요양보호사들의 심폐소생술 교육경험과 태도가 수행자신감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 요양보호사들의 심폐소생술 교육경험과 태도가 심폐소생술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시한 서술적 조사연구로 2017년 2월에서 4월까지 C도 내에 근무 중인 요양보호사 140명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 20.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 심폐소생술 교육경험과 태도와 수행자신감의 비교는 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였고, 사후검정은 Scheffe’ test로 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성과 심폐소생술에 대한 태도 및 수행자신감의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficient로 분석하였고, 심폐소생술 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인은 Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 심폐소생술에 대한 태도와 수행자신감은 높은 상관관계가 나타났으며(r=0.41, p<.001), 심폐소생술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 긍정적인 심폐소생술과 관련된 태도(β=0.34)와 4시간 이상의 교육시간(β=0.28)으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 요양보호사들이 노인 요양보호시설에서 발생하는 심정지 응급상황에 적절한 대처를 수행할 수 있도록 심폐소생술에 대한 지속적인 교육이 필요함을 알 수 있었으며 이를 위해서는 요양보호사를 위한 맞춤형 심폐소생술 교육 프로그램 개발이 진행되어야 할 것이며 요양보호사 직무교육 또는 보수교육에 심폐소생술에 대한 교육과정이 포함되는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of educational experience and attitude toward performance confidence of cardiopulmonary resuscitation amongcare helpers. This study was conducted using a descriptive survey design. Participants were 140 care helpers in C-province. Data were collected from February to April, 2017 using self-report questionnaires andthe collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 program. Differences amongstudy variables by participants" characteristics were analyzed by a t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe" test. Correlations between attitudes and confidence of CPR performance by Pearson"s correlation coefficients. Factors influencing confidence in CPR were analyzed by Multiple regression. There were significant positive correlations between attitude and confidence in CPR(r=0.41, p<0.001). The result showed that the more than fourhours of education(β=0.28) and a positive attitude toward CPR increased CPR performance confidence. Based on the present findings, CPR education should be included continuously in the workplace and developed to appropriately cope with cardiac arrest emergency situations in care facilitiesfor elderly people. Therefore, customized CPR education programs should be developed care helpers and included in job training and refresher education courses for care helpers.

본 조사 연구는 일개 도내의 자동심장충격기 의무설치 기관의 자동심장충격기 설치현황 및 관리 점검 실태를 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 2017년 11월 20일부터 2017년 12월 20일까지 진행되었으며 총 169대의 자동심장충격기를 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 백분율로 파악하였다. AED는 168대 (99.41%)가 기관 실내에 설치되어 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 24시간 항시 자동심장충격기가 운영되고 있는 경우는 47대 (27.80%), 기관 운영시간 외에 자동심장충격기를 사용할 수 있는 경우는 44대(26.00%)으로 파악되었다. 책임관리자가 구조 및 응급처치 교육을 받은 경우가 87명(51.43%)이었으며, 자동심장충격기의 관리현황은 배터리 충전상태의 문제가 있는 경우는 2대(1.20%), 환자 부착용 AED패드의 유효기간이 지난 경우로 7대(4.10%)로 조사되었다. 향후 자동심장충격기 관리책임자를 위한 관리체계를 마련하고, 체계적 유지관리에 대한 정기적인 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용해야 한다. 또한 자동심장충격기 설치 관리에 대한 법률 강화 및 제도적 정비를 통한 지속적인 관리실태의 필요성에 대한 인식을 제고할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to investigate the status of the installation, maintenance and management of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) in all mandatory institutions and buildings of the providence to be equipped with AEDs. The study was conducted from November 20, 2017 to December 20, 2017, during which time 169 AED units were surveyed. The collected data was analyzed by frequency analysis and the percentage was determined using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. A total of 168 units (99.41%) of AEDs were installed inside. Additionally, 47 units (27.80%) were available 24 hours a day, and 44 units (26.00%) were available outside business hours of the institution. Moreover, 87 units (51.43%) of the responsible managers received rescue and first aid training. Evaluation of the management status of the AEDs revealed two (1.20%) that had problems with their battery state of charge battery charge and seven (4.10%) for which the AED pads were past the expiration date. A management system for the manager of AEDs should be established and a regular training program for their systematic maintenance should be developed and applied. It is also suggested that awareness of the necessity of continuous management be raised through reinforcement of laws and legal system reorganization.
