        스포츠산업,경영학 : 스포츠시설 종사자의 경력요인과 정력변경의도에 대한 연구

        This study was conducted to identify relationship between the career factors and the intention of career withdrawal of the employees in sports facilities, taking their positions into consideration. The necessary data were collected from the employees in sports centers. In the final analysis, 165 data collected from sports leader positions and 152 data from the clerk positions were used. As statistics methods to verify the research issue, t-test, correlation and multiple regression analysis were adopted, and the result is as follows: First, the degree of the career commitment and career satisfaction recognized by the sports center employees differs depending on their positions. In particular, the career commitment and career satisfaction of a sports leader position is greater than those of the clerk position, and there is the difference which is meaningful from the perspective of statistics. Second, The intention of career withdrawal of the sports center employees differs depending on their positions. In particular, the intention of a sports leader position is greater than that of the clerk position, and there is the difference which is meaningful from the perspective of statistics. Third, for those who have a leader position in a sports center, the higher their career commitment is, the smaller their intention of career withdrawal becomes; and for those who have a clerk position, the higher their career commitment and career satisfaction are, the smaller their intention of career withdrawal becomes.

        스포츠산업,경영 : 스포츠센터 종사자의 몰입 세 성분에 대한 연구

        Three commitment factors play an important role in the organizational activities of people in an organization Recognizing their significance, this study examined discriminant validity in order to find out whether or not each factor is single dimensional and also analyzed the correlation between these three factors and job satisfaction. This study hopes to make a small contribution to sports service companies in managing their human resources in a more efficient manner. The participants of this subject were 317 full-time employees from comprehensive sports and fitness centers located in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. In order to collect data, questionnaires were administered. For job involvement Kanungo’s(1982) analysis was used and for organizational commitment, Meyer and Allen(1991)’s measurement was employed. Regarding occupational commitment, Blau(1985)’s analysis was used and lastly, for job satisfaction. Brayfield and Roth(1976)’ measurement was used. The reliability was .8046-9183. For statistical data analysis, factor analysis and Cronbach’s a were used in addition to hierarchical multiple regression The findings are as follows: Fast, when examining whether or not each factor is single dimensional by evaluating the validity of components of job involvement, organizational commitment, and occupational commitment, items in each factor were found to have the sane concept. However, each commitment factor was discovered to have a different concept. Second, the three commitment factors exerted a great influence on job satisfaction, which indicates that the three variables are the major influencing factors towards job satisfaction Third, among the commitment factors, occupational commitment had the greatest influence on job satisfaction(β=.516), next, job involvement(β=.240), and occupational commitment(β=222) in order.

        한국무용 참여여성 노인들의 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 여가활동으로 한국무용에 참여하고 있는 노인여성의 참여정도를 기준으로 참여군집에 따른 자아존중감과 생활만족도를 파악하고 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 노인여성의 신체적 여가활동 프로그램으로써 한국무용 참여의 가치를 밝혀 향후 바람직하고 유용한 여가활동 프로그램개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 현재 서울시에서 한국무용에 참여하고 있는 65세 이상의 여성 244명의 설문자료를 실제분석에 사용하였으며, 군집분석과 t-test 및 다중회귀분석의 통계적 검증을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인여성의 한국무용 참여정도가 높을수록 긍정적 자아존중감과 생활만족도가 높고 부정적 자아존중감은 낮다. 둘째, 한국무용에 참여하는 노인여성의 긍정적 자아존중감에 대한 지각이 높을수록 생활만족도가 높다. 이는 여가활동으로서 한국무용 참여가 노인여성들에게 여가시간을 대체해주는 주요활동으로 작용하여 노인여성의 자아존중 The purpose of this study is- to provide basic information for developing useful and desirable leisure activity program after finding the value of participating in Korean Dance as an aged women's physical leisure activity program by grasping self-esteem and satisfaction of life and examine how does self-esteem effect on satisfaction of life with the rate of participation of aged women who participating in Korean Dance as a leisure activity. To achieve the purpose of study, we drew a result through using statistical verification of multiple regression analysis, t-test and cluster analysis, and survey data from 244 women who are over 65 and participating in Korean Dance in Seoul. First, when the ratio of participation in Korean Dance is high, the satisfaction of life and positive self-esteem was high. and the negative self-esteem was low. Second, when the perception of aged women's positive self-esteem is high, the satisfaction of life is high. This means that participating in Korean Dance as a leisure, can effect on improving the quality of life which affects positiveness on satisfaction and positive self-esteem of life of aged women by the action as a main activity that exchanging aged women’s leisure time.
