In this Paper, We present the Analysis method using Robust Design Concept. At present Robust Design Concept used world widely in Automotive Component Design. In this case we practiced S/N Ratio Reduction in Hood assy gap variance to the extent of 2.3 ㏈ . And We could improve Hood lifting amount. We think that Many analysis method using Robust Design Concept will be developed in the future.

In this Paper, We present Optimization Process in Seat System Design. At present Robust Design Concept used world widely in Automotive Component Design. So, we practiced Weight Reduction in seat weight to the extent of 2(Kg) through Robust Design Optimization. And Robust Design Optimization Process involved all kinds of safety legislation satisfaction. As a result of this process We could reduce 2. 127(㎏) in seat weight.

Main function of wiper system is that secure a clear view to driver by removing the various obstacles, such as rain, snow and dust. To obtain optimized performances of wiper system under the consideration of many factors, the applications of CAE are needed. We developed FE analysis techniques based on ABAQUS can evaluate the wiping performance at the initial design stage. Also, It"s possible to calculate durability and strength of wiper links for various loading conditions.
