        현장에서 요구되는 사회체육지도자의 전문능력 요인

        This study intends to examine the professional competence factors and educational experience of sport for all leaders as required in the field of their activities and propose possible directions to improve their education. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, this author selected 20 sport for all leaders who are active in the field of sport and leisure for the participation in this study. This study was further supported by documentary research, in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and collected data and information. Professional competence is the total sum of the factors of learning, practicing, exercising, and accumulating experience. There can be widely different professional competence according to characteristics of different professions. Professions requiring professional expertise are commonly construed to include more theoretical and systematic knowledge, skills, attitude, and management abilities than other, ordinary jobs. Therefore, professional competence of sport for all leaders is defined as particular capabilities for playing a required role in the field of sport and leisure for all. The competence can be said to be accumulated by learning and practising through education and experience from the days when they are would-be sport for all leaders. In this study, competence factors required of sport for all leaders in their instruction and job performance are classified into knowledge, skills, attitude, and management abilities.

        사회체육지도자의 인지된 조직특성과 조직유효성의 관계

        The purposes of this study are not only to examine the characteristics of sport for all organizations perceived by sport for all leaders and thus provide methods of improving and developing organizations in sport for all by analyzing organizational factors which affect organizational effectiveness but also to provide basic materials on the conditions in which sport for all leaders are able to cultivate their skills and qualifications within work society. In order to achieve these purposes, questionnaire on self-evaluation was distributed to 202 instructors who are working at sport for all facilities in the Metropolitan area. The subjects of this study were selected by stratified cluster sampling method in order to proportionate the sample size. The major statistical method used to analyze the materials were t-test, oneway ANOVA, Factor Analysis, Pearson`s correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings of this study through the process and method of research mentioned above are as follows: 1. Sport for all leaders` level of perceiving organizational factors appeared in the order of responsibility, warmth, support, standard, conflict, reward, identity, structure, and career development. In the level of perceiving organizational effectiveness, work achievement was rated higher than work satisfaction, and the overall organizational effectiveness was rated higher than average. 2. The perceived organizational factors and organizational effectiveness based on the instructors` background were examined. According to length of work, significant differences appeared both in career development, identity, and compensation in perceived organizational characteristics. According to gender and level of education, there were statistically significant difference in work achievement in organizational effectiveness. Lastly, according to material status and length of work, significant differences appeared in work satisfaction in organizational effectiveness. 3. There appears to be a high degree correlation between perceived organizational factors and organizational effectiveness. 4. The perceived organizational factors affecting organizational effectiveness are career development, warmth, and compensation factors. Work achievement, the sub-field of organizational effectiveness, was influenced by structure, career development, compensation, and warmth factors, and work satisfaction was influenced by career development, warmth, identity, and compensation factors.

        여학생 체육활동 현황 및 인식에 관한 연구

        This study intends to supply proposals to improve the physical activities of female students through collecting data in the present fields of physical educations within adn out of class. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the author surveyed 9,325 female studnets from elementary, middle, and high school in 2014, considering the different courses of their physical education. The data collected was then categorized. Within the categories, the frequency and percentage were further analyzed. In order to evaluate the Analysis of Variance, a program called SPSS (version 18,0) was used. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the study reviewed the importance, participation and satisfactory rates in the present physical education field. Secondly, the study analyzed the students participation and satisfactory rates. Lastly, through studyingt he values that students have over the general physical education courses, suggestions to improve the physical activities were made. In conclusions, physical activities for female students not only improve and strength their health but also allow the students to experience the pure joy out of physical moevments. Therefore, in order to activate the physical activity participation of female students, many different approaches should be made from various perspective instead of the fixated view from the past.

        독일 학교체육과 스포츠클럽의 협력현황 및 사례 연구

        The purpose of this study is to grasp the situation of the school physical education and the sports club activities in Germany. It needs to inquire into the information from some related education facilities and the related government office, to find out and inquire into the information at schools, sports clubs, and other related facilities, and to interview with a person in charge. The interview is about the relation with a sports club, a choice of a program, educating the program, budget, security, a merit and a demerit, students` opinion, and some advice. And all about this is summarized and put in order. The result of this study is like below. The cooperation between the school physical education and the community activities are promoting related with the sports clubs which do the prime role. And when it is proceeding it can have help from the department in charge of the Ministry of Culture and Education. It is done by German Athletic Association, the sports associations of a state or a community, and A special league of each event harmoniously to study and make an effort for the systematic development of the sport clubs` organization. Therefore we can consider the relationship between the sports clubs and the school physical education as the relationship between the sports associations and the department in charge of the Ministry of Culture and Education. On the other hand, German Athletic Association advises on management and administration of a sports club organized in all parts of Germany by a sponsor, supplies them information for substantial operation, and stipulates in rights of the sponsors and the clubs. Furthermore, Bayem Sports Association and the Ministry of Culture and Education of Bayem supports as a matter of policy to relate the programs of `cooperative activities` and `deepening physical education` among many of the school physical education programs to the sports clubs, and divides them into the leisure activities and the developing activities. So the children can join in that ability grouping. So far, the cooperation model of the sports clubs in Bayern is spreading and supported systematically by schools, German Athletic Association, Athletic Association of Bayem, the sports clubs, the department in charge of the Ministry of Culture and Education, and the students` and their parents` interest. Accordingly, the model is rated high and affirmative.
