본 연구는 국내외 미술치료 슈퍼비전 연구동향을 분석해 슈퍼비전에 대한 관심을 환기시키고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 국내 외 색인DB를 이용해 등재학술지 및 박사학위 논문 총 55편을 선정했으며, 한국, 미국, 영국, 호주, 이스라엘 논문이 포함 되었다. 이후 기초사항, 슈퍼비전 연구방법, 슈퍼비전 운영형태, 슈퍼비전 변인요인으로 범주화해 비교분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 기초사항 연도는 교육기관에서의 미술치료 전문 인력 양성 시점과 관련있으며, 논문 발행수를 통해 COVID-19와 같은 시대적 상황도 확인되었다. 둘째, 슈퍼비전 연구방법은 국내는 슈퍼바이지 측면, 해외는 슈퍼바이저 슈퍼바이지 상호 발달적 측면에서의 접근이 두드러졌다. 셋째, 슈퍼비전 운영형태를 통해 국내는 집단의 구조성, 해외는 상호 즉시성에 중점을 두는 차이를 확인하였다. 이와 함께 미술기반 미술치료 슈퍼비전에 따른 개방적 자주적인 슈퍼바이저로서의 역할 변화, 해외의 제공영역에 따른 슈퍼비전의 구분이 확인된다. 넷째, 슈퍼비전 변인요인에서는 국내외 문화적 차이에서 기인한 결과가 반복적으로 확인된다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 미술치료사 전문역량 강화를 위해 필수적인 미술치료 슈퍼비전의 중요성을 확인하고, 미술치료 슈퍼비전 연구 발전을 위한 기초자료 제공과 나아갈 방향을 제시하는데 있어 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to arouse interest in supervision by analyzing domestic and foreign art therapy supervision research trends and to suggest future research directions. A total of 55 academic journals and doctoral dissertations were selected using domestic and foreign index databases, and theses were included in Korea, USA, UK, Australia, and Israel. Afterwards, they were categorized into basics, supervision research method, supervision operation type, and supervision variable factors and comparatively analyzed. Research Results First, the basic year is related to the timing of nurturing art therapy specialists in educational institutions, and the historical situation such as COVID-19 was also confirmed through the number of papers issued. Second, the supervisory research method stood out from the perspective of supervisor in Korea and the mutual development of supervisor/supervisor overseas. Third, the difference was confirmed by focusing on group structure in Korea and mutual immediacy in foreign countries through the supervisory operation form. At the same time, changes in roles as open and independent supervisors according to art-based art therapy supervision, and the division of supervision according to overseas provision areas are confirmed. Fourth, in the supervision variable factors, the results resulting from domestic and foreign cultural differences are repeatedly confirmed. Through this, this study has significance in confirming the importance of art therapy supervision, which is essential for strengthening the professional competency of art therapists, and providing basic data for the development of art therapy supervision research and suggesting a future direction.

미술치료 슈퍼비전에서의 슈퍼바이지 경험에 대한 질적 메타합성

본 연구는 미술치료 슈퍼비전에서의 슈퍼바이지 경험에 대한 질적 연구를 대상으로 질적 메타합성을 통해 미술치료 슈퍼비전 경험의 의미를 총체적으로 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 미술치료 슈퍼비전에서의 슈퍼바이지 경험에 대한 질적 연구들의 결과를 확인-평가-합성의 과정으로 종합적 검토 후 Noblit와 Hare(1988)의 상호전환 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 최종적으로 총 7개의 질적 연구가 선정되었으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 미술치료사 발달 단계의 기준과 슈퍼비전에서의 공통된 경험이 확인되었으며, 10개의 합성된 하위주제와 4개의 상위주제가 도출되었다. 도출된 상위 주제는 초심 미술치료사 발달단계의 ‘새롭게 경험한 감정과 관계에서의 혼란’, ‘성장의 원동력’, 경력 미술치료사 발달단계의 ‘개인적 통찰’, ‘전문가 성장의 발판 마련’이다. 본 연구는 미술치료 슈퍼비전을 경험하는 슈퍼바이지의 성장과 효과적 슈퍼비전 방안을 모색하고, 미술치료사의 전문 역량 촉진을 돕기 위한 기초 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해 슈퍼바이지에게 미술치료 슈퍼비전만의 고유성과 특수성을 제공할 수 있도록 향후 미술치료 슈퍼비전 발전을 위한 연구 방향을 제시했다는 데 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the meaning of the art therapy supervision experience through qualitative metasynthesis, targeting qualitative research on supervisor experience in art therapy supervision. To this end, after a comprehensive review of the results of qualitative studies on the experience of supervisors in art therapy supervision in the process of confirmation-evaluation-synthesis, the interconversion analysis method of Noblit and Hare(1988) was used. Finally, a total of 7 qualitative studies were selected, and the results are as follows. The criteria for art therapist developmental stages and common experiences in supervision were confirmed, and 10 synthesized sub-themes and 4 super-themes were derived. The derived top themes are 'newly experienced feelings and confusion in relationships', 'driving power of growth' in the developmental stage of beginner art therapists, 'personal insight' in the developmental stage of career art therapists, and 'preparation of a platform for professional growth'. This study seeks the growth of supervisors who experience art therapy supervision and effective supervision methods, and provides basic information to help promote the professional competency of art therapists. Through this, it is meaningful that it suggested a research direction for the development of art therapy supervision in the future so that it can provide supervisors with the uniqueness and specificity of art therapy supervision.
