대학은 지속가능성을 확보하기 위해 대학 정보화에 꾸준히 투자하고 있고, 이러한 노력 덕분에 학생들이나 교직원들은 언제 어디서나 대학의 정보시스템에 접속하여 효율적으로 업무를 처리할 수 있게 되었다. 최근 대학은 정보기술 수요 환경의 변화에 대응하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 대학 행정 정보화 프로젝트에서 나서고 있다. 그 중 일부 대학은 계획한 성과를 달성하였지만, 새롭게 개발된 시스템의 이용을 중단하여야 할 것인가를 고민중인 대학도 있다. 대학 정보화는 어느 정도의 실패 요인을 안고 출발하기 마련이다. 예측하지 못한 사태로 인해 난관에 봉착하기도 하고, 구성원들의 지혜를 모아 문제를 슬기롭게 극복하기도 한다. 마음챙김 이론은 이러한 시스템 개발 및 운영 과정을 심도있게 살펴볼 수 있는 관점을 제공한다. 본 연구는 대학 행정 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 사례를 마음챙김 관점에서 분석하고, 그 파급효과와 시사점 등을 정리하였다. Universities have been investing in their information systems to keep their management functions working efficiently and effectively. Thanks to these efforts, faculty members and other university employees can perform their tasks efficiently almost anywhere and anytime. Several universities embarked upon information systems projects to take advantage of emerging information technologies in their administration and management. Only a limited number of universities have achieved their objectives; some others have been even tinkering with the idea of abandoning their newly developed academic information systems. The development of academic information systems often start with a relatively high risk of system failure. Sometimes, these systems encounter unforeseen obstacles or fail in systems development. These universities with problems also can overcome these issues by collecting their wisdom. The mindfulness theory is suitable for dealing with implementing academic information systems. This research analyzes an academic information systems development case from a mindfulness perspective, and also addresses its research implications and theoretical contributions.

본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 주관적 안녕감에 대한 업무 효능감/의미감의 역할을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 긍정 정서, 부정 정서, 삶의 만족과 같은 주관적 안녕감의 구성요인들과 업무 효능감, 업무 의미감으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하였다. 설문방법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 예상대로 긍정 정서는 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 부정 정서는 삶의 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 업무 효능감과 업무 의미감은 긍정/부정 정서와 삶의 만족 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 업무 효능감 및 의미감이 직장인의 행복감에 의미 있는 영향을 미친다는 본 연구의 결과는 조직 관리자들이 효과적인 지휘 전략을 수립하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

스마트워크 사용자의 업무/비업무간 경계 관리 전략에 관한 연구

Smart Work is an extended version of telecommuting or distance work pursuing an objective of work-life balance which is one of the hottest issues in management research. With diffusion of Smart Work, a problem has been raised that Smart Work makes the boundary between work and non-work blur, and may break the balance of work-life. However, work-life balance will be achieved by actively managing the boundary between work and non-work rather than passively taking the consequences. In order to find out whether Smart work improves work-life balance, we need to understand the precedence factors influencing on job satisfaction and the role of boundary management strategy which Smart Workers actively choose. This paper considered the bi-directional permeability between work and non-work domain and developed a research model containing a causal relationship among three factors, job autonomy, job involvement, and job satisfaction, and the moderation effect of boundary management strategy. The results show that both job autonomy and job involvement affect job satisfaction and boundary management strategy which Smart Workers utilize plays a moderating role influencing on job satisfaction.
