation system is composed of solar cell, DC/DC converter, solar-powered blower, HVAC air duct and Cabin. HVAC blower is blowing ambient air into the interior of the vehicle. With this pre-ventilation the cabin thermal load is reduced. Both test and simulation were conducted to validate the analysis. The simulation model was established with the component models and system modeling approach using simulation tool. The simulation results are compared with measured data, and the simulated room temperature shows good agreement with the measured data after two times calibration. Using the validated model, the pre-ventilation performance was analysed at 40W solar cell capacity. The results will be used for the design of solar pre-ventilation system.

Improving the performance and the fuel economy of an engine, the reduction of engine size is considered by using a turbocharger or supercharger. But the turbocharged engines have worse transient response than the naturally aspirated engines because it takes a few seconds to get the turbocharger rotate up to high speed. So many technologies are developed to improve turbocharger response: VGT, Twin turbocharger, water-cooled intercooler, and so on. And there are many researches to analyze turbocharger transient phenomenon: optimizing the size of a turbocharger, flow capacity, efficiency, and moment of inertia. This research deals with the transient response of a diesel engine with variable geometry turbocharger and water-cooled intercooler. And it’s focused on intercooler size, WCAC pipe length, and cooling water temperature of the water-cooled intercooler.

Current global warming and depletion of oil resources is a global concern. Almost country use to regulate CO₂ for Global warming and depletion of oil resources to solve problems. Therefore, many automotive industry try to reduce emissions of CO₂. Among them, good air cooling system performance in the car can reduce fuel consumption. So we have to improve the cooling performance of the car’s cooling system. So this study is that to improve car’s cooling system performance prediction. And this study used 1-D simulation to conduct that each element in the cooling system and prediction the performance of the entire cooling system.
