This paper intends to explain what political socialization is and to know the environment of the political socialization. Especially, this paper accounts for the environment which affects the political socialization of people, and examines family, school, peer group, and mass communication as the environment of the political socialization. In order to bring up the sound democratic citizens, reasonable political socialization is to be done. For three points, each citizen has to learn good and high political social norms. 韓國政治體系 不安定要因分析

This dissertation is a research on the Factors of the political instability in Korean political system. The structural functional theory of Gabriel A. Almond and the system theory of David Easton were used in analitical methodology. The scope of the research is limited on the political system from The First Republic of Korea to The Sixth Republic of Korea. The units of the analysis are the environmental elements of the political system, the subsystems of the political system (interest groups, political parties and support in input side, parliamentary systems and their functions in conversion process, law-institution and output structure, political leaders and policy output and its outcome in output side, and internal and external controls and their functions in feedback structure.) The research is based on the hypothesis that some environmental elements and the structural-functional weakness in the political system cause the instability and the breakdown of the political system. The findings demonstrated that the bad environmental conditions and the weak political subsystem (input structure, conversion process, output structure, feedback structure and their functions) in Korean political system caused the instability and the final breakdown of the Korean political system.

This dissertation is a research on the structure and function of the Korea National Assembly. The scope of the research is limitted on the National Assembly from the First Republic of Korea to the Sixth of Korea. The units of the analysis are the structural and functional elements of Korea National Assembly, that is, electorate system ad electoral process(a fair election, election obstructions, election crimes), authoritative of political party structure, social backgrounds of an Assemblyman a National representative funtional, decision making functional, criticism functional of national administration. The research is based on the hyopthesis that some environmental elements and the structural-functional weakness of political system and National Assembly system in Korea cause instability, inefficiency and distrust of Korea National Assembly. The findings demonstrated that the bad environmental conditions and the weak stuctures-functions of political system and Korea National system cause the instability, inefficiciency and distrust of Korea National Assembly.

政治發展과 政黨 및 行政發展의 關係

The main purposes of this paper aim to define the concept of the political development and to examine the correlation of the political development with the parties and the administrative development. The political development has the various meanings. But in this paper we define that the political development is the balanced development between the parties development and the administrative development together. In other words, the political development means that input functions in the political system are increased through the political parties development and the administrative development. In the political development, the input function can he increased through the political parties development and output function can be increased through the administrative development. For this reason, the perfect meanings of the political development can be achieved through the balanced development and the close correlation of the political parties development with the administrative development. In the political development, the crises faced with common are identity crisis, legitimacy crisis, participation crisis, distribution crisis, penetration crisis, integration crisis etc. Also these can be only achieved through the balanced development of the political parties development and the administrative development. Therefore, in the political development, there are the close correlations among the political development and the political parties development, the political development and the administrative development, and the political parties development and the administrative development interdependent. The main contents of this paper summarize as follows; 1) forward 2) the concept of the political development 3) the relation of politics and administration 4) the relation of the political development and the political parties development 5) the relation of the political development and the administrative development 6) the correlation of the political parties development and the administrative development 7) conclusion.

The main purposes of this paper are to present limitation factors and improvement plans of political development in the Emerging countries. The political development has mean of Varieties, It means as follow: the increasing of political system ability, development of political parties and administration, political modernization, democratization, westernization, development of Social-culture and economic structure etc. but we can give definition that political development is to developing political parties and administration together. in the other expression, increasing to free political participation, legitimacy and efficiency.
