장시간의 입식 근로가 하지부종, 신체균형 및 통증지수 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장시간의 입식 근로가 하지부종, 신체균형, 통증지수 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 J병원에 근무기간이 1년 이상인 입식 근로자를 대상으로 남성 주차도우미 집단 8명, 여성 간호사 집단 9명의 두 집단으로 나누어 결과를 자료화 하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 근무 전 및 근무 2주 후간 하지부종의 변화는 두 집단 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 둘째, 근무 전 및 근무 2주 후간 신체균형의 변화는 두 집단 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 셋째, 근무 전 및 근무 2주 후간 통증지수의 변화는 두 집단 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상과 같은 결과로 미루어 볼 때 장시간의 입식 근로는 하지부종, 신체균형, 통증지수의 변화에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to measure leg edema, body balance, and Visual Analog Pain Scale of female nurses and male valet parking workers among 17 Prolonged standing workers. Results from this study are as follows. 1. After two weeks, both groups showed that right ankle circumference increased in terms of change(male valet parking group: MVPG p<.05; female nurses group: FNG p<.01) and left ankle circumference showed a statistically significant difference in female Nurses Group(p<.01). Both groups exhibited a statistically significant difference in terms of the change in ankle circumference as both right and left increased(p<.01). 2. FNG and MVPG increased 37.97% and 24.81%, respectively in terms of body balance, which showed a statistically significant difference(p<.01). 3. FNG and MVPG increased 163.93% and 100%, respectively in terms of the change in Visual Analog Pain Scale, which showed a statistically significant difference(p<.01, p<.001). To sum up, both groups showed that leg edema, body balance, and change of Visual Analog Pain Scale of nurses rose more after two weeks.
