함수형 현가장치 모델과 K&C 시험결과의 정합성에 대한 연구

In this paper, we compare the characteristics of wheel geometry when wheel is loaded about real vehicle test result and VI-CRT. VI-CRT is capable of modeling based on Vertical, Roll, Steering, Lateral, Longitudinal and Align characteristic of basic measurement test of K&C. In addition, modeling using single travel and single compliance test result is also posssible to improve the analysis accuracy. When the results of the analysis program and the actual vehicle are compared through the K&C test function built into the VI-CRT, We confirmed that the analytical model including single mode shows higher accuracy.

The development process of a modern car suspension system consider the target value of the suspension parts characteristics according to purpose of vehicle development. It apply to the design by referring to the benchmark data of the competition vehicle segment and the existing development DB(database). However, it is difficult to predict the actual characteristics of the suspension, so it is necessary to tuning the characteristics of the suspension parts and the specifications of the tires through vehicle tests. A variety of test methods are used for quantitative evaluation, because suspension test is almost subjective test. In this Study, we produce a road test condition by reproducing displacement and load based on RLD measured by vehicle test, and propose a characteristic test method of Tire Coupled Quarter Suspension Module.
