본 연구의 목적은 시각적 단서를 이용한 자기관리 중재가 지적장애 고등학생의 현금인출기 사용기술에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는 것이었다. 본 연구의 대상은 3명의 남자 지적장애 고등학생이었으며, 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계를 사용하여 연구는 기초선, 중재, 및 유지 단계로 진행되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각적 단서를 이용한 자기관리 중재가 지적장애 고등학생의 현금인출기 사용기술 중 입금하기와 출금하기 기술을 향상시켰다. 둘째, 시각적 단서를 이용한 자기관리 중재에 의해 습득된 입금하기와 출금하기 기술은 중재 종료 3주 후에도 유지되었다. 본 연구는 장애학생이 효과적인 시각적 단서를 이용한 자기관리 중재를 통해 자기 주도적이고 독립적으로 현금인출기 사용기술을 습득하게 함으로써 지적장애 고등학생이 실제 생활에서 독립적으로 돈을 관리하도록 도울 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 또한 화폐교육이나 지역사회 활용기술 교수와 같은 체험학습과 연계하여 교수할 수 있다는 점에서 실천적 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-management interventions based on visual cues on the skill of using automated teller machines of high school students with intellectual disabilities. Multiple probe design across subjects was used. The subjects of the study were three male high school students with intellectual disabilities. The intervention program was composed of baseline phase, intervention phase, and maintenance phase. The self-management intervention program, the independent variable, included the strategies such as task analysis, visual cues, self-monitoring, self-evaluation, time delay, and least prompt procedure. The dependent variables were deposit skill, and withdrawal skill. The results of the study were as follows. First, the self-management interventions based on visual cues had positive effects on improving deposit skill and withdrawal skill of high school students with intellectual disabilities. Second, deposit skill and withdrawal skill of high school students with intellectual disabilities were maintained three weeks after the discontinuation of the intervention. Suggestions for future studies and implications for special education settings were discussed.

T2 후두 편평세포암종에서 단독 방사선치료와 항암방사선병합치료의 비교 연구

Background/Objectives: The efficacy of radiotherapy alone versus chemoradiotherapy has been studied in patients with T2N0M0 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Materials & Methods: Thirty nine patients with newly diagnosed T2N0M0 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were treated with either radiotherapy(RT group, 66-70Gy) or chemoradiotherapy(CRT group, cisplatin based concurrent chemoradiation with or without 2 cycles induction chemotherapy including cisplatin, 5-FU± docetaxel / radiation therapy same with above mentioned). The mean follow-up was 73.5 months. Results: The overall survival (OS), disease specific survival (DSS), disease free survival (DFS), and larynx preservation survival (LPS) at 5 years were 70%, 79%, 67%, and 71%. The complete response rate was 82.4% in RT group, and was 95.5% in CRT group. OS (57% vs 80%), DSS (69% vs 86%), DFS (52% vs 77%), and LPS (63% vs 77%) at 5 years were higher in CRT group than RT group, but it was not statistically significant. In subsite analysis, CRT group tends to improve DFS, compared to RT group, in glottic cancer (p=0.06). The toxicities were tolerable and no fatal case was observed in both groups. Conclusion: Chemoradiotherapy is effective as primary therapy for T2 laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and showed manageable treatment induced toxicity.
