        사회체육 / 스포츠에어로빅스 혼성 2 인조 경기의 연기내용 분석

        본 연구는 스포츠에어로빅스 세계선수권 대회 상위 입상팀의 작품을 분석하여 우리나라의 스포츠에어로빅스의 경기력 향상과 발전을 도모하는데 그 목적이 있다. 제4회 스포츠에어로빅스 세계선수권대회 경기종목 중 혼성 2인조 경기 본선에 진출한 6개국과 우리나라 대표팀간의 경기내용분석을 공간구성, 연기시간, 작품내용, 작품구성의 난이도를 중심으로 비교 분석하였다.그 경기내용을 분석한 결과6개국 각 팀의 공간구성(대형)의 공간이동 횟수는 평균 17.4회로 나타났으며 우리나라 대표팀 보다 0.4회가 많았다.공간이동 구성은 무대의 4면을 중심적으로 난이도와 비필수 동작으로 직선을 이용하였으며, 곡선 구성보다는 짧은 직선 공간 구성의 형태를 나타냈다. 연기시간은 6개국 팀이 평균 105.8초로 연기의 제한 규정시간(1분 45초±5)을 잘 활용하였으며 우리나라 대표팀은 107초로 1.2초가 길었다.작품구성의 난이도 수는 6개팀의 전반부·중반부·후반부 모두 비슷하게 나타났으며, 우리나라 대표팀은 전반부·후반부에는 비슷하게 나타났으나 중반부에서 현저히 적음을 알 수 있었다. 난이도 수준은 전반부에는 우리나라 대표팀이 높았지만, 중반부·후반부에서는 6개국 팀보다 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 세계 상위 6개국 팀과 우리나라 대표팀의 연기내용 분석과 경기분석을 통하여 과학적인 훈련을 위한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to pursue a better dancing composition by conducting a comparison analysis the number of the degree of difficult and the level composing the time of the major performance of the works of Korean players together with the work of the players of mixed pair part among the winners of top 6th place in sports aerobics world championship contest.Taking a view over the result of this study, specially in the space composition(large in size) the distinguished foreign players demonstrated a colorful performance over the four (4) aspects of the stage. Although the Korean players had acted over many portions of the stage space their motion was somewhat restricted in simply straight form such as moving forward and back, left and right, montonously.Secondly, regarding the time for the performance, both of he local and foreign players took almost equal time respectively.Thirdly, in the level of degree of difficulty, while the foreign players had distributed the number of their degree of difficulty almost uniformly over their entire range of performance, the local players failed in demonstrating an equally distributed number of degree of difficulty that their last part of performance were noticed as remarkably drop down of the degree compared with that of foreign players.Based on the result of this study, the researcher would suggest that in the composition of space the local team of players will require a well diversified spate motion rather than concentration in straght motion though they have had displayed a colorful dancing performance by using the four aspects of the stage.Regarding the time of performance, their dancing performance may be carried on in a consideration of well proportionated physical strength and effective allocation of the given time. Last1y, in regard with the number of degree of representation of artistic sentiment by performing an accurate degree of difficulty by equal distribution of the number of degree of difficulty over the ensure works.

        자연과학편 : MERAC에 의한 등속성 운동이 무릎 부상선수의 운동능력회복에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of the rehabilitation program using MERAC after surgery on future injury prevention. The subjects in this study were two injured university elite athletes. One was a male volleyball player and another was a female tennis player. They had ruptured cartilage on the right knee. The 8-weeks rehabilitation program in this study was designed using isokinetic muscle contraction exercise in order to rehabilitate strength of knee joint.The following results were obtained1. Mean power with the high speed loading rehabilitated the most rapidly in the rehabilitation. program.2. The femoral extensor strength showed faster recovery than the femoral flexor strength did during the rehabilitation program.3. With the low speed loading the recovery was faster in maximal strength than in mean power, while with the high speed loading the recovery was faster in mean power than in maximal strength.4. The muscle wavers in maximal strength exertion improved and finally disappeared during the rehabilitation program.5. Following the rehabilitation program, the strength of femoral muscles, except mean power, rehabilitated to a normal range.

        장기간의 생식 섭취가 운동선수의 최대하운동 중 심폐기능 및 대사관련 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 6개월간의 생식섭취가 운동선수의 최대하운동 중 심폐기능 및 대사관련 혈액변인에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. M대학교 재학 중인 다양한 종목(축구, 농구, 배구, 테니스, 골프)의 운동선수 20명을 생식섭취군(n=10)과 통제군(n=10)으로 구분하였다. 최대산소섭취량의 70% 수준에서 30분간 수행된 최대하운동 중 얻은 심폐기능 및 대사관련 혈액성분의 변화를 두 집단별로, 그리고 검사 간에 비교분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 최대산소섭취량(VO2max)이 생식군에서만 통계적으로 유의하게 증가되었다. 2) 최대하운동 중 생식군의 심박수가 통제군보다 큰 폭으로 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 3) 최대하운동 중 산소섭취량은 생식군이 통제군보다 큰 폭으로 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 4) 최대하운동 중 호흡교환율은 생식군이 통제군보다 큰 폭으로 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 5) 최대하운동 중 glucose의 변화는 생식군이 통제군보다 운동 중 탄수화물 절약 효과가 높을 가능성을 제시하였다. 6) FFA, insulin, hematocrit, 그리고 hemoglobin은 두 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 장기간의 생식섭취가 운동선수의 심폐지구력 향상, 심장에 대한 부담의 감소, 회복기 중 에너지 소비량의 증가, 운동 중 지방대사의 증가, 그리고 운동 중 탄수화물의 절약효과 등 긍정적인 효과를 보인 것으로 나타났다. The study was designed to examine the effects of natural food uptake for 6 months on cardiorespiratory function and blood variables regarding to metabolism during submaximal exercise in athletes. Twenty male athletes were divided into one of two groups, i.e., natural food group (NF group; n=10) and control group (CON group; n=10). The data regarding to cardiorespiratory function and blood variables were obtained during submaximal exercise, performed at 70% of VO2max for 30 min. Main results were as follows: 1) VO2max increased significantly in only NF group. 2) Heart rate during submaximal exercise decreased more in NF group than CON group. 3) VO2 during submaximal exercise increased more in NF group than CON group. 4) RER during submaximal exercise decreased more in NF group than CON group. 5) Changes in blood glucose during submaximal exercise in both groups indicated that NA group showed higher carbohydrate sparing effect. 6) There were not significant differences in FFA, insulin, hematocrit, and hemoglobin between NF group and CON group. It was concluded that long-term intake of natural food induced the enhancement of cardiorespiratory endurance, reduction of burden on heart, increment of energy expenditure during recovery phase, activation of fat oxidation during exercise, and carbohydrate sparing effect.

        자연과학편 : 등장성, 등척성 및 등속성 근수축 훈련에 의한 대퇴근력의 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the present study is to analyze the effect of a training program of reinforcing thign muscle’s strength by exercise of the knee joint, using a guage of synthetic muscle strength, MERAC which is utilized in the field of sports medical science, specially for the revival of the region of the thign, a part which performs a very important function in physical activity, general problems of health, protection of an wound, etc., and to clarify the changes of(quadriceps and hamstrings) after such a training.For the set purpose, some of undergraduate students who do not major in physical education at ‘M‘ university were given a training program of muscle contraction for 12 weeks using; a guage of MERAC. And then, the changes of the quadriceps and hamstrings were compared and analyzed. Conclusions made from such a comparative analytical study are as follows :1) It appeared that in the effect of the total work in the quadriceps and hamstrings, the isokinetic training group showed more improvement than the isotonic training group and isometric training group(P<.001), and the total exercise amount by various speed appeared bigger in low speed than in high speed(P<.001). And the effect of the total work traning exercise showed a statistically significant difference with regard to a period of such training.2) It appeared that in the effect of the average power in the quadriceps and hamstrings from the training; from the group having the highest effect, they were the isokinetic training group, isotonic training group, isometric training group, and control group(P<.001), and regarding various speed, the average power was higher in high speed than in low speed(P<.001). And it appeared that the effect of the average power of moment response in the exercise training in the quadriceps and hamstrings showed a statistically significant difference with regard to a period of such training.3) It appeared that in the effect of the peak torque in the quadriceps and hamstrings from the training; from the group having the highest effect, they were the isokinetic training group, isotonic training group, isometric training group, and control group(P<.05), and the peak torque in various speed showed higher in low speed than in high speed (P<.001). And it appeared that the effect of the peak torque in the quadriceps and hamstrings showed a statistically significant difference with regard to a period of such training.

        자연과학편 : 훈련강도 부하방식이 근파워·최대근력·스피드에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 총 12명의 체육전공 남자대학생들에게 근육적성 훈련(유연성ㆍ웨이트ㆍ플라이오메트릭의 복합트레이닝) 프로그램을 1일 훈련강도 부하방식(정현파형 훈련강도 부하ㆍ고원형 훈련강도 부하)에 따라 나누어 실시한 후, 하지의 근 파워ㆍ최대근력ㆍ스피드(현장검사)에 어떠한 변화가 있었는가를 비교ㆍ분석하여 훈련 집단간의 효과 차이를 검증하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 부하방식별 훈련 사전ㆍ사후 현장체력을 측정하여 분석한 결과 근 파워ㆍ최대근력ㆍ스피드의 모든 검사항목의 훈련 사전ㆍ사후 향상정도는 고원형 훈련강도 부하집단과 정현파형 훈련강도 부하집단에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 집단간(정현파형ㆍ고원형 훈련강도 부하집단)의 효과 차이를 검증한 결과 고원형 훈련강도 부하집단 보다 정현파형 훈련강도 부하집단이 모두 우수한 증가를 보였지만, 25m달리기에서만 집단간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 상호작용효과는 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of training intensity loading methods on muscle powerㆍstrengthㆍspeed. Research subjects were some of 12 college man students who major in physical education. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the regular wave type loading method was strength and weakness of training intensity differently loading in single day and group of the plateau type loading method was training intensity uniformly loading in single day. Substance of muscle fitness training was made up complex training of weight training and plyometric training. Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, muscle fitness test was strength, power, speed. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; It appeared that in the effect of the field test variation of preㆍpost training in all contents, and it showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups. It appeared that in the field test variation between group in all contents, the training group by a regular wave type training intensity loading method showed more improvement than the training group by a plateau type training intensity loading method, but it wasn't statistically significant difference, only field test in 25m run of speed contents showed a statistically significant difference between group. It appeared that in a statistically significant difference the interaction effect of the field test in all contents.

        체육측정평가학 : 실시간 테니스 경기분석 소프트웨어 개발

        This study is to develop a tennis game analysing program which can carry out the scientific and objective game record data in both sides of quantity and quality on the assumption of making notations of ball and athletes' location, technique and players' information. Not using the current handwriting method but using this game analysis S/W, let the tennis games be analysed logically and systematically the basic data directly in the field and it can supply the basic information to the experts and individual athletes so they can consider various operations. In this study, the author has analysed the factors that affect the ability of tennis game through a study of literature, analysis of picture, and expert interview. And utilized the game analysing S/W in the end; First, to secure the input data, skill factors are categorized by forehand, backhand into service, stroke, passing shot, approaching, volley, lobbing, and added smash and net play. Second, to analyse the games, the number of trying time of each time, position, and direction of attack are classified. Third, people can check the players' game styles and technique patterns through the contents which show the saved low data according to time and techniques. The tennis game analysing S/W is made up the whole screen, the use of web server transmission HTML file, the use of web server transmission FTP program screen, the contents of game record program. the whole screen is made up with the contents of game input window, the analysis of game of progress and analysis window, Game Low Data, program menu. The developed program enabled the scientific analyse using the definite numerical value. By recording game details, Individual player's ability of the game likes immediate feedback, database building, improvement indication, and optional searching tool through the video game records is able to be developed.

        자연과학편 : 최대운동부하(最大運動負荷)가 생리적(生理的) 제(諸) 요소(要素)에 미치는 영향(影響)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        In many cases, the cycle-ergometer is the prefermed instrument for use in routin studies for physical fitness and adaption to exercise. Energy output can be predicted with greater accuracy in cycling than for any other type of exercise.It is intention of author to study on the bioeffect physical factors of respiratory function for maximal exercise with cycle-ergometer under several heading : athletic observation on changes of heart rate, respiration frequency and tidal volume in the cardio - pulmonary function during the maximal exercise and that of the respiratory physiological function such as ventilation(minute volume, L/min., BTPS), oxygen consumption per Kg Body weigth and end-tidal oxygen pressure (mmHg), and thay of gases exchanges such as oxygen consumption(㎖/min., STDP), carbon -dioxide production(㎖/min., STPD) and respiratory exchange ratio(RQ). And statistical relation- ship among the various factors of cardio-pulmonary function during maximal exercise with cycle-ergometer and factors of respiratory physiological function were determined in twenty-eight subjects of mail and female college athletes in seoul area.As a results of this study, the following conclusion were obtained :1) In aspect of cardio-pulmonary function that heart rate, respiration frequency, tidal volume, ventilation, oxygen consumption per Kg body weight, end-tidal oxygen pressure, oxygen consumption(㎖/min), carbon dioxide production(㎖/min.) and respiratory exchange ratio(RQ) were tend to be significantly increased after progressive maximal exercise to be before all-out time with cycle-ergometer in experimental subjects, when compared those of data in male were excellent of tolerance and prologed to maximal exercise with cycle-ergometer than female subjects.2) Correlation coefficient among the heart rate of cardiac function during maximal exercise with cycle-ergometer and the respiration frequency, ventilation, tidal volume, oxygen consumption per Kg body weight, end-tidal oxygen pressure, oxygen consumption(㎖/min.), carbon-dioxide production(㎖/min.), and respiratory exchange ratio in male subjects were r=+0.912, +0.888. +0.909. +0.893. -0.782, +0.892, +0.879, and +0.891, respectively and that of female subjects were r=+0.955, +0.993, +0.989, +0.091, -0.491, +0.995, +0.996 and +0.981, respectively.3) Statistical relationship among the respiration frequency of respiratory function during maximal exercise with cycle-ergometer and ventilation, tidal volume, oxygen consumption per Kg body weight, end-tidal oxygen pressure, oxygen consumption (㎖/min.), carbon-dioxide production (㎖/min.) and respiratory exchange ratio in male subjects were r=+0.997, +0.968, +0.991, -0.805, +0.989, +0.992 and +0.931, respectively, and that of female subjects were r=+0.991, +0.971, +0.977, -0.562, 0.983, +0.991, and +0.989, respectively.Finaly, it is hope that those information will be use for reference in futher studies of the physical fitness and athletic science.
