우리나라 종합물류기업의 ESG 도입을 위한 핵심요인 평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 우리나라 종합물류기업의 ESG 도입 시 필요한 핵심요인을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 핵심요인 평가를 위한 연구방법으로 CFPR 분석을 사용한다. 분석 결과, 기후변화대응 요인이 0.136으로 가장 높은 순위를 기록했다. 또한, 안전보건경영 요인(0.118)이 2순위를 기록했으며, 재생에너지 사용 확대 요인(0.101)은 3순위를 기록했다. 본 연구는 국내 종합물류기업의 ESG 경영에 관한 인식을 파악했다는 점에서 연구의 시사점을 갖는다. 연구의 결과는 향후 국내 종합물류기업의 ESG 경영 도입에 대한 기초자료로 활용가치가 있다. This study aims to evaluate key factors for the introduction of ESG by Korean comprehensive logistics companies. CFPR method is utilized to evaluate key factors. As a result of the analysis, climate change response factor ranked the highest at 0.136. In addition, safety and health management factor (0.118) ranked second, and renewable energy use expansion factor (0.101) ranked third. This study has implications for the study in that it has grasped the perception of ESG management of domestic comprehensive logistics companies. The results of the study are valuable as basic data for the introduction of ESG management by domestic comprehensive logistics companies in the future.
