국내 모바일 오픈마켓의 사용성 평가항목 도출에 관한 연구

본 논문은 국내 모바일 오픈마켓 어플리케이션 인터페이스에서 고려되어야 할 사항과 불편사항을 알아보고, 사용성과 인터페이스에 관한 선행연구의 문헌조사를 토대로 모바일과 오픈마켓의 특성에 맞는 사용성 원칙과 평가 요소를 도출하며, 모바일 오픈마켓 어플리케이션의 사용성 평가항목을 작성하는 데 연구목적이 있다. 과거 온라인 쇼핑 시장의 거래는 대부분 PC에서 이루어진 반면, 현재는 모바일 기기로 쇼핑을 즐기는 모바일 커머스 시장이 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 모바일 쇼핑은 PC환경과 다른 화면구성 및 작은 화면, 서툰 입력 등의 주요 사용성 문제로 모바일 기기에 적절한 인터페이스 디자인이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 오픈마켓 시장을 조사하여 이용자가 가장 많은 네 곳을 연구 대상으로 선정하였고, 이 네 곳의 모바일 오픈마켓 어플리케이션에 대하여 사용측면에서의 UI 고려사항과 불편사항을 설문조사를 통해 알아보았다. 그리고 설문조사 결과와 인터페이스 관련 선행연구의 분석을 통해 전문가 집단토론을 진행하여 모바일 오픈마켓 사용성 평가원칙을 체계화 하였다. 결론에서는 앞의 연구 내용을 토대로 사용성 평가원칙에 따른 모바일 오픈마켓 어플리케이션 인터페이스 디자인 사용성 평가항목을 도출하였다. 이는 현재 모바일 오픈마켓 어플리케이션의 문제점에 대한 보완 및 개선 방향을 제시한 것으로 향후 기존 어플리케이션의 사용성 향상에 기초기반 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. In this thesis, we examine the matter and discomfort that should be considered in the application interface of mobile open market of domestic country, on the basis of the literature review of previous research on the ease interface of use is ongoing, and the characteristics of the mobile and open market derived the appropriate principles and evaluation elements of usability. In addition, there is an object of the present invention is to create a usability evaluation checklist of open market application of mobile. While the past of online shopping market transactions were carried out on most of the PC, currently mobile commerce market to enjoy shopping on mobile devices has become a hot topic. Mobile shopping, PC environment and other screen configuration and a small screen, the design of the appropriate interface is required to major mobile devices to usability problems such as poor input. Therefore, in this paper, to investigate the domestic open market, and to select the most often 4 locations by the user as a research subject, conduct a primary survey, the UI considerations in the use surface of the open market of mobile have examined the inconvenience. And, by proceeding the expert group discussion through the analysis of relevant prior research to the interface between the primary questionnaire survey results, codified the valuation principles of mobile open market usability. Conclusion was derived the design usability checklist of application interface of mobile open market in accordance with the principles of usability evaluation on the basis of the previous research. This is a problem with current mobile open market application solution and improvements, it is considered in developing applications with improved future usability can be the underlying basis of the data.

수도권과 비수도권 대학생의 주거비 및 주거비 부모 지원 인식과 실태

The purpose of this study was to explore housing cost burden and financial support from parents to afford housing costs of college students from Capital and non-Capital regions. On-site and on-line questionnaire surveys were conducted to college students between March 3 and April 4, 2014, and total 241 useable responses were collected. Findings are as follow: (1) Jeon-se renters and monthly renters with deposit in Capital region were found to have paid greater housing costs than those in non-Capital region; (2) 86% of Jeon-se renters, 95% of monthly renters with deposit, and 80% of monthly renters without deposits were found to have received parental supports to pay housing costs; (3) respondents in Capital region tended to perceive influence of housing costs on housing choices greater than those in non-Capital region; and (4) more than a quarter of the respondents thought it would be proper to receive parental supports for all expenses until college graduation.
