The purpose of this study was to analyze the emotion and task performance in terms of dislike and personalized decision-making indoor space implemented by the mixed-reality environment. As a result of an experiment against 30 subjects, it was identified that aroused and negative emotions were dominated in dislike space but pleased, important, autonomous emotions arise in personalized space. Though it yields negative emotions in the dislike space, the task of attention and execution ability is high compared to the personalized space but working memory is low. Therefore, to increase short-term work efficiency, it is better to work in a visually unfavorable space where caused in control or controlled emotion. However, with pleased and contended emotions in a preferred or personalized indoor space, long-term work efficiency is increased.

Most energy generating systems in island areas are diesel energy generation using fossil fuel. The transportation cost of fossil fuel to the island areas makes generation cost three to four times more expensive. To solve this economic loss, the establishment of energy independent island through introduction of renewable energy generation system in the island areas is being considered. Prior research are generally focus on major island areas such as Jejudo, Ulleungdo and Gapado etc. However, to verify about applying renewable energy generation systems on the island areas, considering the all types of characteristic of the island areas such as high economic loss from energy generation or small population of less than 100 people is essential. This study is conducted as case study on Baengnyeongdo which has high economic loss and Oedo which has small population of less than 100 people. To examine the feasibility of applying renewable energy generation system in Baengnyeongdo and Oedo, a combination of existing diesel energy generation system and renewable energy generation system was proposed and economic analysis using NPV(Net Present Value) and LCOE(Levelized Cost of Energy) was proceeded. The experiment was conducted using simulation, HOMER(Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable) was used as simulation program. Environment and weather data of Baengnyeongdo and Oedo and renewable energy genration system data obtained from KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation), NREL(National Renewable Energy Laboratory) and HOMER were used as simulation dataset. The optimal combination of energy generation system for Baengnyeongdo and Oedo was proposed and it was confirmed that there would be economic benefits if the introduction of the renewable energy generation system continued for more than 9 years.
실험계획법을 통한 실내 포인트 클라우드 데이터의 다운샘플링 기반 복셀 크기의 관한 연구

Raw point cloud data that is produced from 3D LiDAR scanning of an indoor environment typically includes unnecessary data that requires pre-processing. A common technique to eliminate noise, is utilizing voxel-downsampling method. However, during the process, appropriate voxel sizes is difficult to obtain. Therefore, it is necessary to research a method of identifying appropriate voxel size. In this preliminary study, design of experiments is conducted to visually observe the effect of voxel sizes on point cloud edges. Results shows that voxel sizes, in the voxel downsampling method, has a direct impact on the edge of point cloud data. It was found that for number of points and corresponding file size, voxel size between 0.3 and 0.4 was most effective whilst edge detection showed most effective in dense point clouds.

In the office assets management, grade evaluation is an important guide for decision making on investment. The grade evaluation of office buildings in Korea has been conducted through private real estate companies their sporadic analysis on a non-uniform standard. As a result, detailed facility criteria for office building grade evaluation have not been established. This situation would cause confusion to suppliers and investors to select verified quality of office assets. The purpose of this study is to clarify detailed facility standards and present a direction for grade evaluation that can be clearly distinguished. Current evaluation items were re-established through the Delphi method conducted validation of the revision guideline against practitioners. The re-established items were classified to 28 items and those are verified through Focus Group Interview.
