지역의 사회적경제 활성화방안으로서 사회자본 축적에 대한 연구: 대구 · 경북지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 지역 사회적경제 분야의 활성화를 위한 방안으로 지역을 지향하는 사회적경제 조직의 활동과 사회자본 축적 간의 상관성을 연구했다. 연구 방법은 사회적기업진흥원에서의 2020년 사회적경제 지역생태계 구축을 위한 지역자원조사를 활용한 양적 데이터 분석과 대구·경북지역을 기반으로 하는 사회적경제 조직 4곳에 대한 심층 인터뷰 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적경제 조직과 지역주민 각각에 대한 요인 분석 결과 대구·경북 지역의 사회적경제 조직과 주민의 사회자본은 전국 평균과 비슷하였다. 평균 점수는 2점 대로 나타났다는 점에서 사회적경제 조직과 지역주민간의 사회자본은 평균을 약간 상회했다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사회적경제 조직의 활동을 지역과 연계할 수 있는 프로그램 개최의 상설화 지원이다. 둘째, 사회적경제에 대한 교육과정 개편이다. 청소년에 대한 사회적경제 교육은 청년의 참여와 더불어 인식 개선에 큰 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 지역과 연계한 사회적경제 관련 축제 개최이다. This study studied the correlation between the activities of regionaloriented social economy organizations and the accumulation of social capital as a way to revitalize the local social economy field. The research method was quantitative data analysis using a regional resource survey for the establishment of a social economy regional ecosystem in 2020 by the Social Enterprise Promotion Agency and in-depth interview analysis of four social economy organizations based in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the factors of each social economic organization and local residents, the social economic organization and the social capital of residents in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do were similar to the national average. In that the average score was in the range of two points, the social capital between the social economy organization and local residents slightly exceeded the average. Through this, this study made the following suggestions. First, it is support for the permanentization of programs that can link the activities of social and economic organizations with regions. Second, it is a curriculum reform for the social economy. Social and economic education for adolescents has a great influence on improving awareness along with youth participation. Third, it is to hold a social economy-related festival in connection with the region.
