스포츠 사회학 : 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성과 도시 커뮤니티 형성의 관계

이 연구는 다양하게 스포츠에 참가하고 있는 도시 주민의 사회인구학적 특성이 도시 커뮤니티 형성에 어느 정도 관여를 하고 있는지를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다.이 연구의 대상은 1999년 6월 대전광역시에 거주하고 있는 일반성인 중 스포츠 참가자를 모집단으로 설정한 다음 집락무선표집법(Cluster random sampling)을 이용하여, 총 1100부를 표본으로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 중 응답 내용이 부실하거나 자료로서 가치가 없다고 판단되는 82부를 분석대상에서 제외하였고, 최종 분석에는 총 1018부를 사용하였다. 조사도구는 자기평가기입법(self-administration method)에 기초한 구조화된 설문지를 작성하여 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 사용한 통계적 기법은 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석이다.이와 같은 연구 방법 및 절차를 통하여, 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다.1) 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성은 커뮤니티 감정에 영향을 미치고 있다.2) 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성은 커뮤니티 참가의욕에 영향을 미치고 있다.3) 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성은 커뮤니티 통합인지에 영향을 미치고 있다.4) 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성은 커뮤니티 평가에 영향을 미치고 있다.즉, 스포츠 참가자의 사회인구학적 특성은 도시 커뮤니티 형성에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이는 스포츠에 참가하고 있는 도시 주민들의 개인적인 특성 및 사회·경제적 요인들이 도시 커뮤니티 형성에 의미 있게 관계되어 있음을 시사하여 주고 있는 것이다. The migration of population due to industrialization and urbanization weakened people's community characteristic, and the traditional community was destructed. Therefore new community development is required to overcome this situation. Based on this recognition, this study is to prove empirically the possibility of contribution toward new community development through various participation in sport of citizen. As subjects for study, participants in sport among Taejon Metropolitan City residents were set up, and then total samples of 1,100 copies were collected using the cluster random sampling. Among them samples of 82 copies estimated either poor answers or worthless materials were excluded. Therefore, finally, samples of 1,018 copies were employed for data analysis. As means of research, organized questionnaires based on self-administration method were used with a little complement. Statistic techniques such as correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data.Results are as follows.First, sociodemographic characteristic of participants in sports has an effect on community affection.Second, sociodemographic characteristic of participants in sports has an effect on willingness for commitment.Third, sociodemographic characteristic of participants in sports has an effect on cognition of integration.Forth, sociodemographic characteristic of participants in sports has an effect on community evaluation.That is, sociodemographic characteristic of participants in sports has an effect on community development. This implies that individual characteristic, and social, economical factors of local residents who participate in sport influence significantly on community development.

스포츠사회학 : 생활체육 참가 형태와 사회적 태도의 관계

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between participation patterns in sport for all and the formation of social attitude and through this to grasp the task as to desirable community establishment. The subjects of this study were adult participators in sport for all living in Chunan city as of 2001, and among total 700 copies sampled using cluster random sampling 631 copies were finally used for data analysis. Schematized questionnaires based on self-administration method were employed for the research instrument, and statistic techniques to analyze the collected data were frequence analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis.Results are as follows.First, there was difference in social attitude according to sociodemographic characteristics. That is, sex in social integration attitude and socialization attitude, the level of education in social integration attitude, socialization attitude, social sentiment attitude and social control attitude, and the level of income in social integration attitude, socialization attitude and social control attitude showed significant difference.Second, participation patterns in sport for all had an effect on the formation of social attitude. That is, neighbors and sport for all participation, colleagues and sport for all participation influenced social integration attitude, socialization attitude, social sentiment attitude and social control attitude, and sport for all club participation affected social Integration attitude, socialization attitude, social control attitude.

As the migration of population due to industrialization and urbanization got deepened, Korean traditional community which had been concentrated through strong solidary sense based on traditional moral sense within all kinds of social groups by the medium of ties of territory or ties of blood was destructed. Therefore new community development is being required to solve this situation. As statistic techniques to analyze the collected data, Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis were served.Results are as follows.First, soaal interaction of partiapants in sports has an effect on community affection.Second, social won of partiapants in sports has an effect on willingness for commitment.Third, social interaction of participants in sports has an effect on cognition of integration.Forth, social interaction of participants in sports has an effect on community evaluation.That is, social interaction of participants in sports has an effect on urban community development. This means that by medium of community sport the exchange of colleagues and neighbors becomes deeper, feelings of ties of urban residents get formed as well, through this community consciousness such as affections for territory, feelings of solidarity, and role consciousness get awakened and so community consciousness becomes strong, and as it facilitates active community participation, it suggests that it can be an important mechanism to develope new ideal urban community.
