뉴미디어 기술의 급속한 발전과 대학생의 개성 강화라는 시대적 배경 속에서 어떻게 대학생들의 가치취향을 정확하게 진단하고, 올바른 법의식과 법률사유를 배양하는가의 문제는 대학생 사상정치 교육 중의 중요한 사항이다. 뉴미디어 전파방식은 현대 인터넷 정보의 중요한 매개체가 되었다. 웨이보, 위챗, 바이두 카페, 짧은 동영상, 포럼/BBS 등 뉴스 매체의 발달로 빠른 정보 전달과 함께 수많은 허위정보와 부정확한 언론들이 동시에 양산되고 있다. 대학생들은 인격이 형성되고 있는 시점에 처해 있기에 법의식 교육의 관건적 시기라고 할 수 있다. 뉴미디어를 통한 정보의 허위성과 탈범성 등의 특징으로 인하여 대학생들의 올바른 법의식과 인격형성에 악영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 올바른 법의식과 법치의식 확립의 방도를 모색하여 대학생들이 적극적인 사회관, 법률관, 인생관, 가치관을 세울 수 있도록 돕고자 한다. 그래서 본문은 법의식 교육의 기본이론을 근거로 외국의 대학생 법의식 교육 경험을 참조하여 중국 대학생의 법의식 교육에 관한 탐색적 연구가 대학생의 건전한 발전과 성장에 기여하기를 기대한다. Under the background of the rapid development of new media technology and the increasing demand for college students' individuality, how to correctly identify and adhere to the value orientation of college students' ideological and political education and cultivate the correct legal consciousness and legal thinking of college students are the key to the ideological and political education of college students. The new media communication method has become an important medium for modern network information dissemination. The rise of microblogs, WeChat, Baidu Post Bar, short videos, forums/BBS and other news media has brought rapid information transmission to the public and inevitably brought a lot of false information and incorrect remarks. College students are in the critical period of personality establishment and legal awareness cultivation. The characteristics of false and out-of-order of new media technology communication will affect their ability to develop correct legal awareness and personality. In order to better cultivate the legal consciousness of contemporary college students, establish a correct concept of the rule of law and a positive social outlook, legal outlook, outlook on life, and values, the author starts from the basic theory of the cultivation of college students' legal consciousness and draws on the experience of foreign students' legal awareness cultivation. This paper analyzes the basic path of the cultivation of Chinese college students' legal consciousness, with a view to promoting the in-depth development of the rule of law concept and ideological and political education of college students.
