SSM(Super Supermarket)의 지각된 품질, 고객만족 및 재구매의도와의 관계

본 연구는 유통환경의 급속한 변화와 더불어 소비자들에게 더욱더 개별화된 서비스 · 재화를 제공할 수 있는 소매업태로 등장한 SSM을 독립적인 연구대상으로 선정하여, SSM의 지각 된 품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 특히 고객만족과 재구매의도 사이에 가계소득, 연령, 가족구성원의 수 등을 조절변수로 하는 연구모형과 가설을 설정하고, 이를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 SSM이용 소비자들을 대상으로 하여 실증조사를 한 결과, 총 5개의 독립변수들 중에서 3개(가격경제성, 유형성, 접근성)가 SSM의 지각된 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 SSM의 지각된 품질은 고객만족에, 고객만족은 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가계소득과 연령이 고객만족과 재구매의도 사이를 조절하는 유의한 변수로 발견되었다. 따라서 SSM의 관리자나 경영자들은 상기에 언급한 긍정적인 요인들을 더욱 향상시켜 매장을 방문하는 소비자가 이러한 요인들을 직접 느낄 수 있도록 해야 할 것이며, 특히 SSM의 주고객층이 근거리에서 구매하는 핵가족단위임을 감안하여 이들을 위한 고품질의 상품이나 서비스를 제공해야 할 것이다. Given the current situation that there are a lot of rapid change in retail environment and have to offer more customized services to consumers, it is possible for Super Supermarket(SSM hereinafter) to get those. Thus it is explored whether perceived quality affected the customer satisfaction and in turn, the customer satisfaction affected the repurchase intention in SSMs. Especia11y we investigated the moderate effect of income, age, the number of family members on the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. We used the method of structural equation modeEng to test hypotheses. As a result, 5 out of 7 hypotheses are statistically significant and partially supported in moderate effects. The results of this study imply that mangers in SSMs have to improve those positive factors that were revealed significant. And given the fact that main customers in SSMs are those who live near and is a nuclear family, they should offer high quaEty goods and services relevant to them.
