With an explosive increasing of the Internet users, the e-Commerce markets are growing considerably and the existing advertising markets are progressively expanding their territory from the TV and paper media to the Internet advertising region. The typical forms of Internet advertising are banner form, push technique, form, of Internet access, sponsorship, and interstitial form. Among them, the banner form is popular advertising method, the charge of advertising is cheaper than other methods and it has immediate interaction with Inthernet users.However it has low click ratio, and too big file size makes users difficult to navigate the essential web sites. Therefore, in this paper, we porpose a new Internet advertising method that has high click ratio with small required bandwidth. To reders it offers exact advertizing sontent that is suitable for the web page using the keyword of the article. The proposed method is implemented using the Javascript and analyzed with a short questionnaire.
